调节剂存在下双金属氰化络合催化剂催化环氧丙烷聚合的动力学

研究了双金属氰化络合催化剂DMC催化环氧丙烷调节聚合的动力学 .通过测定反应过程体系压力的变化来决定聚合的起始速率 ,发现聚合反应速率与分子量调节剂浓度Tr的线性函数的 - 1次方成正比 .考察了DMC催化剂在反应不同阶段的远红外吸收变化 ,提出了聚合反应可能的反应历程 ,并推导出调节聚合的动力学方程 .研究结果表明调节聚合的动力学特点在于链引发是发生在催化剂与单体之间 ,而不是催化剂与调节剂之间

Identification of Different Cobalt Nucleation on Glassy Carbon

The nucleation mechanisms of cobalt from sulfate solutions were studied by utilizing the electrochemical technique, chronoamperometry. It was found that the recorded current-time transients introduced from 1.0mol/L CoSO4 solution were complexes with unusual shapes. All characteristic features were identified as separate process. The instantaneous or progressive nucleation with 2D or 3D growth exists during the cobalt deposition, depending on the applied potentials.

A NOVEL ZWITTERIONIC SILANE COUPLING AGENT FOR NONTHROMBOGENIC BIOMATERIALS

A novel silane coupling agent bearing sulfobetaine group, N,N-diethyl-N-（3-sulfopropyl）-aminopropyl- trimethoxysilane （DESATS）, was first designed, synthesized and characterized. Its solution property was studied by means of dynamic light scattering. DESATS was successfully bonded onto the surface of the glass and proved by ESCA. Platelet adhesion assay in vitro indicated that the nonthrombogenicity of glass slide modified with DESATS is greatly improved.     

新型三唑类抗真菌化合物的三维定量构效关系研究

采用比较分子力场分析法(CoMFA)和比较分子相似性指数分析法(CoMSIA), 系统研究了40个新型三唑类化合物抗真菌活性的三维定量构效关系. 在CoMFA研究中, 研究了两种药效构象对模型的影响, 并考察了网格点步长对统计结果的影响. 在CoMSIA研究中, 系统考察了各种分子场组合、网格点步长和衰减因子对模型统计结果的影响, 发现立体场、静电场、疏水场和氢键受体场的组合得到最佳模型. 所建立CoMFA和CoMSIA模型的交叉相关系数q²值分别为0.718和0.655, 并都具有较强的预测能力. CoMFA和CoMSIA模型的三维等值线图直观地解释了化合物的构效关系, 阐明了化合物结构中苯环上各位置取代基对抗真菌活性的影响, 为进一步结构优化提供了重要依据.     

CH3O与ClO双自由基反应机理的量子化学研究

在QCISD(T)／6—311 G(d,p)／／B3LYP／6．311 G(3df,3pd)水平上,对CH3O与CIO自由基反应进行了理论研究．结果表明,该反应共有三个反应通道,产物分别为HOCI CH2O,CH2O HCl和CH3CI O2(1△)．不论从动力学角度,还是从热力学角度看,形成产物HOCl CH2O的通道均是最有利的,因此为主要反应通道,这与实验观察到的结果是一致的．

The μ-oxygen-bis[tri(p-fluorobenzyl)tin] was synthesized. The structure were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and ¹H NMR and the crystal structure were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to rhombohedral with space group R, a=1.346 4(4), b=1.346 4(4), c=1.772 9(7) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ=120°, Z=3, V=2.783 2(15) nm³, D_c=1.625 g·cm^-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1.408 mm^-1, S=1.088, F(000)=1 350, R₁=0.027 5, wR₂=0.065 9. In compound, the tin atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination configuration. CCDC: 257079.
