丁苯酞-哒嗪酮衍生物的设计、合成及其抗凝活性研究

为了提高丁苯酞的抗血小板凝集活性,以6-氨基丁苯酞为起始原料,经重氮化/还原、环化、水解、脱氯、醚化和磺酰化反应合成了20个新型的丁苯酞-哒嗪酮衍生物,其结构经1H-NMR、13C-NMR和HRMS确证。体外抗血小板凝集活性测试结果表明:化合物6a、6b和6k对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板凝集的抑制活性(IC50 = 44.9-180.0 μmol/L)优于先导化合物丁苯酞(IC50 = 1252 μmol/L)和阳性对照阿司匹林(IC50 = 1140 μmol/L);同时化合物 6b(IC50 = 63.6 μmol/L)和6k(IC50 = 191.9 μmol/L)对花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的血小板凝集也表现出显著的抑制活性。本研究为丁苯酞-哒嗪酮骨架在治疗缺血性脑卒中方面的研究提供了理论参考。     

The role of NH3 atmosphere in preparing nitrogen-doped TiO2 by mechanochemical reaction

NH₃ atmosphere in ball milling plays an important role in preparing TiO_2−XN_X by a simple mechanochemical reaction. The results show that the structure transformation of titania milled in NH₃ is greatly delayed compared with that in air. The specific surface area of titania milled in NH₃ for 2 h is two times larger than that in air. It was also found that titania prepared in NH₃ has obvious absorbance for visible light. Mechanochemical milling in NH₃ atmosphere offers a new route to prepare TiO_2−XN_X with high surface area.     

镧对ZL702合金高温性能的影响

研究了Ｌａ对ＺＬ７０２合金室温和高温力学性能的影响。Ｌａ与合金中的Ａ１,Ｓｉ,Ｆｅ等元素形成难熔的、分布于晶界的不连续网状金属间化合物,提高了合金的热稳定性。当Ｌａ的加入量为０．１０％～０．１５％（质量分数）时,可使合金获得较佳的综合力学性能。     

Synthesis, structure, and conductivity of molecular conductor (PyEt)[Ni(dmit)_2]_2

A new electrical conductive crystal PyEt[Ni(dmit)2]2 (dmit=4,5-dimercapto-1,3-dithiole-2-thione) has been synthesized and its X-ray structure has been determined to be in monoclinic system, C2/c space group. In PyEt[Ni(dmit)2]2 crystal, the conducting component [Ni(dmit)2]0.5- is face-to-face packed forming molecular column along the c-direction, and these molecular columns are then side-by-side extended along the a-direction forming a kind of two-dimensional conducting sheet on (010). The measured conductivity at room temperature along a certain direction on (010) plane is 10 S .cm-1. From 282 to 269 K, the crystal shows metallic behavior but changes to semiconductor below 269 K. Based on the measured crystal structure and calculated band structure, this conductor-semiconductor phase transformation can be primarily interpreted: The metallic conductivity is corresponding to the uniform molecular column and the atomic-lattice-chain structure of Ni chain, while the semi-conductive behavior to staggered mo     

高山地榆三萜皂甙成分研究

高山地榆(Sanguisorba alpina Bge)是蔷薇科地榆属植物,民间用于止血、止吐、抗菌、解毒.本文报道从其根粉60%乙醇提取物中分离得到的新三萜皂甙,命名为高山地榆甙(alpinoside,1). 化合物1为白色粉末,m.p.:247-249.5℃,[α]15D:+7.5°(C,0.2;MeOH).IRvKBrmax(cm-1)示有羟基(3457)、酯羰基(1738)、末端双键(1702,882)和三取代双键(1656).HRMS给出其甙元M+为m/z470.3324.示其分子式为C30H46O4(计算值:470.3396).碎片峰m/z:452(8),424(14),246(15),223(25),201(100),187(55),结合12C NMR(见表1)表明1为

核电站发生严重事故时,会产生大量氢气,需要进行处理,而氢气催化氧化技术是一种较好的处理方式可用于核电站的氢气处理,其关键是依靠氢氧化合催化剂得以实现.我们综述了催化剂的活性成分、载体和制备方法,以及催化剂的改性方法对催化性能的影响.目前催化剂的改性研究主要集中于对金属粒子的尺寸和分散性的改善,尽可能利用载体表面的金属粒子以获得高的催化剂活性.同时,催化反应容易受到"有毒"物质干扰,可以通过活性成分合金化、改变负载在载体表面的金属粒子形貌(如核壳结构)等方式改善,从而达到提升催化活性的目的.
