反相高效液相色谱法测定3种中成药中的葛根素

 建立了测定小儿清感灵片、步长新脑心通胶囊和感冒清热颗粒 3种中成药中葛根素含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。采用APEXODS色谱柱 ,以醋酸铵缓冲液 (10 0mmol/L ,pH 5 0 ) 甲醇 (体积比为 75∶2 5 )的混合溶液为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 0nm ,流速为 0 8mL/min。葛根素在 2mg/L～ 2 0mg/L时其色谱峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好 (r =0 9999) ;上述 3种中成药中的葛根素含量分别为 3 48mg/g ,1 0 8mg/ g及 1 5 2mg/ g(蔗糖型 ) ;其加样回收率分别为 99 0 % ,93 4%和 97 5 %。该法简便、快速、专属性强 ,可以作为多种中药制剂中葛根素含量的测定方法。     

Elucidating dominant factors of PO43-, Cd2+ and nitrobenzene removal by biochar: A comparative investigation based on distinguishable biochars

Four distinct biochars were employed to remove three typical pollutants, meanwhile, path analysis, a multi-statistical regression method, was performed to elucidate the dominant factors of biochar adsorption. This work can provide a new insight to prepare a targeted biochar as adsorbents.     

Fluorescent sensors for the enantioselective recognition of mandelic acid: signal amplification by dendritic branching

Novel chiral bisbinaphthyl compounds have been synthesized for the enantioselective fluorescent recognition of mandelic acid. By introducing dendritic branches to the chiral receptor unit, the fluorescence signals of the receptors are significantly amplified because of the light-harvesting effect of the dendritic structure. This has greatly increased the sensitivity of the sensors in the fluorescent recognition. Study of the three generation sensors demonstrates that the generation zero sensor is the best choice for the recognition of mandelic acid because of its greatly increased fluorescence signal over the core and its high enantioselectivity. This sensor is potentially useful for the high throughput screening of chiral catalysts for the asymmetric synthesis of alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acids.     

含有羧基配体的蝎型钒氧配合物的合成、结构及其热分解动力学

设计合成了两种新型的以聚吡唑硼酸盐、氨基酸为配体的钒氧配合物VO[phCH2CH(NH2)COO][HB(pz)3](1)和VO(3,5-Me2pz)[HB(3,5-Me2pz)3](CH3COO)(2). 通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行了表征, 并利用单晶X射线衍射技术解析了它们的结构. 非等温热分解动力学研究表明, 配合物1和2的热分解反应都是分两步进行的. 通过计算, 配合物1热分解的第一步反应的可能机理为成核与生长(n=1/4); 第二步反应的可能机理为化学反应. 其非等温动力学方程分别为, dα/dT=(A/β)e-E/RT(1/4)(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]-3 和dα/dT=(A/β)e-E/RT(1-α)2. 分解反应的表观活化能分别是223.52 和331.94 kJ·mol-1; 指前因子ln(A/s-1)分别是49.67 和57.50. 配合物2 热分解的第一步反应的可能机理为化学反应; 第二步反应的可能机理为成核与生长(n=1/2). 其非等温动力学方程分别为, dα/dT=(A/β)e-E/RT(1-α)2, 和dα/dT=(A/β)e-E/RT(1/2)(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]-1. 分解反应的表观活化能分别是300.56 和444.72 kJ·mol-1; 指前因子ln(A/s-1)分别是75.53 和92.50.     

化学键合吸附剂的合成及吸附行为

在无定型硅胶上化学键合十八烷基三氯硅烷，键合率17%-20％，粒度5μm-10μm，以此键合的吸附剂可有效地吸附香烟烟气中的焦油、亚硝胺，吸附率分别为15%-18％和37%-43％，研究了化学键合吸附剂的粒度和加入量对吸附性能的影响。     

核-壳型聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液

简述了核-壳型聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液的合成方法、形态及其影响因素与判断方法、结构与性能等方面的研究进展;认为核-壳型复合乳液膜机械性能优良的原因是:核、壳两相间存在的过渡区适当地抑制了二者的相分离。     

活性酚醛树脂中羟甲基含量的测定

本文提出一种酚醛树脂中羟甲基含量的化学分析法，分别以＾１３ＣＮＭＲ和化学分析法测定酚醛树脂的羟甲基含量。将两种测试结果与已知的投料量进行比较，证明所建立的化学分析法可行。     

Yb3+在不同基质中基态分裂能的计算分析

利用晶体场理论,推导出Yb3+离子基态(2F7/2)与Nd3+离子基态(4I9/2)最大分裂能之间的关系式为△E(2F7/2)=1.4667△E(4I9/2),从实验数据拟合得到的关系式为△E(2F7/2)=1.0987△E(4I9/2).理论计算与实验拟合存在差异,分析了出现差异的原因,认为差异主要是由相同晶体场对于不同掺杂离子的影响即晶体场参数Nv值不完全相同而引起的.     

面向化妆品产业升级的江南大学应用化学专业建设思考与实践

Based on the development prospect of cosmetics industry, the advantage of light industry characteristic and the foundation of applied chemistry in Jiangnan University, a systematic upgrading of applied chemistry was carried out through "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "upgrade and practice of chemistry-related majors of local and/or trade university responding to the social developments" supported by the Ministry of Education. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the orientation and training goal of applied chemistry were updated first, and then the curriculum system was determined and the curriculum construction is strengthened, so as to achieve more distinctive characteristics, more solid foundation and more comprehensive quality. In view of the new requirements of the 3E for talent training, some practices have been formed in the aspects of multi-disciplinary integration, multi-angle coordination and close integration to industry. Contributing the development of cosmetics industry and seizing the commanding point of science and technology from the perspective of talent training, will play a unique role in human social progress.
