设计了一套300~1100nm多波段光学系统,该系统能对目标的近紫外、可见光和近红外3个波段同时成像,可满足目标多波段信息探测的要求。由于在光学系统中镜筒内壁反射和棱镜表面反射会产生杂光和鬼像,因此,利用Light—Tools软件对此系统的杂光和鬼像进行了模拟分析。模拟结果表明,视场之外11.7—18.3°和-11.7~-18.3°的入射光线被胶合棱镜上下表面反射后,会聚焦到3个探测器靶面范围内,形成鬼像;6.2°-9.8°和一6.2°--9.8°的入射光线被镜筒反射后会在3个探测器上形成杂光。利用设计的多波段光学系统进行了相关实验,结果证明了模拟分析的正确性,表明此分析能用于指导多波段光学系统的设计和研制。提出了减少杂光和鬼像的相应措施,实验结果验证了提出的措施能够减少杂光及消除鬼像,提高系统成像质量。 相似文献

研究了在引入非相干抽运的情况下,循环跃迁的Δ型共振三能级系统中产生的无反转激光.利用主方程的方法, 导出了缀饰态中强相干场极限下布居数项和相干项的稳态近似解析解以及产生无反转激光所需要满足的条件;并利用数值模拟的方法讨论了布居数分布、 系统增益对探测场和相干场拉比频率的依赖性以及随时间的演化规律. 结果表明:无论各个参量取何值,共振Δ型三能级系统总是处于无粒子数反转的状态; 只要探测场或相干场之中有一个为强场,便可产生无反转激光; 当其中任意一个场远强于另一个场时,系统的无反转增益将不再依赖于任何一个场的拉比频率. 相似文献

The irradiation effect of FPGA, applied in Front-end Electronics for experiments of High-Energy Physics, is a serious problem. The performance of FPGA, used in the front-end card of Muon Counters of BES-III project, needs to be evaluated under irradiation. SEUs on Altera ACEX 1K FPGA, observed in the experiment under the irradiation of γ ray, 14 and 2.5MeV neutrons, was investigated. We calculated involved cross-section and provided reasonable analysis and evaluation for the result of the experiment. The conclusion about feasibility of applying ACEX 1K FPGA in the front-end card of the readout system of Muon Counters for BES-III was given. 相似文献

In this paper it is shown that the relationship of bulk modulus with pressure, B=f(P), should be linear both at low and high-pressure limiting conditions. Because most of present equations of state (EOS) for solids cannot satisfy such linear relationship at high pressure, a new function f(P) is proposed to satisfy the linearity. By integrating the bulk modulus, an EOS with three parameters and satisfying the quantum-statistics limitation is derived. It is shown that the EOS can be reduced to two-parameter EOS approximately satisfying the limiting condition. By applying the two EOSs and other three typical EOSs to 50 materials, it is concluded that for materials at low and middle-pressure regimes, the limiting condition does not operate, the Baonza EOS gives the best results, but it cannot provide analytic expression for cohesive energy. The Vinet and our second EOSs are slightly inferior, both EOSs can provide analytic expression for cohesive energy, and for materials at high-pressure regimes our second EOS gives the best results. The Holzapfel and our first EOSs give the worst results, although they strictly satisfy the limiting condition. The authors theoretically investigate a triple-barrier ferromagnetic resonant-tunneling diode composing nonmagnetic couple wells and three GaMnN magnetic barriers, in which two kinds of antiparallel configurations are formed by changing the relative orientation of magnetization in the barriers. Based on a two-band model, the achievement of large magnetocurrents in the resonant bias regime is proposed under an optimal magnetization configuration. Six-gap resistive plate chamber (MRPC) prototypes with semiconductive glass electrodes (bulk resistivity~1010.cm) were studied for suitability in time-of-flight (TOF) applications at high rates. These studies were performed using a continuous electron beam of 800 MeV at IHEP and an X-ray machine.
