The searching and recovering of the correct reconstruction distance in digital holography (DH) can be a cumbersome and subjective procedure. Here we report on an algorithm for automatically estimating the in-focus image and recovering the correct reconstruction distance for speckle holograms. We have tested the approach in determining the reconstruction distances of stretched digital holograms. Stretching a hologram with a variable elongation parameter makes it possible to change the in-focus distance of the reconstructed image. In this way, the proposed algorithm can be verified at different distances by dispensing the recording of different holograms. Experimental results are shown with the aim of demonstrating the usefulness of the proposed method, and a comparative analysis has been performed with respect to other existing algorithms developed for DH.  相似文献

In this study H3PW12O40·9H2O and H3PMo12O40·6H2O (HPA) particles were changed into nano forms by heat-treatment in an autoclave as a simple, repaid, inexpensive and one step method. The particle size of these nanoparticles was around 25 nm. The as-synthesized nanostructures were characterized by dynamic light scattering, X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma analyzer. Thermal stability of nanoparticles was surveyed by thermal gravimeter analyse. Acidity of prepared nanoparticles was investigated by pyridine adsorption method. Results showed rising acidity by declining particle size of HPA.  相似文献

Recently, an axially distributed sensing system was proposed for three-dimensional (3D) imaging where the sensors are distributed along the optical axis. In this previously reported system, a priori knowledge of exact sensor positions was required for 3D image reconstruction. In this Letter, we present an axially distributed sensing with unknown sensor positions along the optical axis. In this system, only the relative positions of two sensors are needed, whereas all other sensor positions are assumed unknown. Experiments are presented to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed system and illustrate the visual quality of reconstructed 3D images by using the proposed calibrated sensor positions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on axially distributed sensing with unknown sensor positions.  相似文献

Homotopy perturbation method (HPM) is applied to construct a new iterative method for solving system of nonlinear algebric equations. Comparison of the result obtained by the present method with that obtained by revised Adomian decomposition method [Hossein Jafari, Varsha Daftardar-Gejji, Appl. Math. Optofluidic devices offer flexibility for a variety of tasks involving biological specimen. We propose a system for three-dimensional (3D) sensing and identification of biological micro-organisms. This system consists of a microfluidic device along with a digital holographic microscope and relevant statistical recognition algorithms. The microfluidic channel is used to house the micro-organisms, while the holographic microscope and a CCD camera record their digital holograms. The holograms can be computationally reconstructed in 3D using a variety of algorithms, such as the Fresnel transform. Statistical recognition algorithms are used to analyze and identify the micro-organisms from the reconstructed wavefront. Experimental results are presented. Because of computational reconstruction of wavefronts in holographic imaging, this technique offers unique advantages that allow one to image micro-organisms within a deep channel while removing the inherent microfluidic-induced aberration through interferometery.  相似文献

In this Letter, we present three-dimensional (3D) photon counting integral imaging using the moving array-lens technique (MALT) to improve the visualization of a reconstructed 3D scene. In 3D scene reconstruction of photon counting integral imaging, various techniques such as maximum likelihood estimation may be used. However, the visual quality depends on the number of scene photons or detector pixels activated by photons. We show that MALT may improve the viewing resolution of integral imaging for reconstructed 3D scene under photon-starved conditions.  相似文献

A series of pyrazolo[1,2-a][1,2,4]triazole-1,3-dione derivatives were synthesized under the catalytic effect of Natrolite zeolite, and their cytotoxic effects on three human breast cancer cell lines viz. breast cancer (BT-474), triple negative breast cancer (MDA-MB 231), and breast carcinoma (MCF-7) were explored using MTT assay. Apoptotic effects of the compounds were investigated by western blot analysis on the caspase-3 protein. Moreover, we examined the level of reactive oxygen species in all three cell lines. The most promising compound, 7-Amino-1,3-dioxo-5-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-phenyl-1,2,3-trihydropyrazolo[1,2-a][1,2,4]triazole-6-carbonitrile (4c), showed high levels of cytotoxicity against all cell lines with IC50 values of 2.3, 2.5 and 3 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

The activity of palladium nanoparticles supported on poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone) grafted Fe3O4@SiO2 was investigated in the cross-coupling reactions. We have applied this catalyst under low loading of the supported palladium nanoparticles for the coupling of aryl halides with alkenes (Mizoroki–Heck reaction) and organoboronic acids (Suzuki–Miyaura reaction) in the absence of phosphorous ligands. Short reaction times and excellent yields of the products express the effectiveness of this catalyst. The nanocatalyst can be separated from the reaction mixture by applying a permanent magnet externally and can be reused for six times without appreciable change in catalytic activity. Also, the amount of leaching of Pd nanoparticles has been determined by ICP analysis and results showed low leaching of the metal into solution from the supported catalyst.  相似文献
