Mechanisms of the cycloaddition reaction between singlet difluoromethylene carbene and acetone have been investigated with the second‐order Møller–Plesset (MP2)/6‐31G* method, including geometry optimization and vibrational analysis. Energies for the involved stationary points on the potential energy surface (PES) are corrected by zero‐point energy (ZPE) and CCSD(T)/6‐31G* single‐point calculations. From the PES obtained with the CCSD(T)//MP2/6‐31G* method for the cycloaddition reaction between singlet difluoromethylene carbene and acetone, it can be predicted that path B of reactions 2 and 3 should be two competitive leading channels of the cycloaddition reaction between difluoromethylene carbene and acetone. The former consists of two steps: (i) the two reactants first form a four‐membered ring intermediate, INT2, which is a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 97.8 kJ/mol; (ii) the intermediate INT2 isomerizes to a four‐membered product P2b via a transition state TS2b with an energy barrier of 24.9 kJ/mol, which results from the methyl group transfer. The latter proceeds in three steps: (i) the two reactants first form an intermediate, INT1c, through a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 199.4 kJ/mol; (ii) the intermediate INT1c further reacts with acetone to form a polycyclic intermediate, INT3, which is also a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 27.4 kJ/mol; and (iii) INT3 isomerizes to a polycyclic product P3 via a transition state TS3 with an energy barrier of 25.8 kJ/mol. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Nano-crystalline MgNb2O6 was prepared using Mg(NO3)2·6H2O, Nb2O5, HF and citric acid as raw materials by auto-ignition route. The process involves the formation of a viscous gel by thermal dehydration of the citrate-nitrate solution at about 80 ℃. The auto-ignition (at about 200 ℃) of the gel resulted in a high reactivity powder containing intimate blending of MgNbF7 and NbF3. The crystalline phase of MgNb2O6 could be formed easily at 700 ℃, which is 400 ℃ lower than that of common solid-state reaction process. The nano-crystalline MgNb2O6 (~30 nm) powder with good dispersity could be obtained at 850 ℃. 相似文献

The surface pressure-area diagrams of double-chain fluorocarbon amphiphiles with different headgroup compositions show that the amphiphiles arrange almost perpendicularly to the water subphase and the structure of headgroups exerts significant influence on the amphiphile packing. Strong hydrogen bonding and weak electrostatic interaction favor the formation of stable monolayers. Perfluorooctanoic acid (FOA) cannot form monolayer at water/air interface and can only form liquid monolayer in subphase of calcium nitrate solution. Complete phase separation of palmitic acid and a fluorocarbon amphiphile with shorter hydrocarbon spacer group, 1, could be demonstrated in monolayers by using the phase rule of Crisp. The creation of phase-separated monolayers is possible when the monolayer is composed of a mixture of palmitic acid and a fluorocarbon amphiphile with longer hydrocarbon spacer group, 2. It can be suggested that the miscibility of hydrocarbon amphiphiles with fluorocarbon amphiphiles is determined by the hydrocarbon fraction of fluorocarbon amphiphiles. 相似文献

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS),电子轰击离子化(EI)法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃的含量。超声波抽提气溶胶样品,用GC-MS的选择离子监测(SIM)方式测定EPA提出的优先监测的16种多环芳烃的含量。该法的检出限为0.167pg·m~(-3),PAHs的回收率为85.1%~110.5%,相对标准偏差为4.62%~19.4%。应用该法测定气溶胶中PAHs获得满意的结果。 相似文献

N,N-Dimethyl diethyl, dipropyl, dibutyl, and N-monoisopropylaminoaphthylenesulfonyl derivatives of melanotropin inhibiting factor (MIF) and its metabolites were prepared, and their chromatographic behavior was investigated with thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), using five solvent systems on polyamide layers and ten solvent systems on muBondapak C18 and muBondapak phenyl columns. A mixture of MIF and its metabolites derivatized with Dns chloride was adequately resolved by two-dimensional chromatography on polyamide layer with solvent systems, formic acid-water (3:97) and benzene-acetic acid (9:1). Bns-MIF and its metabolites were separated with muBondapak C18 column with the solvent system acetonitrile-0.01 M sodium sulphate buffer, pH 7 (50:50). They were separated into five groups: Gly and Bns acid; Pro-Leu, Leu-Gly and Leu; Pro; Gly-NH2; and MIF. The alkylaminonaphthylenesulfonyl derivates had strong fluorescence, which permitted their detection at the level of 10(-11) to 10(-9) mol. Dns-MIF and its derivatives had the lowest detectable amounts. HPLC with the aid of the Dns derivation is reliable and fast, and is the preferable method for study of neuropeptide breakdown. 相似文献

Two new dicyanamide coordination polymers, {Mn(dmpz)[N(CN)2]2}2 (1) and {Cu(dmpz)[N(CN)2]2}2 (2)(dmpz=3,5-dimethylpyrazole), were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectroscopy. In 1 and 2 the metal ions have two different coordination modes, where one is coordinated to four dicyanamide anions and two monodentate dmpz molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, while the other adopts octahedral geometry, surrounded by four nitrile N atoms and two amide N atoms of the dicyanamide anions.
