[Chemical reaction: See text] A Et3Al mediated intramolecular epoxide opening, cyclopropanation reaction is described. The transformation provided highly functionalized bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane systems in high efficiency and with perfect H or F endo selectivity. Application of this reaction to the synthesis of mGluR2/3 agonist 1 (43% overall yield) and a few intermediates suitable for the synthesis of other bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane mGluR2/3 agonists is discussed.  相似文献

3,3′,5,5′-Tetra-tert-butyl-2′-sulfanyl[1,1′-biphenyl]-2-ol (H2[tBu4OS]) was prepared in 24 % yield overall from the analogous biphenol using standard techniques. Addition of H2[tBu4OS] to Mo(NAr)(CHCMe2Ph)(2,5-dimethylpyrrolide)2 led to formation of Mo(NAr)(CHCMe2Ph)[tBu4OS], which was trapped with PMe3 to give Mo(NAr)(CHCMe2Ph)[tBu4OS](PMe3) ( 1 (PMe3)). An X-ray crystallographic study of 1 (PMe3) revealed that two structurally distinct square pyramidal molecules are present in which the alkylidene ligand occupies the apical position in each. Both 1 (PMe3)A and 1 (PMe3)B are disordered. Mo(NAd)(CHCMe2Ph)(tBu4OS)(PMe3) ( 2 (PMe3); Ad=1-adamantyl) and W(NAr)(CHCMe2Ph)(tBu4OS)(PMe3) ( 3 (PMe3)) were prepared using analogous approaches. 1 (PMe3) reacts with ethylene (1 atm) in benzene within 45 minutes to give an ethylene complex Mo(NAr)(tBu4OS)(C2H4) ( 4 ) that is isolable and relatively stable toward loss of ethylene below 60 °C. An X-ray study shows that the bond distances and angles for the ethylene ligand in 4 are like those found for bisalkoxide ethylene complexes of the same general type. Complex 1 (PMe3) in the presence of one equivalent of B(C6F5)3 catalyzes the homocoupling of 1-decene, allyltrimethylsilane, and allylboronic acid pinacol ester at ambient temperature. 1 (PMe3), 2 (PMe3), and 3 (PMe3) all catalyze the ROMP of rac-endo,exo-5,6-dicarbomethoxynorbornene (rac-DCMNBE) in the presence of B(C6F5)3, but the polyDCMNBE that is formed has a random structure.  相似文献

An integral equation formulation for buoyancy-driven convection problems is developed and illustrated. Buoyancy-driven convection in a bounded cylindrical geometry with a free surface is studied for a range of aspect ratios and Nusselt numbers. The critical Rayleigh number, the nature of the cellular motion, and the heat transfer enhancement are computed using linear theory. Green's functions are used to convert the linear problem into linear Fredholm integral equations. Theorems are proved which establish the properties of the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the linear integral operator which appears in these equations.  相似文献

The bowing curvature of the free-standing GaN substrate significantly decreased almost linearly from 0.67 to 0.056 m−1 (i.e. the bowing radius increased from 1.5 to 17.8 m) with increase in inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching time at the N-polar face, and eventually changed the bowing direction from convex to concave. Furthermore, the influences of the bowing curvature on the measured full width at half maximum (FWHM) of high-resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD) in (0 0 2) reflection were also deduced, which reduced from 176.8 to 88.8 arcsec with increase in ICP etching time. Decrease in the nonhomogeneous distribution of threading dislocations and point defects as well as VGa–ON complex defects on removing the GaN layer from N-polar face, which removed large amount of defects, was one of the reasons that improved the bowing of the free-standing GaN substrate. Another reason was the high aspect ratio of needle-like GaN that appeared at the N-polar face after ICP etching, which released the compressive strain of the free-standing GaN substrate. By doing so, crack-free and extremely flat free-standing GaN substrates with a bowing radius of 17.8 m could be obtained.  相似文献

A detailed numerical study has been performed to investigate the combined heat and mass transfer in laminar mixed convection channel flows with uniform wall heat flux. In an initial effort the liquid film on the channel wall is assumed to be extremely thin in thickness. Major dimensionless groups governing the present problem areGr T,Gr Mx,Pr,Sc, φ andRe. Results are specifically presented for an air-water system under various conditions. The effects of wall heating flux, the Reynolds number and the relative humidity of the moist air in the ambient on the momentum, heat and mass transfer in the flow are investigated in great detail.  相似文献
