Hyperphosphorylation at tyrosine is commonly observed in tumor proteomes and, hence, specific phosphoproteins or phosphopeptides could serve as markers useful for cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. The analysis of such targets is, however, a challenging task, because of their commonly low abundance and the lack of robust and effective preconcentration techniques. As a robust alternative to the commonly used immunoaffinity techniques that rely on phosphotyrosine(pTyr)-specific antibodies, we have developed an epitope-imprinting strategy that leads to a synthetic pTyr-selective imprinted polymer receptor. The binding site incorporates two monourea ligands placed by preorganization around a pTyr dianion template. The tight binding site displayed good binding affinities for the pTyr template, in the range of that observed for corresponding antibodies, and a clear preference for pTyr over phosphoserine (pSer). In further analogy to the antibodies, the imprinted polymer was capable of capturing short tyrosine phosphorylated peptides in the presence of an excess of their non-phosphorylated counterparts or peptides phosphorylated at serine.  相似文献

Gold(I)-catalyzed cycloisomerization of 1,7- and 1,8-enyne propargylic acetates afforded cyclopropyl derivatives containing seven- and eight-membered rings, respectively. This work aimed to characterize two native microalgal strains newly isolated from South Mediterranean areas and identified as Chlorella sorokiniana ES3 and Neochloris sp. AM2. The growth properties and biochemical composition of these microalgae were evaluated in different culture media (Algal, BG-11, f/2, and Conway). Among the tested media, nitrate- and phosphate-rich Algal medium provided the maximum biomass productivities (85.5 and 111.5 mg l?1 day?1 for C. sorokiniana and Neochloris sp., respectively), while the nitrate- and phosphate-deficient f/2 medium resulted in the highest lipid productivities (24.1 and 35.8 mg l?1 day?1 for C. sorokiniana and Neochloris sp., respectively). The physiological state of both microalgae was investigated under different light and temperature levels using the pulse amplitude-modulated fluorometry. The better photosynthetic efficiency of C. sorokiniana was obtained at 23 °C with a light saturation of 156 μE m?2 s?1, while that of Neochloris sp. was achieved at 15 °C with a light saturation of 151 μE m?2 s?1. The analysis of fatty acid profile and biodiesel parameters revealed that C. sorokiniana, cultivated in Algal and f/2 media, can be considered as a suitable candidate for high-quality biodiesel production.  相似文献

We demonstrate what we believe to be the first experimental extraordinary optical transmission (EOT) of up to 90%, thanks to a well-identified guided mode that propagates through annular apertures engraved into an optically thick silver layer. In spite of the metal losses, high transmission can be obtained by adjusting the geometrical parameters of the fabricated structure, as was already theoretically demonstrated. To our knowledge, this is the first study showing such a large transmission in the visible range.  相似文献

Stable suspensions of zeolite nanosheets (3 nm thick MFI layers) were prepared in ethanol following acid treatment, which partially removed the associated organic structure‐directing agent. Nanosheets from these suspensions could then be dispersed at the air–water interface and transferred to silicon wafers using Langmuir–Schaefer deposition. Using layer‐by‐layer deposition, control on coating thickness was demonstrated. In‐plane X‐ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the deposited nanosheets contract upon calcination similar to bulk MFI crystals. Different methods for secondary growth resulted in preferentially oriented thin films of MFI, which had sub‐12‐nm thickness in certain cases. Upon calcination, there was no contraction detectable by in‐plane XRD, indicating well‐intergrown MFI films that are strongly attached to the substrate.  相似文献

1,3-dichloro-2-propanol-blocked isocyanates based on diisocyanates such as 4,4′-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate), and 1,6-diisocyanato hexane were prepared. Catalysis of cure reaction between blocked diisocyanates and hydroxy 1-terminated polybutadiene was investigated. Several tertiary amine and organotin catalysts were used. The catalytic activity of amine and organotin compounds was determined from the cure-time results. It was found that the activity of the catalyst depends upon the steric constrain around the catalytic centre. The organotin compounds showed better catalytic activity than the amine catalysts. The synergistic effect of amine and organotin mixed catalysts on the cure reaction was also investigated.  相似文献

Starting from Eshelby’s solution of the equivalent inclusion problem, an approximate solution is proposed in order to model interface debonding of a spherical inhomogeneity isolated in a uniform matrix. Both phases are linear elastic but the interface traction-separation law is non-linear. A semi-analytical incremental model is developed which is suitable for any type of loading. For computational efficiency, the model relies on two simplifying assumptions: (i) the eigenstrain is uniform inside the inhomogeneity and (ii) the interface compliance is averaged over inhomogeneity’s surface when computing the average strain within the inhomogeneity. An extensive parametric study is conducted for three loading modes and 144 combinations of non-dimensional parameters. The predictions are assessed against full-field finite element solutions based on two error measures of the mean stress field inside the inhomogeneity. The results show that the mean error value is acceptable in all cases and indicate the parameter ranges for which the model is most accurate.  相似文献
