The rearrangement of the grain structure of Ni3Fe alloy upon an A1 → L12 phase transition is studied via transmission electron microscopy in combination with the electron backscatter diffraction. It is established that the formation of fresh grain boundaries of general and special types occurs, with the proportion of special-type grain boundaries in the grain boundary ensemble growing. The spectrum of the special grain boundaries changes, due to an increase of the proportion of grain boundaries Σ3 and Σ9. This strengthens the texture of the long-range ordered alloy. 相似文献

Unlike the case of aqueous solution, two products are formed in the photolysis of 1-bromo-2-hydroxynaphthalene in a cetylpyridinium chloride micellar solution in the presence of sodium sulfite. These products are formed as a result of competitive steps of the primary photochemical process, the C–Br bond photodissociation and the heterolytic dissociation with elimination of the bromide anion. The bond photodissociation results in the product of bromine replacement by the sulfo group. The heterolytic dissociation affords the dimerization product. In the micellar solution, the iodide ions increase the quantum yield of the photosubstitution product due to the heavy atom effect and do not affect the quantum yield of the dimerization product. A setup based on an ion mass monochromator and intended for investigating plasma interactions with surfaces of plasma facility materials is described. It analyzes the composition and thickness of surface films by means of ion scattering spectroscopy. An analysis of the composition of stainless steel and graphite is performed using helium and argon ions in the range of 2?C8 keV. This study is devoted to investigation of the micro- and mesostructure (including fractal properties) of porous zirconia glasses synthesized by precipitation from zirconium n-propoxide solutions in the presence of different hydrolyzing-agent (H2O) quantities at different temperatures. Analysis of small-angle neutron, ultra-small-angle neutron and X-ray scattering, scanning electron microscopy allows concluding that the synthesized glasses are complex systems with a three-level hierarchical fractal structure.
