Two sensitive spectrophotometric methods for the determination of imipramine hydrochloride, clomipramine hydrochloride, desipramine hydrochloride, and trimipramine maleate in bulk and in dosage forms are described. The first method is based on the interaction of diazotized p-nitroaniline (DPNA) with the dibenzazepine drug in 5M hydrochloric acid. The second is based on the oxidative coupling of the dibenzazepine drug with 3-methylbenzothiazolin-2-one hydrazone (MBTH) in the presence of ammonium iron(III) sulphate in 0.1M hydrochloric acid. The resulting chromophores are measured at 575 nm (for the DPNA method) or at 620-630 nm (for the MBTH method), and are stable for at least 24 hr. The commonly encountered excipients and additives do not interfere with the determinations. Results from the analysis of pure drugs, commercial tablets and laboratory-prepared tablets by these methods agree well with those of official methods. 相似文献

Summary The specific conductance of kaolin suspensions was determined at different NaCl and particle concentrations. It was found
to vary linearly with particle and/or electrolyte concentration. The slope of the lines was found to depend on the difference
in the conductances of ions and particles.
Equations relating the total conductance to the conductances of electrolyte and particles were derived. The differences between
the calculated and observed conductances were discussed.

Uranium (U) and thorium (Th) isotopes and their several radioactive descendants found in soil, rock, water, plants, air, etc., contribute to the natural radiation exposure of the population. Phosphate rocks are really rich natural sources of uranium and thorium among the other minerals forming the earth's crust. U and Th concentrations in some Egyptian phosphate samples were determined using a nuclear track registration methodology and -ray spectroscopy. The resulting latent tracks from all -decaying isotopes in both U and Th series were recorded in plastic detectors. A uniquely sensitive polycarbonate CR-39 nuclear detector was used. Results showed that the U and Th concentration in the samples studied range from about 4.0 up to 35.0 ppm and from 11.0 to 124.0 ppm, respectively. Results are discussed within the frame work of track formation methodology in plastic and -ray spectroscopic analysis. 相似文献

The polarographic behaviour of the α-arylhydrazonomesoxalonitrile derivatives (IIb-i) and of 2-arylhydrazono-3-keto-3-phenylpropionitriles (IIIb-f) was investigated. With the exception of the nitro-substituted derivatives IIh, i and IIIf all the investigated compounds showed polarographic waves similar to that of their respective parent compounds IIa and IIIa. The m-nitro derivatives IIh and IIIf were firstly reduced in a 4 e wave to the corresponding hydroxylamino derivatives which were subsequently reduced in the manner common to other α-arylhydrazononitriles. On the other hand, the p-nitro derivative IIi was first reduced to the hydroxylamino derivative which then lost water to yield the corresponding quinoneimine. Reduction of the latter product in a 2 e wave gave the p-amino derivative IIe, which then underwent 4 e reduction to p-phenylenediamine and aminomalonitrile. The E1/2 values corresponding to reduction of the arylhydrazonic moiety of compounds IIa-i and IIIa-f at different pH values were correlated to Hammett's different sigma sets. Analysis of the results provided evidence for the suggested mechanism for reduction of these compounds. 相似文献

Diazotation of2 with aryldiazonium chloride in ethanol at 0 °C leads to the azo adducts15a–d. The thieno-1,2,4-triazolopyridine16 is obtained by reaction of8a with elementary sulfur.16 undergoes cycloaddition with -nitrostyrene, maleic anhydride, N-arylmalemide, and acrylonitrile yielding the isoquinolines21–24. All new compounds have been characterized by their IR,1H NMR, and mass spectra.

Mit Gemischen aus aliphatischen Aldehyden und verschiedenen Verbindungen mit aktiven Methylengruppen reagiert2 zu 1,2,4-Triazolo[1,5-a]pyridinen (8a–f). Verbindung2 reagiert außerdem mit den Arylidenen9a–g zu den Triazolopyridinen10a–g. Umsetzung von2 mit aromatischen Aldehyden führt zu den Verbindungen13a–c. Diazotierung von2 mit Aryldiazoniumchloriden in Ethanol bei 0°C ergibt die Azoaddukte15a–d. Das Thieno-1,2,4-triazolylpyridin16 erhält man durch Reaktion von8a mit elementarem Schwefel.16 geht it -Nitrostyrol, Maleinsäureanhydrid, N-Arylmaleimid und Acrylnitril eine Cycloaddition zu den Isochinolinen21–24 ein. Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine and isoxazole derivatives were obtained via the reaction of 1 with 2-aminopyridine, 2-aminopyrimidine and the appropriate active methylene compounds, respectively. Pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazines, and pyrrolidino[3,4-d]isoxazolines derivatives were also synthesized. Summary Conductance measurements of acidified sodium aluminate solutions showed a gradual drop as the alumina content of the solution increases. This behaviour was explained by adsorption of H+ ions, as visualised from linear plots of (
0–) per mole of alumina against

0 is the specific conductance of the corresponding (NaOH + HCl), is the specific conductance of (sodium aluminate + HCl) and
is the amount of H+ ions adsorbed per mole of alumina). Transport number experiments showed that alumina behaves as a non-electrolyte and that the transport number of the Cl– ion increases with increase in alumina content. This behaviour was explained on the basis of aggregation of water molecules around alumina.The zero point of charge of colloidally dispersed aluminium hydroxide was determined from potentiometric and conductance measurements.

Dieses Verhalten wird erklärt auf Grund einer Aggregation von Wassermolekülen um das Alumina.Der Neutralpunkt für Ladung von kolloidal dispergiertem Alumiumhydroxid wurde aus potentiometrischen und Leitfähigkeitsmessungen bestimmt.相似文献

In this paper, we revisit the one-dimensional tunneling problem. We consider different approximations for the transmission through the Coulomb barrier in heavy ion collisions at near-barrier energies. First, we discuss approximations of the barrier shape by functional forms where the transmission coefficient is known analytically. Then, we consider Kemble’s approximation for the transmission coefficient. We show how this approximation can be extended to above-barrier energies by performing the analytical continuation of the radial coordinate to the complex plane. We investigate the validity of the different approximations considered in this paper by comparing their predictions for transmission coefficients and cross sections of three heavy ion systems with the corresponding quantum mechanical results. 相似文献
