微铂电极上1-酰基二茂铁动力学参数的测定

本文合成并研究了１－酰基二茂铁在ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２中的伏安行为，测定了它们在ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２中不同支持电解质浓度时的扩散系数，并分明用Ｚ．Ｇａｌｕｓ和Ｋ．Ａｏｋｉ方法计算了两种状态下的电子迁移速率常数。讨论了取代基的诱导效应和共轭效应及其链长对１－酰基二茂铁的动力学性质的影响以及支持电解质及其浓度等因素对伏安曲线的影响。     

Sequential transition States and the valley-ridge inflection point in the formation of a semibullvalene

[structure: see text] Two sequential transition states are calculated at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level for the deazetization of 3b. The intrinsic reaction coordinate for loss of nitrogen passes through a transition state and then a valley-ridge inflection point and ultimately leads to the transition state for the Cope rearrangement of semibullvalene 4b. The energetic and geometrical consequences are discussed.     

Sexing Bovine Embryos Using PCR Amplification of Bovine SRY Sequence

This study analyses the bovine SRY DNA sequence by direct sequencing procedure, followed by the designation of the PCR primers specific for bovine SRY. Using PCR amplification of bovine SRY gene, the embryo sex was determined. The results of the embryo sex identification were confirmed after the embryo transfer and pregnancies.     

Simultaneous EQCM and diffuse reflectance UV-visible spectroelectrochemical measurements: poly(aniline-co-o-anthranilic acid) growth and property characterization

Piezoelectric diffuse reflectance spectroelectrochemistry (PDRSEC), a new technique of diffuse reflectance spectroelectrochemistry (DRSEC) in combination with electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM), was developed to study the electrochemical copolymerization of aniline and o-anthranilic acid in 1.0 mol l(-1) HClO4 and the properties of these copolymers. The DRSEC using an integral sphere was proven to possess a higher optical sensitivity at the unpolished piezoelectric quartz crystal electrodes used than the mirror reflectance spectroelectrochemistry mode. The copolymers grown from the copolymerization bath of different molar fractions of o-anthranilic acid (F1, relative to the total amount of the two monomers) showed intermediate properties between those of the homopolymers, which varied gradually with F1. The swelling/dissolution behavior of the copolymers vs solution pH was traced via the EQCM frequency and resistance signals, and its large dependence on F1 was found and discussed. In a HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 5.6, the amount of adsorbed lysozyme was found to be positively correlated with F1, via an EQCM impedance investigation, demonstrating the feasibility of using poly(aniline-co-o-anthranilic acid) as a load-adjustable immobilization matrix for cationic proteins. The novel PDRSEC method proposed is highly recommended for surface electrochemistry studies at relatively rough electrodes.     

表面膨胀粘度的测定研究

用不同浓度的NaCl和表面活性剂直链的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、稳定剂聚丙烯酰胺和水所组成的泡沫体系为研究对象,通过表面压松弛的方法,利用计算机数据拟合,得到了计算表面膨胀粘度的方法。     

毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对田七提取液中Fe、Cu和Mg存在状态的研究

提出了以水作溶剂微波萃取提取,并以毛细管电泳电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(CE-ICP-AES)法测定田七提取液中Mg、Cu和Fe的形态的分析方法。实验结果表明:Mg仅以游离态存在;而Cu和Fe除了游离态以外,还存在其它三种未知的形态。此外,还测定了田七中20个微量元素的总含量,并得到了上述待测元素在水提取液中的提取率。     

Microstructure and Ion Exchange in Stearic Acid Langmuir-Blodgett Films Studied by Fourier Transform Infrared-Attenuated Total Reflection Spectroscopy

Fourier transform infrared-attenuated total reflection (FTIR-ATR) spectra have been recorded of 11-layer Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of stearic acid deposited at various surface pressures (0.1, 15, and 35 mN/m), and the molecular orientation angles were evaluated quantitatively, which supplied insight into the molecular order with the alkyl chains tightly packed like crystal in the LB films deposited at the zero and higher surface pressures. These experimental results indicate that, in the Langmuir film as the precursor of LB films, stearic acid molecules self-aggregate to form two-dimensional crystalline domains already even at the zero surface pressure, which results in the inhomogeneity of monolayer. The analysis of dependence of nu(C=O) intensity on the surface pressure, surface density, and subphase temperature leads to the conclusion that the defects in LB films originate from the Langmuir film and be conserved upon deposition. Annealing below 50 degrees C and cooling could improve the monolayer homogeneity, and thus a defect-free or low-defect LB films can be deposited. Furthermore, ion exchange conducted in the LB films, on the other hand, confirms the existence of structure defects in LB films of stearic acid. The polar plane microstructure, lateral transport along the polar planes and the coordination types of stearic acid/cation system may be the rate-limiting process. The results have implication on the possible uses of stearic acid LB films as ion-exchange materials or sensors. Copyright 2001 Academic Press.

2-(N'-乙基咔唑-3'-烯基)-8-羟基喹啉的合成及理论研究

设计合成了2-(N'-乙基咔唑-3'-烯基)-8-羟基喹啉. 以UV-Vis, ¹H NMR, FT-IR, 元素分析和MS进行了结构表征, 并测定了产物的光致发光(PL)性质. 运用Gaussian98量子化学程序包, 采用B3LYP密度泛函(DFT)的方法, 在6-31G(d,p)水平上对分子的几何构型进行结构优化; 预测目标产物的振动光谱, 结果表明与实验值相符.     

白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义

为了研究白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义 ,用原子吸收光谱法检测了正常对照组与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前及移植后骨髓空虚期全血微量元素铜的含量。结果表明 ,正常对照组全血铜浓度与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前全血铜浓度差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与骨髓空虚期全血铜浓度有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,说明白血病缓解后血铜接近正常对照组水平 ,而白血病骨髓移植患者预处理后骨髓空虚期全血铜含量高于正常对照组 ,说明预处理影响微量元素铜的代谢 ,本文就其影响机理进行了研究
