[1-芳基甲羰基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)]乙基-N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯衍生物的合成、结构表征及生物活性研究

以芳香基三唑类杀菌剂三唑酮为先导物设计并合成了5个含N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的芳香三唑类化合物, 通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征. 用X射线单晶衍射测定了[α-(4-甲氧基苯甲酰基)-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)]乙基-N,N-二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的晶体结构, 晶体属于三斜晶系, 空间群, 晶胞参数为: a＝0.73482(15) nm, b＝1.1051(2) nm, c＝1.1209(2) nm, α＝90.32(3)°, β＝101.97(3)°, γ＝105.13(3)°, V＝0.8578(3) nm³, Z＝2, D_c＝1.357 g/cm³, F(000)＝368, µ＝0.324 mm^－1. 生物测试结果显示这5种有机化合物都具有杀菌性和植物生长调节活性     

Enantioselective synthesis of (8S,13S,14R)-7-oxa-estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione

The first enantioselective synthesis of (8S,13S,14R)-7-oxa-estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione with the trans-C/D ring junction is described. Key features of the synthesis include Ag₂O-mediated C-O bond formation, thermodynamically controlled axial-equatorial inversion, one-pot of halogen exchange and Co/Cr-mediated C-C bond formation, and intramolecular aldol condensations.     

Norditerpenoid Alkaloids from the Roots of Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz.var.Pengzhouense

In continuation of our studies on Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz.var. pengzhouense, two new norditerpenoid alkaloids, pengshenines A(1) and B(2),have isolated from the roots of the plants and their strucures were elucidated by 1D-and 2D-NMR.     

考虑顾客便利半径和质量阈值的竞争设施选址问题

在竞争设施选址问题中,顾客选择行为是决定设施占领市场份额的重要因素,其描述了需求在设施之间的分配方式。为了贴近顾客真实的光顾行为,本文提出了一种考虑顾客便利半径和质量阈值的顾客选择规则,并研究了在该规则下市场中新进入公司的竞争设施选址问题。提出了一种基于排名的遗传算法(RGA)求解该问题,并将该算法与经典遗传算法(GA)和基于排名的离散优化算法(RDOA)进行了比较,结果说明了算法的有效性以及模型中质量阈值的重要性。     

A New Reaction-controlled Phase-transfer Catalyst System

A new reaction-controlled phase-transfer catalyst system was designed and synthesized.In this system, heteropolytungstate [C7H7N(CH3)3]9PW9O34 was used for catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 as the oxidant. The conversion of H2O2 was 100% and the yield of cyclohexene oxide was 87.1% based on cyclohexene. Infrared spectra showed that both fresh catalyst and the recovered catalyst do have completely same absorption peak, indicating the structure of catalyst is very stability and can be recycled.     

反相微乳液法制备棒状羟基磷灰石纳米粒子

在(Tritonx-100 Tween 80)，环己烷，(正己醇 正丁醇)，0．5mol／L Ca(NO3)2水溶液反相微乳液体系中，采用滴加0．3mol／L(NH4)2HPO4水溶液的加料方式成功制备出直径在20～25nm，长度在28～64nm的棒状羟基磷灰石纳米粒子。通过对(Triton X-100 Tween 80)，环己烷，(正己醇 正丁醇)／0．5mol／L Ca(NO3)2水溶液三元相图及水溶液反应机理的分析，确定了最佳反相微乳液组成；研究了HLB值和表面活性剂用量对羟基磷灰石颗粒大小的影响。实验结果表明，最佳反相微乳液组成为：47．6(wt)％的环己烷、37．4(wt)％的表面活性剂和助表面活性剂、15(wt)％0．5mol／L的Ca(NO3)2水溶液。

一维链状配位聚合物[Cd(N-MeIM)2(SCN)2]n的结构表征和电化学性能研究(英)

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) isothiocyanate complex [Cd(N-MeIM)₂(SCN)₂]_n(N-MeIM=N-methylimidazole) has been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic analysis and crystallographic method. The title compound crystallize in the Triclinic system, space group P1, with lattice parameters a=0.589 50(12) nm, b=0.785 70(16) nm, c=0.882 00(18) nm, α=110.98(3)°, β=106.49(3)°, γ=95.08(3)°, and Z=1. The title compound exhibits an infinite chain structure in which each pair of Cd atoms is bridged by two η-1,3-SCN^- groups. The unique Cd atom lies on an inversion centre and the coordination sphere is completed by two N-MeIM N atoms to form a CdS₂N₄ octahedron. The polymeric chains are further extended into three-dimensional network via π…π stackings interactions between the imidazole rings. The cyclic voltammetry behaviors of the compound on glass carbon electrode showed a typical irreversible process. CCDC: 265283.     

Preparation and characterization of poly(propylene carbonate)/montmorillonite nanocomposites by solution intercalation

Poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) is a new biodegradable aliphatic polycarbonate. However, the poor thermal stability and low glass transition temperatures (T_g) have limited its applications. To improve the thermal properties of PPC, organophilic montmorillonite (OMMT) was mixed with PPC by a solution intercalation method to produce nanocomposites. An intercalated-and-flocculated structure of PPC/OMMT nanocomposites was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The thermal and mechanical properties of PPC/OMMT nanocomposites were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetric (DSC), and electronic tensile tester. Due to the nanometer-sized dispersion of layered silicate in polymer matrix, PPC/OMMT nanocomposites exhibit improved thermal and mechanical properties than pure PPC. When the OMMT content is 4 wt%, the PPC/OMMT nanocomposite shows the best thermal and mechanical properties. These results indicate that nanocomposition is an efficient and convenient method to improve the properties of PPC.     

聚合物 分散液晶体系的相分离结构对温度依赖性的研究

在不同温度下采用紫外光引发相分离法制备了聚合物分散液晶样品．用光学显微镜及扫描电镜研究了样品的相分离结构．采用对样品施加电压观察其微结构轮廓，或测量液晶微粒相变点的简单方法研究了聚合温度对相分离结果的影响．结果表明，在一定温度范围内，随着温度的增高，液晶微粒的平均尺寸趋于减小，而且形成的液晶微粒也逐渐变纯．作者给出了这些测试结果并进行了讨论．
