The formation of alkoxy substituted di(pyridin-2-yl)amines and N-arylpyridin-2-ylamines by nitro group reduction is described. Unexpected substitution of ortho with the amino at C-6 was observed during the reduction using SnCl2·2H2O in different alcohols. The influence of the nature of the atom at the 3- and 5-positions of nitro-substituted di(pyridin-2-yl)amines and N-arylpyridin-2-ylamines was investigated.  相似文献

Series of self-assembled and mono-dispersed bovine serum albumin (BSA)-conjugated ZnS/CuS nano-composites with different Zn/Cu ratios had been successfully synthesized by a combination method of the biomimetic synthesis and ion-exchange strategy under the gentle conditions. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy observation, Fourier transform infrared spectra and zeta potential analysis demonstrated that BSA-conjugated ZnS/CuS nano-composites with well dispersity had the hierarchical structure and BSA was a key factor to control the morphology and surface electro-negativity of final products. The real-time monitoring by atomic absorption spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction revealed that the Zn/Cu ratio of nano-composites could be controlled by adjusting the ion-exchange time. In addition, the metabolic and morphological assays indicated that the metabolic proliferation and spread of rat pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells could be inhibited by nano-composites, with the high anti-cancer activity at a low concentration (4 ppm). What were more important, Zn and Cu in nano-composites exhibited a positive cooperativity at inhibiting cancer cell functions. The microscope observation and biochemical marker analysis clearly revealed that the nano-composites-included lipid peroxidation and disintegration of membrane led to the death of PC12 cells. Summarily, the present study substantiated the potential of BSA-conjugated ZnS/CuS nano-composites as anti-cancer drug.  相似文献

A study of the enzymatic degradation of some montmorillonite-containing nanocomposites of poly(vinyl alcohol) with starch was based on the determinations of mass loss and the reducing sugars. The degraded residues have been examined by FT-IR spectroscopy and optical microscopy. It has been established that the nanoparticles hinder degradation, while the susceptibility to enzymatic degradation varies in the order: PVA/starch/nanocore > PVA/starch/Bentonite > PVA/starch/Peruvian clay.  相似文献

The present study is dedicated to the experimental verification of a concept for the hydrogenolysis of glycerol over in situ-generated Cu dispersed particles (Cu-DP). The Cu-DP were generated by in situ reduction of a precursor salt (Cu(OAc)2, CuSO4, CuCl2) in the presence of KOH and were active in glycerol conversion under hydrogen (T = 200–220 °C, p(H2) = 1–4 MPa), where 1,2-propylene glycol (PG) and lactic acid (LA) were detected to be the main products. The influence of the reaction conditions (temperature, hydrogen pressure, reaction time, catalyst-to-feed ratio and the KOH/Cu ratio) on the yields of the products is described. It was shown that the selectivity between the PG and LA could be tuned by changing p(H2) or by the KOH amount, i.e., higher yields of LA corresponded to lower p(H2) and higher alkalinity of the reaction media. The activity of the in situ-generated Cu-DP was found to be comparable to that of an industrial Cu-Cr2O3 catalyst. The Cu-DP catalysts were characterized by XRD, XPS, HRTEM and SEM. During the reaction, the catalyst evolved by the sintering and recrystallization of the separate Cu-DP; the crystallite sizes after 1 and 15 h reaction times amounted to 35 and 49 nm, respectively.  相似文献

The developments concerning new hybrids based on porphyrin derivatives and colloids destined for the detection of ascorbic acid (AA) in the relevant range for medical investigations are presented. Mn(III) tetratolylporphyrin chloride (MnTTPCl), spherical gold colloid (n-Au), and their hybrid (MnTTPCl/n-Au) were chosen to be comparatively investigated by ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy in the presence of AA. The hybrid material (MnTTPCl/n-Au) has the best capacity to detect concentrations of AA in the range of 2.6 × 10?6–4.38 × 10?5 M. Modified glassy carbon (GC) electrodes were obtained by thin film deposition of MnTTPCl, n-Au alone, and in successive mixed thin films, comparing their response during the electrochemical oxidation of AA. The electrocatalytic effect of the MnTTPCl on the AA oxidation is justified both by the increase in the peak current density and by the shift toward more negative potentials (0.024 V). The GC/MnTTPCl electrode has the best electrocatalytic effect for the AA oxidation and is promising for sensor applications.  相似文献
