以粉碎的玉米秸秆(RCS)和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为原料,制备了含水质量分数可达97.47%的玉米秸秆/羧甲基纤维素复配水凝胶(RCS/CMC)。考察了交联剂、CMC和RCS用量对RCS/CMC凝胶模量的影响,凝胶在缓冲溶液中的降解行为和土壤中的失重行为,以及凝胶对土壤持水量、玉米种子萌发的影响。结果表明,与对照实验比较,RCS/CMC凝胶可以提高土壤持水率1.00%~1.61%,在37 ℃缓冲溶液中用纤维素酶处理4 d后降解率约80%,土壤中25 d后失重约94%;用CMC/RCS凝胶处理玉米种子,虽然平均延长了种子萌发时间,但种子的萌发率较高。其中相对湿度18%、20%、23%、26%、28%和30%的萌发试验,由于水分胁迫对照实验种子不能萌发,而CMC/RCS凝胶处理的种子发芽率仍可达到97%。 相似文献

用砖红壤样品和亚硒酸钠进行实验,结果表明,土壤粒级和酸度对硒的吸附固定有明显影响,土样粒径越小和酸度增加,对硒的固定作用加强。〉1mm粒级对硒几乎没有固定能力,〈1.0mm粒级固定作用显著增大。当pH2 ̄3时,粘土矿物(经电镜和X射线监定绝大多数为高岭石)固定硒的量最大,当pH〉3时,固定硒的量随PH值的增加而逐步降低,至pH6 ̄8时,固定能力变化不明显。 相似文献

To search for efficient agricultural antifungal lead compounds, 39 Chimonanthus praecox derivatives were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for their antifungal activities. The structures of target compounds were fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS spectra. The preliminary bioassays revealed that some compounds exhibited excellent antifungal activities in vitro. For example, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of compound b15 against Phytophthora infestans was 1.95 µg mL−1, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of compound b17 against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was 1.95 µg mL−1. 为了研究轴向应力和渗透力共同作用下软化围岩的应力与位移的变化及分布规律. 基于摩尔-库伦屈服准则及应力-应变软化模型并考虑轴向应力和渗透力的共同作用,将整个塑性区分为有限个同心圆环,以弹塑性交界面处的应力、应变为初始值,并采用微小径向应力增量逐步求出各个圆环上的应力应变及塑性区半径,据此重构了考虑渗透力和轴向力共同作用下软化围岩应力应变特性的逐步求解方法. 利用该方法,推导出软化围岩应力应变的解. 计算结果表明:在考虑轴向应力作用下,塑性区半径和隧道围岩位移都随着渗透力的增加而有所减小;当轴向应力为最小主应力时,渗透力的影响更为显著. 这说明渗透力的存在对于隧道围岩的应力应变分布以及塑性半径和围岩的位移有不可忽略的影响. 相似文献

To investigate tumor-induced angiogenesis under the influence of the mechanical environments inside and outside the tumor, mathematical model of tumor angiogenesis was developed. In the model, extra-cellular matrix (ECM) was treated as a thin plane. The displacement of ECM is obtained from the force balance equation consisted of the ECs traction, the ECM visco-elastic forces and the exter- nal forces. Simulation results show that a layered capillary network is obtained with a well vascularized region at the periphery of the tumor. The present model can be used as a valid theoretical method in the basic researches in tumorinduced angiogenesis. 相似文献

Glycerol would stimulate the production of poly(γ-glutamic acid) (γ-PGA) and decrease its molecular weight in Bacillus subtilis NX-2. When 20 g/l glycerol was added in the medium, the yield of γ-PGA increased from 26.7 ± 1.0 to 31.7 ± 1.3 g/l, and molecular
weight of γ-PGA decreased from 2.43 ± 0.07 × 106 to 1.86 ± 0.06 × 106 Da. In addition, it was found that the decrease of γ-PGA chain length by glycerol would lead to the decrease of broth viscosity
during the fermentation and enhanced the uptake of substrates, which could not only improve cell growth but also stimulate
γ-PGA production. Moreover, it was also found that glycerol could effectively regulate molecular weight between 2.43 ± 0.07 × 106 and 1.42 ± 0.05 × 106 Da with the concentration ranging from 0 to 60 g/l. This was the first time to discover such contribution of glycerol on
γ-PGA production in Bacillus genus. And the effects of glycerol on molecular weight of γ-PGA would be developed to be an approach for the regulation of

A multi-dentate amphiphilic compound, 3,3'-(dodecylazanediyl)-bis-[N-(2-aminoethyl)propanamide] (12C-2NH2) has been synthesized. The molecular structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, and fast atom bombardment mass (FAB-MS) spectra. 12C-2NH2 was employed to stabilize silver nanoparticles. Surface properties and stability of silver nanoparticles were controlled by adjusting the 12C-2NH2 to silver (0) molar ratio. 12C-2NH2 was also applied to transfer silver nanoparticles from an aqueous to an organic phase. The transfer efficiency depends on 12C-2NH2 concentration. When 12C-2NH2 to silver (0) molar ratio was 2:1, the highest efficiency of phase transfer to toluene was obtained. These 12C-2NH2 stabilized silver nanoparticles are very stable over a period of four days in toluene. 相似文献

S-Nitrosylation has been found to play an important role in regulating mitochondrial function. However, probes for detection of protein S-nitrosylation in mitochondria remain unexplored. Herein, a novel 4-(pyridin-4-yl)vinyl-substituted indole was designed, exhibiting a long-wavelength emission and a high fluorescent quantum yield. Functionalization of the 7-position of the indole ring with an arylphosphine ester resulted with probes with efficient mitochondria-targeting ability. Furthermore, the indole-arylphosphine displayed a significant fluorescence enhancement upon exposure to S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO) at low micromolar concentrations in A431 cells. Taken together, this study provides a new indole-based fluorescent probe with a unique long-wavelength emission for direct detection of S-nitrosylation in mitochondria, which may represent a powerful tool for understanding the critical roles of S-nitrosylation within mitochondria of living organisms. 相似文献
