N-芳基丙烯酰胺是-类功能性单体,它能与丙烯酸酯类单体进行自由基共聚合。本文以4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷为起始原料,合成了新的带有较长侧基的甲基丙烯酰胺类单体,即4-乙酰氨基-4'-甲基丙烯酰氨基-二苯基甲烷(AMDPM)。它能进行自由基聚合或与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)共聚合。

Crystal structure of the title compound， Cu(phen)(H₂O)₂·ClO₄(phen=1，10-phenanthroline)， was deter-mined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system， space group C2/c with lattice parameters a=1.49071(4)nm， b=1.38594(4)nm， c=0.70292(1)nm， β=108.509(1)° and Z=4; The Cu(Ⅰ) ion is chelated by a phen ligand and two aqua ligands in cis arrangement and assumes a C2 symmetric square-planar geometry with the CuN₂O₂ core. Eight Cu(phen)(H₂O)₂·ClO₄ molecules are interconnected by strong hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated perchlorate anions to form a molecular scale cavities along c axis. The bond distances of Cu-N and Cu-O are 0.2003(4)nm and 0.1973(3)nm， respectively. CCDC： 197600.

The 1,3-Dipolar Cycloadditions of Nitrile Oxides and Nitrile Imines to Alkyl Dicyanoacetates

The readily available alkyl dicyanoacetates 1 reacted with the 1,3-dipolar reagents arenecarbonitrile oxides 2 ′ and arenecarbonitrile imines 5 ′ to afford 1,2,4-oxadiazol and 1,2,4-triazol derivatives. The arenecarbonitrile oxides 2 ′ with electron-donating groups on the arene ring gave products 3a – d resulting from addition on both CN groups of 1 , and those with electron-withdrawing groups provided mono-adducts 4a – e (Scheme 1). Arylnitrile imines 5 ′ reacted with 1 to offer both bis- and mono-addition products (Scheme 2); the bis-adducts 8a , b possess an ester structure, whereas the mono-adducts 6a – d present a ketene-hemiacetal structure.

Rapid determination of underivatized pyroglutamic acid, glutamic acid, glutamine and other relevant amino acids in fermentation media by LC-MS-MS

Determination of amino acids in a complex matrix without derivatization is advantageous, however, difficulties are found in both the detection and the separation of those compounds. In this study, a rapid and reliable LC-MS-MS method for the quantitation of underivatized amino acids in exocellular media was established. Injections were made directly after centrifugation of the samples, without further preparation. The separation of seven underivatized amino acids was achieved on a reversed-phase C18 column with pentadecafluorooctanoic acid as a volatile ion-pair reagent, and the specific detection of most amino acids was achieved by MS-MS of the specific transitions [M + H]+-->[M + H - 46]+. The calibration curves of all analytes were linear over the range of 1.0-1000 microg ml(-1) and the detection limits ranged from 0.1 to 5 ng ml(-1), with an injection volume of 20 microl. The inter-day and intra-day precisions ranged from 2.6 to 5.7% and 4.8 to 8.2%, respectively; the mean recoveries of the seven analytes were 81-104%, 91-107% and 93-101% respectively at the spiked level of 10, 40 and 200 microg ml(-1). A large number of fermentation samples were analysed using this method. The technique is simple, rapid, selective and sensitive, and shows potential for the high-throughput quantitation of amino acids from other biological matrices.

Synthesis and Properties of Polyetherketones Containing Sulfide and Phthalazinone

High molecular weight copoly(ether ketone)s (PEK) based on 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-phthalazinone (DHPZ)/4,4′-thiobisphenol (TBP)/4,4′-diflourodiphenylketone (DFK) were prepared by nucleophilic substitution polycondensation. The copolymers were characterized by FT- and ^1H-NMR. Thermal properties and solubility of copolymers were studied.     

The first coordination polymers and hydrogen bonded networks containing octahedral Nb6 clusters and alkaline earth metal complexes

Three novel coordination polymers built of octahedral niobium cyanochloride clusters [Nb6Cl12(CN)6] and alkaline earth metal complexes have been prepared by reaction of aqueous solutions of (Me4N)4Nb6Cl18 and KCN with solutions of alkaline earth metal salts and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (1:2 molar ratio) in H2O/EtOH. The structures of [Ca(phen)2(H2O)3]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] x (phen)(EtOH)1.6 (1), [Ca(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] x (phen)2 x 4H2O (2), and [Ba(phen)2(H2O)]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] (3) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The three compounds were found to crystallize in the monoclinic system (space group Pn) with a = 11.5499(6) A, b = 17.5305(8) A, c = 21.784(1) A, beta = 100.877(1) degrees for 1; triclinic system (P1) with a = 12.609(4) A, b = 13.262(4) A, c = 16.645(5) A, alpha = 69.933(6) degrees, beta = 68.607(6) degrees, gamma = 63.522(5) degrees for 2; and a = 16.057(1) A, b = 16.063(1) A, c = 16.061(1) A, alpha = 86.830(1) degrees, beta = 64.380(1) degrees, gamma = 67.803(1) degrees for 3. Compounds 1 and 2 are built of cluster anions [Nb6Cl12(CN)6]4- trans-coordinated by two Ca2+ complexes via CN ligands to form neutral macromolecular units [Ca(phen)2(H2O)3]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] in 1 and [Ca(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Nb6Cl12(CN)6] in 2. Water of coordination and cyanide ligands form hydrogen bonded 3D and 2D frameworks for 1 and 2, respectively. The structure of 3 consists of [Nb6Cl12(CN)6]4- cluster anions and [Ba(phen)2(H2O)]2+ complexes linked through bridging cyanide ligands to form a neutral three-dimensional framework in which each barium complex is bound to three neighboring Nb6 clusters and each Nb6 cluster is linked to six Ba complexes.     

Sc(OTf)3-catalyzed efficient synthesis of beta,beta-bis(indolyl) ketones by the double indolylation of acetic acid 2-methylene-3-oxobutyl ester

In the presence of 5 mol% Sc(OTf)3, double indolylation of acetic acid 2-methylene-3-oxo-butyl ester with differently substituted indoles readily afforded beta,beta-bis(indolyl) ketones. The reaction may proceed via a Sc(OTf)3-catalyzed SN2'-type substitution and subsequent conjugate addition.
