A cytotoxic compound from the leaves of Juglans mandshurica   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
From Juglans mandshurica leaves, a new quinone compound was isolated through bioassay-guided fractionation. The structure elucidation of the compound was established based on spectroscopic studies, notably of the 2D NMR spectra. The compound exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against Hela, MCF-7, BGC823 and 3T3-Llcell lines with IC50 ranges from 7.5 to 26.8 μmol/L.  相似文献

Stannous oxalate was prepared efficiently and characterized by XRD and FT-IR. It exhibited higher catalytic activity and had profitable effect than tetrabutyl titanate and stannous octoate for the synthesis of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) via esterification-route. Over this catalyst, the degree of esterification of pure terephthalic acid was up to 94.4% at 260°C after 1.5 h, while the intrinsic viscosity and content of terminal carboxyl groups of the corresponding PTT polyester, polymerized at 260°C, 60 Pa for 2 h, was 0.8950 dL/g and 15 mol/t, respectively. Stannous oxalate was a promising catalyst for the synthesis of PTT polyester.  相似文献

Polymer-supported phosphine ligand 3b derived from ferrocene was prepared,and applied in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki- Miyaura reactions.A range of aryl bromides can couple with phenylboronic acid to obtain corresponding biaryls in excellent yields. 以Zn(NH3)4(Ac)2为前驱体,不加任何模板剂和表面活性剂,低温下通过改变反应条件(如前驱体浓度、反应时间及反应温度),实现了对ZnO微晶形貌和尺度的有效控制.所得花状、蜂窝状、柱状ZnO用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜进行了鉴定和表征,并初步探讨了不同形貌ZnO微晶的生长机理.  相似文献

用真空镀膜法在Au电极上沉积SnO2薄膜,在HAuCl4和H2PtCl4的混合溶液中利用直接还原法,将Au-Pt双金属纳米颗粒组装在SnO2 / Au电极上,得到Au-Pt / SnO2 / Au复合电极。采用SEM、TEM、XPS及CV曲线测定对Au-Pt / SnO2 / Au复合电极进行了表征。结果表明:复合电极上双金属纳米颗粒分布均匀,粒子粒径约为25 nm左右。SnO2作为修饰层以配位键与双金属纳米粒子结合。Au-Pt / SnO2 / Au复合电极具有良好对甲醇氧化的电化学性能。  相似文献

The insect spruce budworm(Choristoneura fumiferana) produces antifreeze protein(AFP) to assist in the protection of the over-wintering larval stage and contains multiple isoforms. Structures for two isoforms,known as CfAFP-501 and CfAFP-337,show that both possess similar left-handed β-helical structure,although thermal hysteresis activity of the longer isoform CfAFP-501 is three times that of CfAFP-337. The markedly enhanced activity of CfAFP-501 is not proportional to,and cannot be simply accounted for,by the increased ice-binding site resulting from the two extra coils in CfAFP-501. In or-der to investigate the molecular basis for the activity difference and gain better understanding of AFPs in general,we have employed several different computational methods to systematically study the structural properties and ice interactions of the AFPs and their deletion models. In the context of intact AFPs,a majority of the coils in CfAFP-501 has better ice interaction and causes stronger ice lattice disruption than CfAFP-337,strongly suggesting a cooperative or synergistic effect among β-helical coils. The synergistic effect would play a critical role and make significant contributions to the anti-freeze activity β-helical antifreeze proteins. This is the first time that synergistic effect and its implica-tion for antifreeze activity are reported for β-helical antifreeze proteins.  相似文献

The mechanisms of theion reaction of alkylidenegermylene with oxirane and thiirane have been characterized detail in using density functional theory, as well as ab initio method, including geometry optimization and vibrational analysis for the involved stationary points on the potential energy surface. Energies were calculated by CCSD(T)/6-311G(d)//B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) method for the involved conformations. The results show that the reaction pathways for both reactions consist of two ways: (1) the reactants can yield bent products (P1; P4) by syn-isomers; (2) the reactants can also yield three-membered products (P2; P5) by anti-isomers, which then further react with oxirane and thiirane to form the ultimate products (P3-1, P3-2; P6). Furthermore, a comparison with alkylidenecarbene, oxirane, and thiirane was done.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline zinc coatings were produced by pulse electrodeposition in acid sulfate bath containing thiourea and benzalacetone additives and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The influence of benzalacetone concentration and pulse peak current density on the grain size and crystallographic orientation of zinc deposits was investigated. Zinc electrodeposited from additive-free solutions or with one of the two additives is not composed of nanosized crystals. The mixture additives of thiourea and benzalacetone give rise to the formation of particle-like nanocrystalline zinc with a (10ī1) random orientation. A change in peak current density from 2 to 1 A/cm2 only increases the grain size from 60 to 62 nm.  相似文献

The Cs‐symmetric fullerene chlorohydrin C60(Cl)(OH)(OOtBu)4 reacts with 4‐dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) to yield two isomers with the formula C60(O)(OOtBu)4 in good yields. These isomers differ with respect to the location of the epoxy functionality. The one from DMAP is Cs symmetric, whereas that from DABCO is C1 symmetric with the epoxy group on the central pentagon. Two different mechanisms are proposed to explain the chemoselectivity of these reactions. The reaction with DMAP involves single‐electron transfer as the key step; DMAP acts as the electron donor. A combination of an oxygen‐atom shift and SN2′′ processes (boomerang substitution) are responsible for the formation of isomer with DACBO. Various related reactions support the proposed mechanisms. The structures of new fullerene derivatives were determined by spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray analysis, and chemical correlation experiments.  相似文献
