Effects of processing on the structure of zein/oleic Acid films investigated by x-ray diffraction

Zein films plasticized with oleic acid were formed by solution casting, by the stretching of moldable resins, and by blown film extrusion. The effects of the forming process on film structure were investigated by X-ray diffraction. Wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) patterns showed d-spacings at 4.5 and 10 A, which were attributed to the zein alpha-helix backbone and inter-helix packing, respectively. The 4.5 A d-spacing remained stable under processing while the 10 A d-spacing varied with processing treatment. Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) detected a long-range periodicity for the formed films but not for unprocessed zein, which suggests that the forming process-promoted film structure development is possibly aided by oleic acid. The SAXS d-spacing varied among the samples (130-238 A) according to zein origin and film-forming method. X-ray scattering data suggest that the zein molecular structure resists processing but the zein supramolecular arrangements in the formed films are dependent on processing methods. Structural model for a zein molecular aggregate (based on Matsushima et al.10). Rectangular prisms of individual zein molecules are hexagonally aligned parallel to each other.     

The recent progress of wide bandgap donor polymers towards non-fullerene organic solar cells

The recent progress of wide bandgap (WBG) donor polymers for non-fullerene polymer solar cells (NF-PSCs) were reviewed in detail, which was classified by D-type and D-A type molecular backbones to discuss the related structure-property correlations and put forward an outlook for future innovations.     

新显色剂5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与U(Ⅵ)的显色反应研究及应用

研究了新显色剂5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(p-CPHQ)与U(Ⅵ)的显色反应条件,在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,pH 4.0～6.0缓冲介质中,形成稳定的红色络合物,最大吸收波长为470nm,ε=4.39×10~4,含U(Ⅵ)量在0～55μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,结合TBP萃淋树脂分离富集,并以CyDTA、KF联合掩蔽,方法适用于岩石矿物中痕量铀的测定。     

LIGHT-SCATTERING STUDY OF POLYELECTROLYTE HOLLOW CAPSULES

Silver halide (AgX) microcrystal was used as template to synthesize hollow polyelectrolyte capsules. These hollow capsules were characterized by laser light scattering (LLS) used to measure the size of the capsules in solution. The ratio of hydrodynamic radius (Rh) from dynamic LLS to the radius of gyration (Rg) from static LLS is almost unity, revealing that the entities are hollow in solution. The results suggest that the LLS method can be regarded as a good complement to the confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) method for the characterization of small hollow capsules, and it possesses the advantage of not needing fluorescence labeling.     

Photopolymerization induced by a benzophenone derivative photoinitiator

A benzophenone derivative photoinitiator, HBP-TDI-HQ-TDI-HBP （HTCTH）, was synthesized based on 4-hydroxy benzophenone （HBP）, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate （TDI） and hydroquinone （HQ）. HTCTH was a more effective photoinitiator which had longer wavelength absorption in the UV-vis absorption spectra than the low molecular counterpart benzophenone （BP）. It showed that both rate of polymerization （Rp） and final conversion （P） increased with increase of amine and HTCTH concentration in photopolymerization.     

一个二维梯状化合物[Ni(μ1，5-dca)2(en)]n的合成，结构和磁性(英)

A new nickel(Ⅱ)-dicyanamide compound, [Ni(dca)₂(en)]_n (1) (dca=dicyanamide anion, [N(CN)₂]^-); en=ethylene diamine), has been synthesized and its structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P2₁/n with unit cell dimensions: a=0.694 3(1) nm, b=1.041 5(2) nm, c=1.4132(2) nm, and β=90.381°, Z=4, V=1.011 0(3) nm³. In this compound, the adjacent nickel atoms are connected by dca all in μ_1，5-bridging mode to form ladder-like units, which are linked with double dca bridges to generate a regular infinite stair-like structure. Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility was also characterized for this compound. CCDC: 208276.     

新型卤代羟基三苯醚的合成与抑菌活性研究

设计合成了对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-2-羟基苯基)醚(4a～4c)及对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-5-溴-2-羟基苯基)醚(5a～5c)共6个卤代羟基三苯醚类化合物,其结构均经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析证实,并且对其抑菌活性进行了初步测试.结果表明:此类化合物大多在低浓度下对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、卡他双球菌、青枯假单胞菌等具有良好的抗菌活性.     

LC-MS法分析鸡肝中的玉米赤霉醇

玉米赤霉醇(Zeranol)是一种非甾体类激素,具有促进家畜蛋白质合成和增重的作用。由于其在动物组织中残留,目前在欧盟被禁用。2002年4月我国农业部第193号公告和2002年11月农业部、国家药品监督管理局第227号公告中规定禁止使用玉米赤霉醇,但由于玉米赤霉醇作为畜禽增重剂效果好、经济回报高,仍有一些不法饲养业主受利益驱使而违法使用。为保证动物源性食品安全,维护人民身体健康,必须建立一种适用、可行、规范的残留检测方法以适应当前加入WTO的形势需要。本实验建立了高效液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS)测定鸡肝中玉米赤霉醇,旨在为政府监控禽类产品中的玉米赤霉醇提供准确可靠的检测方法。     

一种含有亚微米孔洞的新型微孔磷酸盐晶体材料的合成及其生长机理

采用水热法成功地合成了一种含有亚微米级孔洞的微孔磷酸盐晶体材料(记为HAP-TAP),其形貌特征是:六棱柱形的晶体表面分布着大量0.4～0.8μm的亚微米级孔洞,孔洞内长有片层状晶体.在样品晶化的过程中,通过控制合成时间,获得了纯六棱柱形晶体的大单晶(记为HAP).使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱和电子能谱(EDX)对HAP-TAP独特形貌的形成机理进行了研究和揭示.HAP的单晶XRD数据表明,HAP是一种具有二维空旷骨架结构的新型微孔磷酸铝晶体,其分子式为Al5(OH)2(PO4)7(C2N2H10)3.0.5H2O.EDX分析结果表明,生长于六棱柱形晶体孔洞内的片层状晶体为磷酸钛铝材料.     

镍氢动力电池用AB5型贮氢合金热处理工艺的研究

本文对镍氢动力电池用AB5型纳米晶贮氢合金热处理工艺进行了研究.分别采用X射线衍射、金相、PCI测试手段分析热处理后贮氢合金的微观结构与吸放氢动力学性能.贮氢合金的电性能测试结果表明,经过950℃×6 h热处理的贮氢合金,10C放电比容量可以达到241mAh/g,循环寿命大于500次,分别以7C,10C放电,高倍率放电率(HRD)为92.5%,85.2%.将贮氢合金粉组装成电池进行测试,2min后,放电平台电压为1.143V,以10C放电,300次循环后,电池容量衰减率较小.
