Well‐defined star‐shaped hydrophobic poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) and hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) amphiphilic conetworks (APCNs) have been synthesized via the combination of ring opening polymerization (ROP) and click chemistry. Alkyne‐terminated six arm star‐shaped PCL (6‐s‐PCLx‐C?CH) and azido‐terminated PEG (N3‐PEG‐N3) are characterized by 1H NMR and FT‐IR. The swelling degree of the APCNs is determined both in water and organic solvent. This unique property of the conetworks is dependent on the nanophase separation of hydrophilic and hydrophobic phases. The morphology and thermal behaviors of the APCNs are investigated by SEM and DSC respectively. The biocompatibility is determined by water soluble tetrazolium salt reagents (WST‐1) assay, which shows the new polymer networks had good biocompatibility. Through in vitro release of paclitaxel (PTX) and doxorubicin (DOX), the APCNs is confirmed to be promising drug depot materials for sustained hydrophobic and hydrophilic drugs. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Catalytic allylic γ‐substitution with Morita‐Baylis‐Hillman (MBH) adducts for creating a new family of unsymmetrical dicarbonyl compounds was presented in this work, in which a variety of allylated amide products were achieved in good yields and high regioselectivity with excellent linear‐to‐branched ratios. Especially, it was found that the Pd/HZNU‐Phos complex exhibited remarkably high activity (with a TON up to 16800) in this transformation between dicarbonyl amides and MBH adducts. In addition, the possibly multisite interaction between multifunctional Pd/HZNU‐Phos catalyst system and substrates might responsible for its exceptionally high efficiency in this reaction. 相似文献

Two polymorphic structures have been well determined in a valence tautomeric (VT) dinuclear cobalt complex. These polymorphs showed distinct thermal‐ and photomagnetic behavior, and are thus ideal for studying the “pure” intermolecular factors to VT transitions. In polymorph 1A , the VT cations are arranged head‐to‐waist with their neighbors and exhibit weak π???π interactions, resulting in a gradual and incomplete thermal VT transition. In contrast, the cations in polymorph 1B are arranged head‐to‐tail and exhibit relatively strong π???π interactions, leading to an abrupt and complete thermal VT transition with adjustable hysteresis loop at around room temperature. The VT process for both polymorphs can be induced by light, but the light‐excited state of 1B? 2H2O has a higher thermal relaxation temperature than that of 1A? 3H2O. 相似文献

A bidentate ligand, 1‐{4‐[4‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)phenoxy]phenyl}‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (TPPT), has been designed and synthesized. By using TPPT as a building block for self‐assembly with Cd(NO3)2 ? 4 H2O and CdCl2 ? 10.5 H2O, novel 1D double‐chain {[Cd(TPPT)(NO3)2] ? 3 H2O}n ( 1 ) and 2D (4,4) layer [Cd(TPPT)Cl2(H2O)]n ( 2 ) have been constructed. When 1 was employed as a precursor and exposed to DMF or N,N′‐dimethylacetamide (DMAC), the crystals of 1 dissolved and reassembled into two types of brown block‐shaped crystals of 1D double chains: {[Cd(TPPT)2(NO3)2] ? DMF}n ( 1 a ) and {[Cd(TPPT)2(NO3)2] ? DMAC}n ( 1 b ). The anion‐exchange reactions of complex 2 have also been investigated. After gently stirring crystals of 2 in CHCl3/C2H5OH/H2O containing NaBr, NaI ? 2 H2O, or NaOAc ? 3 H2O, the crystals retained their crystalline appearances. A remarkable single crystal to single crystal transformation was observed and 1D double chains of {[Cd(TPPT)Br2] ? C2H5OH}n ( 2 a ) and {[Cd(TPPT)2I2] ? CHCl3}n ( 2 b ), and 1D single chains of [Cd(TPPT)(H2O)2(CH3COO)2]n ( 2 c ), can be obtained. Luminescent properties indicate that 1 shows excellent selectivity for Ca2+ and cyano complexes. To elucidate the structure of a compound is a necessary step for its practical applications. To study the structure and properties of metal sulfide fullerene Sc2S@C88 detected by mass spectrometry, 11 194 isomers of C88 and 33 isomers of Sc2S@C88 were systematically examined by density functional theory calculations. The calculations show that the two lowest‐energy isomers are Sc2S@C88:81 738 (IPR‐35) and Sc2S@C88:81 735 (IPR‐32), followed by Sc2S@C88:81 729 (IPR‐26), Sc2S@C88:81 712 (IPR‐9), and Sc2S@C88:81 733 (IPR‐30). Structural analysis shows that the first two energetically favored isomers are bridged by the third and fifth energetically favored isomers, which can transfer into each other via direct Stone–Wales rotation. The calculations of temperature effect show that the first two favored isomers become dominant forms of Sc2S@C88 with decreasing temperature and may coexist in the soot. This structural convertibility among favored isomers of Sc2S@C88 suggest a hidden rule that birds of a feather flock together in metal sulfide fullerenes. This rule may decrease the range of candidate cages for the structural identification of a metal sulfide fullerene. IR spectra are simulated for helping the future experimental identification of Sc2S@C88. 相似文献
