Trapezoidal (p,q)-Integral Inequalities Related to (η1,η2)-convex Functions with Applications

In this paper, the authors introduce the (p,q)-trapezoidal integral inequalities, which are the (p,q)-analogues of the recently introduced q-trapezoidal integral inequalities. We derive a new (p,q)-integral identity for twice (p,q)-differentiable function. Utilizing this as an auxiliary result, we establish several new (p,q)-trapezoidal type integral inequalities for the function whose absolute value of twice (p,q)-derivative is (η₁,η₂)-convex functions. Some special means of real numbers are also given. At the end, we give brief conclusion. It is expected that this method which is very useful, accurate, and versatile will open a new venue for the real-world phenomena of special relativity and quantum theory.

     

Design,synthesis and bioactivity of chalcones and its analogues

The Vernohia anthelmintica L.'s extract is one of the most popular Uygur medicines used for vitiligo. It is believed that the chalcone compounds of the plant play an important role in the treatment since they may activate tyrosinase and improve melanin production. In this study, twenty-one chalcones and nine analogues were synthesized in view of three different components of chalcone(A, B ring and a,b-unsaturated carbonyl). After biological evaluation of their activity on tyrosinase in cell-free systems,the result showed that most compounds(except polyhydroxy chalcones) possess activator effect on the tyrosinase, especially for 13a–15a, 20 a and 1b, which bearing a comparable activity to the positive control8-MOP. SAR of these tyrosinase activator was summed up for the first time as well. Finally, compound 13 a was found to increase melanin contents and tyrosinase activity 1.75 and 1.3 fold, respectively, compared with that of untreated murine B16 cells at the concentration of 40 mg/m L.     

The effect of post-exposure annealing on the track registeration characteristics of CR-39 nuclear track detectors

The effect of post exposure annealing on the track registeration characteristics of CR-39 (Pershore) Solid State Nuclear Track Detectors has been studied. The changes introduced in the bulk etch rates, track diameter, and the track density have been observed. The results indicate that the bulk etch rate of the detectors and the size of the tracks are considerably changed due to annealing. Variations in the track density are, however, not serious in the presently studied temperature range.     

Studies on the performance of different coiled column configurations for compact type-I countercurrent chromatography

Three types of novel coiled column configurations, i.e. a triangular coiled column and elliptical coiled columns I and II, were designed for type-I countercurrent chromatography and their performances were evaluated with two solvent systems each with suitable test samples. Three dinitrophenyl (DNP) amino acids (DNP-DL-glu, DNP-β-ala and DNP-L-ala) were separated with a moderately hydrophobic two-phase solvent system composed of hexane-ethyl acetate-metanol-0.1 M hydrochloric acid (1:1:1:1, v/v), while two dipeptides (tryptophyl-tyrosine and valyl-tyrosine) were separated with a polar solvent system composed of 1-butanol-acetic acid-water (4.75:0.25:5, v/v). The overall results indicated that the performance of compact type-I countercurrent chromatography was improved by elliptical coiled column I which was mounted with its maximum coil diameter perpendicular to the surface of the column holder. Hydrodynamic effects involved in these separations were discussed.     

ZrOCl2·8H2O catalyzed solvent-free synthesis of isobenzofuran-1（3H）-ones

ZrOCl₂·8H₂O catalyzed environmentally benign synthesis of isobenzofuran-1（3H）-ones are described.ZrOCl₂·8H₂O appeared to be an excellent catalyst for the condensation and reactions.Reaction of phthalaldehydic acid（2-carboxybenzaldehyde） with methylaryl and cyclic ketones was initiated by condensation and occurred in one step providing excellent yields（90-98%）.     

新型一枝蒿酮酸异噁唑衍生物的合成及其抗A,B型流感病毒活性研究

为了提高一枝蒿酮酸的生物活性,以一枝蒿酮酸和3-取代苯基-5-氨甲基-异噁唑为原料,在偶合试剂DCC,HOBt/DMAP的作用下,合成了6个未见文献报道的含异噁唑的一枝蒿酮酸酰胺衍生物3a～3f.所合成的化合物均经过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,ESI-MS等分析方法表征及初步体外抗A(H3N2,H1N1)型和B型流感病毒活性研究.初步实验结果表明:化合物3c同时具有抗A(H3N2)型和B型流感病毒活性,化合物3c和3e表现出比母体化合物强的抗B型流感病毒活性.     

Rupestines F-M, new guaipyridine sesquiterpene alkaloids from Artemisia rupestris

Eight new guaipyridine sesquiterpene alkaloids, rupestines F-M (1-8) were isolated from the leaves of Artemisia rupestris and their structures were elucidated on the basis of 2D-NMR data. The absolute configurations of 1-8 have been assigned by comparison of their experimental and calculated circular dichroism (CD) spectra.     

Syntheses of Racemic and Scalemic cis‐Chrysanthemic Acid from β,γ‐Unsaturated Cyclohexanol

2,2,5,5‐Tetramethylcyclohexane‐1,3‐dione is a valuable starting‐material precursor of cis‐chrysanthemic acid. The (1S)‐stereoisomer is a precursor of pyrethrin I, the most active natural insecticide from Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium, whereas the (1R)‐stereoisomer is efficiently transformed to deltamethrin, the most active commercially available pyrethroid insecticide. Several intermediates have been identified and used with variable success for that purpose.     

Separation and Purification of Three Flavonoids from Helichrysum arenarium (L.) Moench by HSCCC

Following an initial clean-up step on a Sephadex LH-20 column, high-speed countercurrent chromatography was successfully applied to the isolation and purification of three flavonoids from a crude sample of Helichrysum arenarium (L.) Moench. HSCCC was performed with a two-phase solvent system composed of ethyl acetate–water (1:1, v/v). Naringenin-7-O-β-d-glycoside (2.3 mg), isoquercitrin (3.5 mg), and astragalin (6.7 mg), with purities of 96.05%, 93.63%, 95.23%, respectively, were separated from 160 mg of crude sample in a one-step separation. The structure identification was by ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR.
