基于插值的全矢量有限差分法求解阶跃光波导本征模式

给出了一种适合求解阶跃折射率分布光波导本征模式的全矢量有限差分法.该方法充分考虑了电场分量在折射率分布跃变处的不连续性, 在拉格朗日插值的基础上得到了一种精度较高的差分格式.为了验证其有效性,对一种典型结构、折射率阶跃分布的波导作了计算,并与其它方法的结果作了比较.最后对不理想刻蚀情况做了模拟计算.     

MNA/PMMA有机薄膜光波导

研究出MNA/PMMA有机薄膜光波导。用棱镜耦合器进行了波导参数的测量,发现薄膜呈现各向异性,有较大的双折射。     

Synthesis and characterization of A1 doped δ-laminar crystal sodium silicate

Study on mode-filtered light sensor for methane detection

A novel mode-filtered light gas sensor has been reported.It was constructed by inserting an optical fiber deposited by a thin silicone cladding of cryptophane A into a fused-silica capillary.When different concentration of methane gas was introduced to the sensor,the phenomenon that mode-filtered light intensity decreased with the increasing concentration of methane was observed. And a linear relationship was obtained within the methane concentration range of 0.0-16.0%(v/v).The detection limit was 0.06% ...     

Periodic Solutions of a Model of Mitosis in Prog Eggs

In this paper,we discuss a simplified model of mitosis in frog eggs proposed by M.T. Borisuk and J.J. Tyson in [1]. By using rigorous qualitative analysis, we prove the existence of the periodic solutions on a large scale and present the space region of the periodic solutions and the parameter region coresponding to the periodic solution. We also present the space region and the parameter region where there are no periodic solutions. The results are in accordance with the numerical results in [1] up to the qualitative property.     

生长条件对KDP 晶体激光损伤阈值的影响

 研究了各种生长条件对晶体激光损伤阈值的影响, 发现提纯原料用的EDTA对晶体的光损伤阈值没有显著的影响, 溶液陈化能够降低晶体的散射强度,从而使光损伤阈值提高。多磷酸盐阻碍晶体锥面生长, 影响晶体的生长习性, 并降低晶体的激光损伤阈值。     

掺锌LiNbO3晶体的生长及其光学性能

在LiNbO₃中掺进3mol%、5mol%、7mol%ZnO生长Zn:LiNbO₃晶体.测试Zn:LiNbO₃晶体的吸收光谱,研究Zn:LiNbO₃晶体吸收边紫移的机制.测试Zn:LiNbO₃晶体的红外光谱,研究Zn(7mol%):LiNbO₃晶体OH 吸收峰由3484cm^-1移到3530cm^-1的机制.测试Zn:LiNbO₃晶体倍频转换效率和相位匹配温度,研究Zn:LiNbO₃晶体倍频转换效率增强的机制.

双狭缝透射光栅软X光时空分辨谱仪

 利用双狭缝、透射光栅配亚仟X光条纹相机做了具有一维空间、时间和能谱分辨的三维软X光测量仪器(双狭缝透射光栅软X光时空分辨谱仪), 并成功地获得了金盘靶的N带X光(中心波长1.7nm)时空分辨图象 。该仪器空间分辨可达23μm, 时间分辨可达003ns, 能谱分辨(当源大小为100～300μm时对波长1.7nm的X光)可达0.4～ 0.7nm, 只需稍加改动, 即可用于其它波段的X光测量。
