Amorphous silicon oxycarbide (a-SiOC:H) films produced by remote plasma RPCVD from diethoxymethylsilane (DEMS) were characterized in terms of their basic properties related to the coatings deposited using conventional plasma enhanced PECVD method. The effect of substrate temperature (TS) on the growth rate, chemical composition, structure, and properties of resulting a-SiOC:H films is reported. Film growth is an adsorption-controlled process, wherein two mechanisms can be distinguished with a transition at about TS=70°C. Depending on the temperature, films of different nature can be obtained, from polymer-like to highly crosslinked material with C-Si-O network. The chemical structure of a-SiOC:H films was characterized by FTIR, 13C and 29Si solid-state NMR, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopes. The a-SiOC:H films were also characterized in terms of their density, refractive index, surface morphology, conformality of coverage, hardness, adhesion to a substrate, and friction coefficient. The films were found to be morphologically homogeneous materials exhibiting good conformality of coverage and small surface roughness. Their refractive index exhibits anomalous effect revealing a minimum value at TS=125°C. Due to their exceptional physical properties a-SiOC:H films produced by RPCVD from DEMS precursor seems to be useful as potential dielectric materials or coatings for various encapsulation applications.  相似文献

[formula: see text] Apoptolidin (1) is a novel oncolytic lead that induces apoptosis in transformed cell lines with exceptional selectivity. We report the isolation and characterization of a ring-expanded macrolide isomer of apoptolidin: isoapoptolidin (2). The solution conformation of isoapoptolidin is described. The rate of isomerization was measured under biologically relevant conditions and found to approach equilibrium within the time frame of most cell-based assays. Isoapoptolidin's ability to inhibit mitochondrial F0F1-ATPase is over 10-fold less than that of apoptolidin.  相似文献

The method of quasilinearization is a well-known technique for obtaining approximate solutions of nonlinear differential equations. Oxidative cleavage of the C-20/C-21 bond in apoptolidin (1) provides two fragments of similar complexity, facilitating a divide-and-diversify strategy for the determination of the structural basis for apoptolidin's biological activity, the remarkably selective induction of apoptosis in sensitive cell lines. A method for multielement determination of major elements in polymer additives by microwave induced plasma atomic emission spectrometry (MIP-AES) has been elaborated. Microwave digestion with nitric acid was selected for sample preparation because of its speed and versatility. Sodium nitrate was added to the digestion mixture in order to reduce phosphorus losses. The precision obtained varied between 2 and 4.5% depending on the element determined. The accuracy of the method was studied by analyzing the Spex 5-element oil standard. The method was applied to a variety of commercial and in-house prepared compositions.  相似文献

Selected properties of donor–acceptor energy transfer in the presence of surface plasmon coupled emission (SPCE) on metallic nanofilms are demonstrated. These properties of surface plasmon mediated energy transfer (SPMET) are for the first time compared to those of traditional energy transfer (ET) based on the same donor–acceptor system. The presence of plasmons significantly accelerates energy transfer as revealed by the results of fluorescence intensity decay. In particular, the rise time of acceptor fluorescence intensity upon donor excitation is 10 times shorter in the presence of SPCE. It is also observed that contrary to ET the sensibilized acceptor emission in SPMET is totally linearly polarized.  相似文献
