Stilling basin with a negative step is an important structure in hydraulic systems, because it can avoid atomization and decrease scouring problems. Although stilling basins with a negative step have attracted much attention from researchers, few researchers have focused on the wave characteristics. In this research, an experimental study on the wave characteristics of stilling basins with a negative step was carried out. The wave height, average period, wave probability density and power spectrum along the flow direction of different stilling basins with a negative step were described based on the wave theory, and the results indicate discharge and step height have a significant effect on the wave characteristics. The relationships between the different characteristic wave heights, and the empirical formula for the relative characteristic wave height are obtained. Finally, the dimensionless standard deviation at the end of the stilling basin with a negative step is linearly related to the flow-energy ratio and the relative step height under B-jump.  相似文献

The controlled and efficient synthesis of polymers with tailored topologies is challenging but important for exploring structure/property research. Herein, we proposed a concept of macro-latent monomer to achieve the controlled growth of polymer topologies.The macro-latent monomer was installed by a dynamic furan/maleimide covalent bond at the chain terminal. One-shot reversible additionfragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization of styrene and the macro-latent monomer created controlled growth of polymer topologies.Low temperature such as 40 ℃ could not activate the macro-latent monomer and thus the polymerization created the homo-polystyrene. By contrast, high temperature of ~110 ℃ activated the macro-latent monomer, and a maleimide-terminated macro-monomer was released via the retro-Diels Alder reaction. This macro-monomer immediately joined the cross polymerization with styrene and thus produced the side chains. By delicately manipulating the polymerization temperature, the predetermined placement of the macro-latent monomer-derived polymeric sidechains created controllably growing topologies, including star-, π-shaped, and density-variable grafting copolymers. This work paved a new way for creating on-demand topologies and would greatly enrich the topology synthesis.  相似文献

用毛细管气相色谱法测定烟草中烟碱、降烟碱、麦斯明、二烯烟碱、新烟碱、去氢新烟碱、2,3′-联二吡啶、可替宁8种主要生物碱的方法。烟草样品经二氯甲烷/甲醇(V/V,3∶1)萃取,过一次性滤膜,进样,经DB-5MS毛细管柱分离,由气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测定量,质谱定性。该方法操作简单,重现性好,回收率较高。8种生物碱相对标准偏差为2.59%~7.07%;回收率为89.4%~98.7%。  相似文献

以苯、吡啶、尼古丁和普鲁卡因为探测因子,考察了酰胺型、胺型、醚型和酯型4种"包埋"极性官能团的新型键合固定相对碱性化合物在流动相pH值分别为3.0和7.0时的热力学焓变.实验结果表明,新型固定相由于烷基分子链中"嵌入"极性官能团,因此在流动相pH为3.0时温度对碱性溶质的保留影响相互差异较大.在流动相pH为7.0时,根据Van′t Hoff方程计算出4种待测物质从流动相转移到固定相上的ΔH0,从ΔH0的绝对值大小、相关系数以及实际的分离效果可以发现,在分离强碱性物质时,若实验条件一样,则分离效果是酰胺型和胺型>酯型固定相>醚型固定相,但它们均优于传统的固定相.  相似文献

A novel monolithic capillary column (530 microm i.d.) was prepared for capillary liquid chromatography (CLC) by in situ copolymerization of octyl methacrylate (MAOE) and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) in the presence of a porogen solvent containing 1-propanol, 1,4-butanediol, and water with azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator. The influences of the contents of the porogen solvent, EDMA and the various concentration ratios of 1-propanol to 1,4-butanediol in the polymerization mixture on the morphology, porosity, globule size, stability and column efficiency were investigated. The morphology and pore size distribution of monolithic capillary columns were characterized by SEM and mercury intrusion porosimetry, respectively. Chromatographic evaluations of the columns were performed under CLC mode. The results showed that good permeability and stability can be obtained under optimal experimental conditions. The separation results of some acid, neutral and basic analytes demonstrated the hydrophobicity and low affinity to basic analytes of the new column. Three metal ions, i.e. Mg(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) were also separated under ion-pair mode on the new monolithic capillary column and the results were acceptable.  相似文献

A method for the determination of the earthy and musty odors geosmin, 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB), 2-isobutyl-3-methoxy pyrazine (IBMP), 2-isopropyl-3-methoxy pyrazine (IPMP) and 2,4,6-trichloroanisole (2,4,6-TCA) in water by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HSSPME) combined with gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry (GC-ITMS) is described. Several parameters of the extraction and desorption procedure were studied and optimized (such as types of fibers, extraction temperature, extraction time, desorption temperature, desorption time, ionic strength and elutropic strength and pH of samples). The method shows good linearity over the concentration range 1-500 ng l−1 and gives detection limits of sub-part per trillion levels for all compounds. Good precision (5.9-9.8%) is obtained using IBMP as internal standard. Finally, the method was successfully applied to analyze earthy and musty odors in tap water and lake water.  相似文献

The SARS coronavirus 3C-like proteinase is considered as a potential drug design target for the treatment of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Owing to the lack of available drugs for the treatment of SARS, the discovery of inhibitors for SARS coronavirus 3C-like proteinase that can potentially be optimized as drugs appears to be highly desirable. We have built a "flexible" three-dimensional model for SARS 3C-like proteinase by homology modeling and multicanonical molecular dynamics method and used the model for virtual screening of chemical databases. After Dock procedures, strategies including pharmocophore model, consensus scoring, and "drug-like" filters were applied in order to accelerate the process and improve the success rate of virtual docking screening hit lists. Forty compounds were purchased and tested by HPLC and colorimetric assay against SARS 3C-like proteinase. Three of them including calmidazolium, a well-known antagonist of calmodulin, were found to inhibit the enzyme with an apparent K(i) from 61 to 178 microM. These active compounds and their binding modes provide useful information for understanding the binding sites and for further selective drug design against SARS and other coronavirus.  相似文献

Five common food preservatives were analyzed by capillary electrochromatography, utilizing a methacrylate ester-based monolithic capillary as separation column. In order to optimize the separation of these preservatives, the effects of the pore size of the polymeric stationary phase, the pH and composition of the mobile phase on separation were examined. For all analytes, it was found that an increase in pore size caused a reduction in retention time. However, separation performances were greatly improved in monolithic columns with smaller pore sizes. The pH of the mobile phase had little influence on separation resolution, but a dramatic effect on the amount of sample that was needed to be electrokinetically injected into the monolithic column. In addition, the retention behaviors of these analytes were strongly influenced by the level of acetonitrile in the mobile phase. An optimal separation of the five preservatives was obtained within 7.0 min with a pH 3.0 mobile phase composed of phosphate buffer and acetonitrile 35:65 v/v. Finally, preservatives in real commercial products, including cold syrup, lotion, wine, and soy sauces, were successfully determined by the methacrylate ester-based polymeric monolithic column under this optimized condition.  相似文献
