正常金属/超导/正常金属双垒隧道结中的量子相干输运

考虑到量子相干效应和界面散射效应 ,利用 L ambert理论模型 ,计算正常金属 /绝缘层 /超导 /绝缘层 /正常金属双垒隧道结中的准粒子输运系数和隧道谱。研究表明 :( 1)所有的准粒子输运系数和电导谱在超导能隙之上都随能量作周期性振荡 ,其振荡周期依赖于超导层的厚度 ;( 2 )在超导能隙之上 Andreev反射系数随能量呈现周期性消失现象 ;( 3)在绝缘层势垒强度取很大的隧道极限下 ,超导层中会形成一系列的准粒子束缚态 ,其位置由量子化条件决定 ;( 4)界面散射效应不仅能压低各子能隙电导峰 ,还能使子能隙电导峰劈裂为两个峰。     

免疫珠技术快速检测腹泻性大肠杆菌

采用表面光滑玻璃珠作为载体材料，用1：40的腹泻性大肠杆菌诊断血清进行包被。可制成免疫珠。这种免疫珠能与腹泻性大肠杆菌发生特异性结合。经乳糖蛋白胨培养液培养，然后根据其产酸产气进行判断。能在18h内完成腹泻性大肠杆菌的检测。其灵敏度为样液中含有腹泻性大肠杆菌数必须大于10CFu／mL．该法简单、快速、易操作、灵敏度高。     

On the summability of the formal solutions for some PDEs with irregular singularity

In this Note, we consider some classes of nonlinear partial differential equations with regular singularity with respect to t=0 and irregular one with respect to x=0. Our purpose is to establish a result which is similar to the k-summability property, known in the case of singular ordinary differential equations. We can prove that, except at most a countable set, the formal solution is Borel summable or k-summable with respect to x in all other directions. To cite this article: Z. Luo et al., C. R. Acad. Sci. Results of the maximum genus of graphs

In this paper,we provide a new class of up-embeddable graphs,and obtain a tight lower bound on the maximum genus of a class of 2-connected pseudographs of diameter 2 and of a class of diameter 4 multi-graphs.This extends a result of Skoviera.

给出了图的强色指数的一个新的上界，并指出几类恰好达到该上界的图，从而改进了Erodoes和Nesetri的强色指数猜想，在某种意义上证明了这个猜想。     

Covalent functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by lipase

Lipase from Candida rugosa was covalently anchored onto acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) through a self-catalytic mechanism. A variety of characterization techniques including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS were employed to demonstrate the formation of the ester linkage between lipase and MWNTs. The MWNTs-lipase biocomposites showed significantly increased solubility in some common-used organic solvents, such as THF, DMF and chloroform. This study may offer a novel and facile route for covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and expand the potential utilization of both lipases and MWNTs in the fields of biocatalyst and biosensor.     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.
