Treatment of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,5-diphenyl-6,7-dithiabicyclo[3.1.1]heptane 6-endo-oxide ( 2 ) with Montmorillonitc K 10 in dichloromethane gave 2,2,-4,4-tetramethyl-1,5-diphenyl-7,8-dithia-6-oxabicyclo-[3.2.1]octane ( 6 ) (11%) with recovery of 2 (87%). Under similar reaction conditions, the 6-exo-oxide 7 and the sulfenate 6 gave a mixture of 6 (21%), 2 (67%), and 7 (9%) and a mixture of 2 (89%) and 6 (9%), respectively. These results indicate the relative thermodynamic stabilities of the three compounds to be 2 > 6 > 7 . PM3 calculations on these compounds showed the heats of formation (kcal/mol) to be in the following order: 6 (44.12783), 2 (57.46721), and 7 (59.37918). The driving force of this unusual 1,2-rearrangement of 2 and 7 to 6 would be the release of the ring strain of the bicyclo[3.1.1]heptane system of 2 and 7 by ring expansion. 相似文献

There is a strong correlation between the composition of Deinagkistrodon acutus venom proteins and their potential pharmacological effects. The proteomic analysis revealed 103 proteins identified through label-free proteomics from 30 different snake venom families. Phospholipase A2 (30.0%), snaclec (21.0%), antithrombin (17.8%), thrombin (8.1%) and metalloproteinases (4.2%) were the most abundant proteins. The main toxicity of Deinagkistrodon acutus venom is hematotoxicity and neurotoxicity, and it acts on the lung. Deinagkistrodon acutus venom may have anticoagulant and antithrombotic effects. In summary, the protein profile and related toxicity and pharmacological activity of Deinagkistrodon acutus venom from southwest China were put forward for the first time. A sublimation apparatus in which a high temperature slightly lower than the sublimation point of copperphthalocyanine remains constant over a long condensation region has been developed. A sufficiently pure material for electrophotographic measurements can be obtained only when this high temperature is maintained nearly constant over the long condensation region along the sublimation tube. After the thired sublimation, the value of copper contents in the sample is 11.03 · 0.02%, according to the chelatometric titrations, while the theoreitcal value of stoichimetric composition is 11.03%. Emission spectrochemical analysis shows that only traces of Si and Mg are found in the sample after the sixth sublimation. Based on the interpretation of the EPR spectra of
the spin adducts, nitroxides, the region-selectivity of H-abstraction has been disclosed and the possible mechanistic paths
of H-abstraction have also been discussed. EPR of H-abstraction by using 'magic blue' reagents can also be used for producing
