A New Triterpenoid from "Gualou-xiebai-baijiu-tang" Consisting of Fructus trichosanthis and Bulbus allii mtacrostemi

A new triterpenoid saponin was isolated by bioactivity-guided isolation from "Gualou-xiebai-baijiu-tang" consisting ofFructus trichosanthisi and Bulbus allii macrostemi. Its structure was determined as 3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-hederagenin 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→6)- β-D-galactopyranosyl ester by means of chemical evidences and spectral analysis.

Ratajczak等研究了S-(1-二茂铁烷基)疏代乙醇酸的合成与反应(?)Ugi等将它们与羟胺反应,合成了一种有用的手性模板试剂。最近,Czech等用键合载体液相色谱对它们进行了光学拆分研究。本文报导了此类化合物与胺的反应,合成了一类新的化合物(?)二茂铁烷基)硫代乙醇酸胺。     

Structural Characterization of Anhydroicaritin Glycosides Using ESI—FT—ICR Mass Spectrometry

Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) was used to determine the structures of anhydroicaritin glycosides by the MS/MS experiments of anhydroicaritin glycosides and their methylated derivatives,With high accuracy FT-ICR-MS provides much information about the structures of compounds ,FT-ICR-MS shows the great potential application in the structural characterization of unknown compounds.     

薄层色谱法在香兰素合成中的应用

应用薄层色谱法对愈创木酚、3－甲氧基－4－羟基扁桃酸和香兰素进行了分析，以硅胶GF254作为吸附剂，从几种溶剂系统中选出氯仿：乙酸乙酯：正丙醇：冰乙酸：水＝20：1：1：1：2溶液作为展开剂。建立了 香兰素的薄层扫描定量分析方法，测定波长为500nm，参比波长为570nm，线性范围为0．31－6．2μg。     

石墨炉原子吸收法测定钒的研究

本文比较了在标准石墨管,热解涂层和全热解石墨管中钒的吸收信号形状。用全热解石墨管和EDTA铵盐作基体改进剂,直接测定水系沉积物中痕量钒。方法的特征量为61pg/0.0044A。     

2,2’-联吡啶-1,1’-二氧化物与Mn(Ⅱ)的三聚体配合物的合成及性能

Mn( )能与许多氮氧化合物形成配合物 ,Wilde对 Mn( )与 2 ,2 -联吡啶及 1 ,1 -二氮杂菲的均配配合物作过详细研究 [1,2 ] ;Mn( )与 2 ,2 -联吡啶 - 1 ,1 -二氧化物 ( bipy O2 )的配合物也有综述 [3] .Mn( )与 bipy O2 的配合物大多是以 Cl O- 4、NO- 3、[Pt Cl4 ]2 -为阴离子 ,少数是卤离子 .它们均形成配位体数目为 3的单核螯合物 ,这些配合物是在水或乙醇中合成的 .Mn( )与 bipy O2 的多核聚合物还未见报道 .本文用 DMF为溶剂 ,以无水 Mn Cl2 和 2 ,2 -联吡啶 - 1 ,1 -二氧化物为原料 ,合成了 Mn( )与bipy O2 的三聚…     

NCO自由基与SO_2、CS_2反应的速率常数

利用波长为266nm的激光光解CHBr3产生CH自由基,其与NO反应作为NCO自由基的来源.在298K,总压2660Pa的条件下,采用激光诱导荧光的方法,研究了NCO自由基与SO2、CS2的反应.得到了NCO自由基与SO2、CS2双分子反应速率常数分别为(1.8±0.3)×10-11和(3.1±0.4)×10-12cm3·molecule-1·s-1.对这两个反应在B3LYP/6-31 G(d)的水平上进行理论研究的结果表明,NCO自由基与SO2、CS2的反应是加成反应,其机理是NCO自由基中的N原子攻击反应物的中心原子,得到加成产物.     

Gear-like array of (H_2O)_(12) as building blocks in one-dimensional supramolecular assembly

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co(Hsae)_2·2H_2O (1,H_2sae=N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol) are reported.X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co(Hsae)_2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster.Acting as building blocks,the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain.Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.     

双波长薄层紫外可见光谱电化学测定多巴胺

多巴胺 (DA)和抗坏血酸 (AA)的吸收光谱在 2 0 0～ 30 0nm内重叠严重 ,但在电化学氧化状态下 ,DA的氧化产物在 2 10 ,30 0和 4 80nm有强吸收峰 ,AA的氧化产物在 2 0 0～ 4 0 0nm范围内吸收较弱且呈光滑平缓的斜坡。在此基础上 ,利用自行设计的长光程薄层光谱电化学池建立了一种双波长光谱电化学法测定DA。测定条件为 pH 6 .2的磷酸盐缓冲液 (PBS) ,0 .6V (vs.Ag/AgCl)电极电位 ,双波长 318/ 2 93nm ,线性范围为 4 .0× 10 - 6 ～ 2 .0× 10 - 4mol·L- 1,检出限为 2 .0×10 - 6 mol·L- 1。对 6 .2 0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1DA进行 11次平行测定 ,平均相对偏差为 2 .6 %。与文献报道的吸光光度法相比 ,该法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性 ,较为有效地消除了AA的干扰 ,回收率在 91.8%～ 10 0 .8%之间 ,结果满意     

Two noncentrosymmetric complexes: [W(CO)4(bipy)] and [W(CO)4(phen)](bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) obtained through solvothermal synthesis and their optical properties

Solvothermal treatments of W(CO)₆ with 2,2′-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline give [W(CO)₄(bipy)] (1) and [W(CO)₄(phen)] (2), respectively, which both crystallize in noncentrosymmetric space groups, suggesting that they meet the requirement of second harmonic generation (SHG) investigations. The preliminary experiment indicates that they are SHG active, and approximately estimated to be that of urea.
