The exculsive production of π0, η, and η′ mesons in π+ N central collisions has been studied with 300 GeV incident pions. The experiment has been performed at the CERN SPS. The gammas from decaying mesons were detected in the hodoscope multiphoton spectrometer GAMS-4000. The measured differential cross sections show a plateau in the longitudinal momentum interval 0.1F<0.3.  相似文献

The reaction K ? p → ηη(Λ/Σ0) at a momentum of 32.5 GeV/c was studied for the first time. The experiment was performed by using the GAMS-4π spectrometer at the 70-GeV accelerator of the Institute for High Energy Physics (IHEP, Protvino). The f 2(1525) resonance was observed in the effective-mass spectrum of the ηη system at a low background level. The cross section for f 2(1525) production was measured. The branching ratio for f 2(1525)-meson decay to ηη and K $\bar K$ was found to be R = 0.119 ± 0.015(stat.) ± 0.036(syst.), which is in agreement with the world-average value.  相似文献

The structural and electronic transport properties of La1−x Ce x MnO3 (x=0.0–1.0) have been studied. All the samples exhibit orthorhombic crystal symmetry and the unit cell volume decreases with Ce doping. They also make a metal-insulator transition (MIT) and transition temperature increases with increase in Ce concentration up to 50% doping. The system La0.5Ce0.5MnO3 also exhibits MIT instead of charge-ordered state as observed in the hole doped systems of the same composition.  相似文献

The mass spectra of theω π 0 system, produced inπ ? p charge-exchange reactions at 38 GeV/c and 100 GeV/c, show a new neutral state with a mass of 2200±20 MeV and a width of 260±50 MeV. Likeρ 3(1690), this meson,X(2200), is produced through one-pion-exchange.X(2200)J PC is likely 1??. It might be a 23 D 1 radial-orbital excitation ofρ 0. Its production cross section falls with energy quadratically, in agreement with one-pion-exchange. The cross sections forb 1(1235) andρ 3(1690) production have also been measured; their energy dependences have been determined.  相似文献

The production of χ particles in the reaction π?p → χ + … has been studied near threshold. The measurements have been performed at the 70 GeV IHEP proton synchrotron using the hodoscope spectrometer GAMS-2000. The χ particles have been identified through their decay χ → J/ψ + γ, J/ψ → e+e?. In the region XF ?0.4 the fraction of obsered J/ψ particles which is obtained via the decay of χ states is 0.44 ± 0.16. The χ longitudinal and transverse momentum distributions are similar to those obtained for J/ψ. The inclusive production cross section of χ particles (3P1 and 3P2 states) at 38 GeV/c is σXF>0 (π?p → χ + …) = (28±11) nb.  相似文献

Novel MamC‐mediated biomimetic magnetic nanoparticles (BMNPs) are proposed as valuable carriers for targeted chemotherapy because of the size (36 ± 12 nm) and of surface properties conferred by MamC coating. They are super‐paramagnetic at room and body temperatures, have a large magnetic moment per particle, mediate hyperthermia, are cytocompatible, and, having a negative surface charge at physiological pH, can be efficiently coupled with DOXOrubicin (DOXO) and a monoclonal antibody (mAb) directed against the human Met/hepatocyte growth factor receptor (overexpressed in many cancers) displaying coupling stability, while releasing DOXO at acidic pH. This release can be enhanced by hyperthermia. The DOXO‐mAb‐BMNPs selectively recognize Met, bind efficiently to Met+ tumor cells, and discharge DOXO within their nuclei more efficiently than DOXO‐BMNPs, exerting cytotoxicity. These data represent proof of concept for future in vivo experiments in which the controlled dual targeting (mAb‐mediated and magnetic) approach and combined (chemotherapy and hyperthermia) therapy will be studied.  相似文献
