电子亲和势法判断负离子聚合单体的活性

提出了利用不同取代基烯类单体的电子亲和势来判断其负离子聚合反应活性的方法.采用密度泛函理论的B3LYP/6-31G(d)方法优化了不同取代基烯类单体几何构型,在B3LYP/6-311++G(3df,2p)水平上计算了其电子亲和势.通过电子亲和势计算值与文献报道实验数据比较,表明本文采用的计算方法是比较可靠的.结合不同取代基烯类单体的电子亲和势的计算结果,通过与Q-e关系及取代基常数σ数据进行比较表明,电子亲和势可以用来判断不同单体负离子聚合反应的活性高低.     

CLONING, EXPRESSION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Pro3 GENE OF YEAST Saccharomyces cerevisiae

The proline biosynthetic pathway and Pro genes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae have just begun to be studied recently. In our laboratory, Pro2 gene of S. cerevisiae had been cloned in yeast. As described in this paper, yeast Pro3 gene was also cloned, which can complement yeast Pro3 mutants, and be expressed efficiently in E. coli. The high activities of this gene product, L-pyrroline-5-carboxylate (P5C) reductase, can be detected in both organisms. The activity of the Pro3 gene product in multiple copy plasmids is not higher than that of single copy genes in chromosomes in both yeast and E. coll. The preliminary characterization of the gene is also reported.     

单臂冠醚液晶LB膜的相变研究

研究了两种单臂冠醚液晶及配合物(1, 2及1.Eu^3^+)的LB膜的成膜特性,实验发出它们均可在气-液界面形成单分子膜, 但不易转移, 化合物1在压膜过程中出现一维相变。用CPK模型对成膜分子构型和面积进行估算, 其结果与实验相一致, 并讨论了冠醚液晶结构对LB膜相变的影响。

Synthesis and Investigation of Soluble Polymer-supported Dendrimers

Poly（ethylene glycol） （PEG）-supported dendrimers have been synthesized using 2.4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine （TCT） as dendrons and tris（hydroxymethyl）aminomethane as tinkers with high loading capacity, excellent solubility and thermal stability by divergent method. The new synthesized PEG-supported G2.0 dendrimer has 10 times as large functional group loading capacity as commercial PEG3400 with overall yield 44.0%.     

在线质谱仪在车内VOCs现场快速监测中的应用

挥发性有机物(VOCs)影响车内空气质量和驾乘者的身心健康。自主研发的在线挥发性有机物质谱仪(SPI-MS 2000),实现了有机物分子的单光子电离,产生无碎片的分子离子,可实现秒级响应,仪器的质量分辨率优于800 FWHM,质量精度优于0.02 amu,对甲苯的测定限优于3μg/m^3,且在3~8000μg/m^3范围内有良好的线性关系。将该仪器应用于某客车车内空气的在线检测:在5 s内检测到20多种微克~毫克每立方米量级的有机物。该仪器在车内VOCs现场快速监测方面有广泛的应用前景。

Ni／Al2O3催化剂上CH4／CO2重整的脉冲反应研究

报道了用脉冲反应研究Ｎｉ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化剂上ＣＨ４／ＣＯ２重整反应的结果。脉冲反应显示，在还原的Ｎｉ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化剂上，ＣＨ４在６７３Ｋ就开始发生分解，并有Ｃ２Ｈ６、Ｃ２Ｈ４生成，１０２３Ｋ下，ＣＨ４几乎完全分解，单纯的ＣＯ２则很难在还原的催化剂上发生反应，在９７３Ｋ以上的高温下才会有少量Ｃ胜成ＣＯ．ＣＨＣＯ２的脉冲反应表明，当ＣＨ４在较低温度下开始分解时，ＣＯ２也会发生分解，并生成ＣＯ。脉冲反
