铈、锂盐对铝阳极氧化膜的协同封闭作用

研究了铈、锂盐在铝阳极氧化膜封闭处理中的协同作用.场发射扫描电镜和X射线衍射谱对铈、锂盐协同封闭前后铝阳极氧化膜形貌和结构的研究结果表明，封闭后膜表面的孔洞消失，封闭产物分布均匀，封闭后膜仍然以非晶态形式存在.根据X射线光电子能谱的结果，封闭后的膜主要由含结晶水的Al2O3及铈、锂的混合氢氧化物组成，同时膜中还含有及封闭溶液组分中的一些阴离子.电化学阻抗谱的研究结果表明铈、锂盐协同封闭能够显著提高膜的耐蚀性能.在实验结果基础上，初步认为铈、锂盐封闭是通过生成结构紧密的封闭产物填充、覆盖膜孔，从而显著提高铝阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性能.     

Direct Observation of Various Al Sites in SAPO-34by ^27Al Multiquantum(MQ) Magic Angle Spinning (MAS)NMR

The elegant 2D multiquantum (MQ) MAS NMR has been applied to investigate the coordination of Al atoms in SAPO-34.The results show that the effects of the template and /or water on the coordination of Al atoms are significant,which lead to the formation of various Al species.Up to four kinds of Al species are distinctly resolved.     

A new Dendrobine-Type Alkaloid from Dendrobium nobile

A new dendrobine-type alkaloid has been isolated from stems of Dendrobium nobile lindl.Its structure has been identified on the basis of spectroscopic method.

中药指纹图谱特指中药样本经光谱或色谱等现代分析技术得到的中药各组分群体特征的图谱或图象。凭借实用的指纹图谱既可确认中药材或中药制剂的真伪,同时又能判断其质量的稳定与否。本文对中药指纹图谱技术研究领域内的国内外现状及主要技术进行了综述。     

分子信标荧光探针用于抑癌基因ING1表达产物的定量测定

根据抑癌基因ING1基因的序列设计并合成了检测ING1转录产物的分子信标核酸探针,发展了一种快速测量从正常细胞系和鼻咽癌肿瘤细胞系提取的ING1转录产物的方法,所得结果与用逆转录结合PCR法(RT-PCR)得到的结果相吻合.并且,将能表达ING1基因的质粒转入肿瘤细胞进行培养后,再将分子信标转入肿瘤细胞,发现转导了质粒的肿瘤细胞比未转导质粒的肿瘤细胞内的荧光明显增强,从而进一步证实了所设计的分子信标核酸探针与ING1转录产物的结合.     

调节剂存在下双金属氰化络合催化剂催化环氧丙烷聚合的动力学

研究了双金属氰化络合催化剂DMC催化环氧丙烷调节聚合的动力学 .通过测定反应过程体系压力的变化来决定聚合的起始速率 ,发现聚合反应速率与分子量调节剂浓度Tr的线性函数的 - 1次方成正比 .考察了DMC催化剂在反应不同阶段的远红外吸收变化 ,提出了聚合反应可能的反应历程 ,并推导出调节聚合的动力学方程 .研究结果表明调节聚合的动力学特点在于链引发是发生在催化剂与单体之间 ,而不是催化剂与调节剂之间

分析恒电流库仑滴定过程中电气因素的影响,包括恒流源输出精度的影响、参考标准不确定度的影响、外部连接线路的影响、实验环境对电路的影响等,提出了减小这些影响的办法。     

Identification of Different Cobalt Nucleation on Glassy Carbon

The nucleation mechanisms of cobalt from sulfate solutions were studied by utilizing the electrochemical technique, chronoamperometry. It was found that the recorded current-time transients introduced from 1.0mol/L CoSO4 solution were complexes with unusual shapes. All characteristic features were identified as separate process. The instantaneous or progressive nucleation with 2D or 3D growth exists during the cobalt deposition, depending on the applied potentials.
