本文对结构用钢Q345的低周疲劳性能进行了试验研究。试验在常温下岛津电液伺服疲劳试验机上进行,采用轴向应变控制方法,恒定应变速率为0.005s-1,应变比为-1。试验结果表明,初始阶段,Q345在高应变幅值(0.6%)循环作用下出现循环硬化效应,而在低应变幅值(0.6%)作用下出现循环软化效应;随着加载应变幅的增加,硬化和软化率呈直线上升趋势。Q345疲劳裂纹萌生阶段占其整个寿命的60%以上,其裂纹萌生寿命与应变幅存在幂函数关系。根据Coffin-Manson公式得到了Q345的应变-寿命关系公式;采用能量预测法得到了材料的塑性应变能与疲劳寿命的关系表达式。上述结果对钢结构的设计、评估具有重要的工程应用参考价值。 相似文献

本文利用梁的振动理论对防振锤的阻尼特性进行研究。通过正弦激励下的共振驻留法,分别对不同型号以及同种型号不同锤头质量的防振锤进行振动实验,应用能量平衡原理得到了防振锤的阻尼特性曲线,分析了不同模态响应在阻尼耗能中的贡献。考虑不同类型阻尼对于减振性能的作用,在Lazan阻尼假设的基础上,利用经验公式推导了阻尼系数计算公式。结果表明,钢绞线变形大小直接影响防振锤的阻尼值大小;阻尼对减小共振频率附近的受迫振动幅值作用明显,验证了防振锤的减振性能;同时锤头质量的变化可以影响阻尼曲线的变化。以上结论可为防振锤的防振设计和应用提供参考。 相似文献

研究了氧平衡及爆炸下极限条件对燃料空气炸药(Fuel Air Explosive,FAE)云雾爆轰半径的影响。由固相FAE燃料的氧平衡及爆炸下极限条件,导出一次引爆型固相FAE云雾爆轰半径计算公式,并从理论上给出了FAE云雾爆轰半径的范围。通过对FAE爆炸场超压的测量及对FAE爆炸过程高速摄像分幅照片的定量分析,得到一次引爆型固相FAE的云雾爆轰半径,并将其与计算的云雾爆轰半径进行了对比,计算的云雾爆轰半径与试验值是一致的。研究结果表明,FAE燃料负氧越多,对应的云雾爆轰半径值越大;燃料爆炸下极限值越小,对应的云雾爆轰半径值越大,且固相FAE的爆轰半径不超过爆炸下极限条件爆轰半径。FAE中的高效燃料可以通过氧平衡以及爆炸下极限条件来选择,以此提高FAE的功率。 相似文献

In 1989 work began on merging finite and discrete elements. During 1990 algorithmic solutions for the new combined method were developed, together with a C-based implementation known as the Y code. In 2004 these developments and implementations were published as a textbook. Queen Mary University of London ~QMUL) and Imperial College are currently engaged in a research project to make Y codes in both 2D and 3D available in Open Source format and with mainly geoscience problems in mind. Based on Mindlin's first-order shear deformable plate theory, a DSC-Ritz element method is developed for the free vibration analysis of moderately thick rectangular plates with mixed supporting edges. The rationale of the present approach is not only to apply the discrete singular convolution (DSC) delta type wavelet kernel as a trial function with the Ritz method, but also to incorporate the method in finite elements in order to handle the mixed boundary constraints. The approach is novel and flexible as it passes through a bottleneck of the global DSC-Ritz method in treating the kinematic supporting edges with assorted discontinuities. A series of numerical simulations for rectangular Mindlin plates with various edge support discontinuities, plate thicknesses and aspect ratios are presented. For verification, the vibration frequencies thus established are directly compared with those reported in the open literature. New sets of numerical results for several other cases of moderately thick plates with mixed simply supported, clamped and free edges are presented and discussed in detail. 相似文献

本文采用关联分析方法研究了稳定温度分层湍流中的结构特性、输运特性,以及热量、动量逆梯度输运现象的尺度效应及其参数演化.首先采用大涡模拟方法对稳定分层湍流中的结构特性和输运特性进行了分析,将逆梯度输运发生的时间尺度作为已知条件,结合关联量分析方法在波数空间中的解析解,对逆梯度输运现象的尺度效应进行了分析研究.结果发现,稳定分层强度较大的流动中发生垂向热量及动量逆梯度输运现象,发生的结构尺度与关联分析所发现垂向热量、动量逆梯度输运的波数形成了呼应.随着分层强度增加,热量、动量的输运强度均受抑制,与逆梯度输运关联的流场结构尺度减小,同样的效应也发生在流场结构向下游演化的过程中. 相似文献

A new rotating test rig was set up to investigate the rotation effect on the film cooling over the flat wall. A simple flat blade with an inclined 30° film hole, which is parallel to the hot mainstream, was installed. And different rotation orientations were selected to simulate the blade pressure or suction side of a turbine blade. A steady liquid crystal technique was applied to obtain detailed distribution of the temperature over the blade surface. And the average adiabatic film cooling effectiveness of the area adjacent to the film hole was selected to evaluate the cooling effect. Five different rotational speeds, i.e., 0, 300, 500, 800, 1000 r/min, were considered. Experimental results indicate that the film trajectory could bend under the rotating condition. With the increase of the rotational speed, on the pressure side, the film trajectory inclines centripetally firstly and then centrifugally; whereas, on the suction side the film trajectory bends centrifugally. On the other hand, as the rotational speed increases, the cooling effect is improved firstly and then worsened when Ω > 500–600 r/min on the pressure side. On the suction side, however, the cooling effect is not sensitive to the rotational speed. 相似文献
