The zero field μSR-method has been used to study the magnetism in the disordered magnetic alloy Fe82−xNixCr18 near the three-critical, pointx=25. The dynamic and static local field distributions are analyzed. The difference between spin-glass states obtained either from the paramagnetic or after the double transition is discussed.  相似文献

Charged-particle trajectories in the MAVR high-resolution magnetic spectrometer [1] are simulated. The latter has been constructed at the U400 accelerator for purifying the incident beam and identifying the products of nuclear reactions induced by the beams of stable and radioactive nuclei. In this paper we present the MAVRPC software package, aimed at reconstructing the spectrometer focal plane, optimizing the fields of quadrupole and dipole magnets, and estimating the solid-angle acceptance for secondary particles.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of T 1 and T 2 relaxation times of 93Nb nuclei in octahedral [NbCl n Br6-n ]-(n = 0 to 6) complexes contained in acetonitrile solution is measured. The relaxation rate is found to be controlled by quadrupole interactions in all complexes except cis-[NbCl3Br3]-. The relaxation mechanism in cis-[NbCl3Br3]- anion depends on exchange processes associated with intramolecular cis?trans isomerization. Calculated values of the electric field gradient (EFG) tensor invariant g φ 2 agree qualitatively with experimental values of T 1,2 -1. For cis-[NbCl3Br3]- g φ 2 = 0. On the basis of data for T 1 and T 2 the assignment of resonant signals to isomers has been established. The relative chemical shift of cis and trans isomers does not correspond to that evaluated by using a pairwise additivity model. The variations of diamagnetic Δσd and paramagnetic Δσp contributions to the shielding constant of 93Nb nuclei with the composition of coordination sphere are calculated. Δσp contribution to the chemical shifts in the [NbCl n Br6-n ]- is shown to be about 70 per cent.  相似文献

The bivalent chromium impurity centers in CdF2 and CaF2 crystals are investigated using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) in the frequency range 9.3–300 GHz. It is found that Cr2+ ions in the lattices of these crystals occupy cation positions and form [CrF4F4]6? clusters whose magnetic properties at low temperatures are characterized by orthorhombic symmetry. The parameters of the electron Zeeman and ligand interactions of the Cr2+ ion with four fluorine ions in the nearest environment are determined. The initial splittings in the system of spin energy levels of the cluster are measured.  相似文献

We have measured the time of the optical response of a 350-GHz radiation detector based on a superconductor–insulator–normal metal–insulator–superconductor tunnel structure with a suspended normal-metal bridge integrated into a planar log-periodic antenna. The transient characteristics of the detector were recorded when irradiated by a fast cryogenic blackbody source with a rise time of the order of microseconds. For this purpose, a short intense heating pulse was fed to an emitting NiCr film radiation source with a low heat capacity. The measured response time was 1.8 ± 0.5 μs at a bolometer electron temperature of 0.17 K, with a detection sensitivity of 10–17–10–18 W Hz–1/2 being potentially achievable.  相似文献

The contacts of single carbon nanotubes and bundles of carbon nanotubes with superconducting and metallic electrodes are investigated in order to create bolometers and electron coolers. Tunneling contacts of the carbon nanotubes with aluminum electrodes are obtained. The current-voltage characteristics of junctions are analyzed for temperatures from room temperature to 300 mK. The resistance of individual nanotubes is primarily determined by defects and is too large for applications. The use of the bundles of carbon nanotubes makes it possible to considerably reduce the resistance of the bolometer, which is determined by a small number of conducting tubes with good tunneling contacts with the electrodes. The energy gap is equal to hundreds and tens of millivolt in the former and latter cases, respectively. Structures containing bundles of carbon nanotubes can be described in a model with a Schottky barrier. The samples with bundles of carbon nanotubes exhibit the bolometric response to external high-frequency radiation at a frequency of 110 GHz with an amplitude up to 100 μV and a temperature voltage response to 0.4 mV/K.  相似文献
