A simple method is described for the determination of Cd, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn in nails by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) or electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). Prior to analysis, 10-20 mg of nail samples were accurately weighed into (15 mL) conical tubes. Then, 1 mL of 25% (w/v) tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) solution was added to the samples, incubated at room temperature overnight and then further diluted to 10 mL with 1% (v/v) HNO(3). After that, samples were directly analyzed. Rhodium was used as internal standard for ICP-MS analysis. Method detection limits (3 s, n=20) were 0.1, 3.0, 1.0, 4.5, 1.5, 5.0 ng g(-1) for Cd, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn, respectively for ICP-MS, and 24, 26, 30, 143, 130 and 1000 ng g(-1), respectively for ETAAS. The key issue addressed here is the elimination of the acid digestion prior to analysis. Moreover, with the use of the proposed method there is a considerable improvement in the sample throughput comparing to the traditional methods using microwave-assisted acid sample digestion prior to analysis. For validation purposes, six ordinary nail samples were solubilized and then directly analyzed by ICP-MS and ETAAS, with no statistical difference between the two techniques at 95% level on applying the t-test.  相似文献

A series of 5-amino-1-aroylpyrazoles 3 are synthesized directly by the reaction of β-aminocrotononitrile 1 with some structures containing the hydrazine moiety (X-NHNH2) 2 by refluxing ethanol in presence of sodium acetate. When semicarbazide 3i was used (X = CONH2), the reaction afforded the unexpected 7-aminopyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine 4.  相似文献

The molecules of (III) are linked by a combination of C—H...O and C—H...π hydrogen bonds into a chain of edge‐fused centrosymmetric rings, further linked by weak hydrogen bonds into supramolecular arrays in two or three dimensions. The heterocyclic molecules in (IV) are linked by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds into sheets, from which the partial‐occupancy ethanol molecules are pendent. The significance of this study lies in its finding of a very wide range of supramolecular aggregation modes dependent on rather modest changes in the peripheral substituents remote from the main hydrogen‐bond acceptor sites.  相似文献

Diketopiperazines (DKPs) corresponding to cyclic dipeptides have been reported to exhibit antimicrobial, antitumor, antimutagenic and antiviral properties. These compounds are commonly isolated from microorganisms and sponges and from a variety of tissues and body fluids. In this work, we used electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS) to investigate the fragmentation of a series of DKPs previously isolated from Aspergillus fumigatus, which exhibit the same structural core. Loss of CO directly from the protonated molecule was found to be a fragmentation process common to all the compounds analyzed. However, our results revealed a series of ions that are diagnostic for the substituents at C(4) and C(9). In order to rationalize the differences in the fragmentation pathways of substituted and nonsubstituted DKPs, the relative Gibbs energies (DeltaG) of the product ions and intermediate ions were estimated using the B3LYP/6-31 + + G(d,p) model. The data reported here can be used for the structural elucidation of DKPs from low sample amounts, as an alternative to NMR.  相似文献

A computational study of the isomerization reaction of a series of halodiazirines to halodiazo compounds (cyclic to open-chain RXCN2 species) has been carried out in order to establish the effect of the substituent groups on the isomerization rates and to obtain computational evidence of reaction mechanisms. Fluorine and chlorine were present as the halogen (X) atom, and the groups R=H, CH3, C2H5, n-C3H7, i-C3H7, cyclo-C3H5, phenyl, OCH3 and OH were used. Thermochemical calculations and natural bond orbital analyses were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) level of theory. The results allowed us to discuss a reaction mechanism that proceeds in two steps: The first is the extrusion of nitrogen and formation of a carbene through a cyclic transition state that promotes the simultaneous breaking of the two C–N bonds, and the second one is described as the rebounding between the carbene and one of the nitrogen atoms of molecular nitrogen, both formed in the first step. The enthalpies of formation of halodiazirines and halodiazoalkanes have been calculated at the G3 level of theory.  相似文献

Hydroethanolic extracts of C. langsdorffii leaves have therapeutic potential. This work reports a validated chromatographic method for the quantification of polar compounds in the hydroethanolic extract of C. langsdorffii leaves. A reliable HPLC method was developed using two monolithic columns linked in series (100 x 4.6 mm - C18), with nonlinear gradient elution, and UV detection set at 257 nm. A procedure for the extraction of flavonols was also developed, which involved the use of 70% aqueous ethanol and the addition of benzophenone as the internal standard. The developed method led to a good detection response as the values for linearity were between 10.3 and 1000 microg/mL, and those for recovery between 84.2 and 111.1%. The detection limit ranged from 0.02 to 1.70 microg/mL and the quantitation limit from 0.07 to 5.1 microg/mL, with a maximum RSD of 5.24%. Five compounds, rutin, quercetin-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside, kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside, quercetin and kaempferol, were quantified. This method could, therefore, be used for the quality control of hydroethanolic extracts of Copaifera leaves and their cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.  相似文献

We report first principles calculations to analyze the ruthenium adsorption and diffusion on GaN(0 0 0 1) surface in a 2×2geometry. The calculations were performed using the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) with ultrasoft pseudopotential within the density functional theory (DFT). The surface is modeled using the repeated slabs approach. To study the most favorable ruthenium adsorption model we considered T1, T4 and H3 special sites. We find that the most energetically favorable structure corresponds to the Ru- T4 model or the ruthenium adatom located at the T4 site, while the ruthenium adsorption on top of a gallium atom (T1 position) is totally unfavorable. The ruthenium diffusion on surface shows an energy barrier of 0.612 eV. The resultant reconstruction of the ruthenium adsorption on GaN(0 0 0 1)- 2×2 surface presents a lateral relaxation of some hundredth of Å in the most stable site. The comparison of the density of states and band structure of the GaN(0 0 0 1) surface without ruthenium adatom and with ruthenium adatom is analyzed in detail.  相似文献

Samples of essential oil from Colombian ylang-ylang trees were analyzed by means of HRGC, HRGC–MS, IR and 1H- and 13C-NMR. 57 components were detected, 51 of which were positively identified. Camphene and anethol were identified in ylang-ylang essential oil for the first time. Among the composition-determining variables studied (extraction time, part of the flower, and flower freshness), the extraction time and the flower condition (fresh versus dry) were found to have the largest incidence in the quality of the essential oil.  相似文献
