The anisotropic characteristics of an iron silicide (Fe3Si) epitaxial thin magnetic film grown on a Si(111) silicon vicinal surface with a misorientation angle of 0.14° have been measured by the ferromagnetic resonance method. It has been shown that the polar and azimuth misorientation angles of the crystallographic plane of the substrate can be determined simultaneously from the angular dependences of the ferromagnetic resonance field of the epitaxial film. The effective saturation magnetization of the film M eff = 1105 G and the constant of the cubic magnetocrystalline anisotropy K 4 = 1.15 × 105 erg/cm3 have been determined. The misorientation of the substrate plane leads to the formation of steps on the film surface and, as a result, to the appearance of uniaxial magnetic anisotropy of the magnetic dipole nature with the constant K 2 = 796 erg/cm3. Small unidirectional magnetic anisotropy (K 1 = 163 erg/cm3), which may be associated with symmetry breaking on the steps of the film and is due to the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction, has been detected.  相似文献

The microhardness of La2CuO4 and La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 crystals is measured in the temperature range 81–292 K, and the influence of various factors on it is investigated. The thermal activation parameters of the plastic deformation process in the vicinity of the indenter impression are estimated. The change of the phase state of the compound La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 at the temperature T 0=180 K and the appearance of domain (twin) boundaries formed in the ferroelastic tetraortho transition are not seen in the temperature dependence of the microhardness. Rapid cooling of a helium impurity gas mixture to the superfluid helium temperatures allows us to prepare an impurity-helium condensate with jelly-like structure (impurity gel) in superfluid He-II. It is clear that the properties of these gels should be substantially different from those of a bulk impurity substance, constituting a new class of soft matter — quantum gel, where superfluid He-II filling the nanopores between the randomly connected impurity nanoclusters serves as the dispersion medium of the gel.  相似文献

The structure and magnetoresistance R of thin films based on Ni80Fe20 permalloy doped with Co, Zr, and Cu have been examined by X-ray diffraction analysis and resistance measurement. The films have been obtained by ion plasma sputtering on oxidized silicon, fused quartz, and glass ceramic cold substrates. It has been shown that the structure of a film in the initial state is a mixture of solid solutions based on two phases: Ni(fcc) particles with a size of L ≈ 8 nm and (Zr0.67Ni0.22O0.11)γ particles with a size of L ≈ 12 nm. The R(H) dependences on the strength and direction of the magnetic field H have been obtained at room temperature for film samples in the initial state and after isothermal annealing at 653 K for 1 h. According to R(H) dependences and X-ray diffraction analysis, films in the initial state are assumingly in a superparamagnetic state, whereas they exhibit ferromagnetic properties after isothermal annealing.  相似文献

The absorption spectrum of a normally magnetized disk of yttrium iron garnet, which is associated with resonances of magnetostatic oscillation modes excited by a homogeneous high-frequency magnetic field, has been investigated using a numerical analysis of the micromagnetic model developed for ferromagnetic objects. The distribution of magnetization oscillation amplitudes over the disk surface area has been obtained for the first four modes. A good agreement between the results of the micromagnetic simulation and the data of analytical calculations for special cases has proved the reliability and efficiency of the proposed approach in numerical experiments on the study of the magnetization dynamics in objects with different geometries and shapes, including multilayer magnetic film structures.  相似文献

The secondary-proton polarization and differential cross sections for the (p, p') inelastic reaction on 28Si and 56Fe nuclei at the initial proton energy of 1 GeV were measured over a wide range of the scattered-proton momenta at a laboratory angle of Θ = 21?. Scattered protons were detected by means of a magnetic spectrometer equipped with a polarimeter based on multiwire proportional chambers and a carbon analyzer. A structure in the polarization and cross section data, which is probably related to quasielastic scattering off nucleon correlations in the 28Si and 56Fe nuclei, was observed as earlier in the analogous data for 12C and 40Ca nuclei. Momentum intervals within which cross-section ratios for nuclei did not depend on the scattered-proton momentum were found.  相似文献

New possibilities of applying high-frequency electron paramagnetic resonance in medicine are demonstrated on an example of the investigation of a calcified atherosclerotic plaque. After the irradiation of the atherosclerotic plaque by x rays, a new type of paramagnetic centers—organomineral radicals—is detected. The spectral and relaxation characteristics of these radicals depend on the calcification degree of the atherosclerotic plaque and can be used for diagnostics.  相似文献

The effect of oxygen on the dislocation-induced photoluminescence (DPL) spectra at 4.2 K is studied in silicon crystals with different impurity compositions subjected to plastic deformation at temperatures above 1000°C. A strong effect of doping impurities on the DPL spectra is observed for concentrations above 1016 cm?3. It is shown that the peculiarities of many DPL spectra in silicon can be explained by assuming that the D1 and D2 lines are associated with edge-type dislocation steps on glide dislocations.  相似文献
