Properties ofR-matrix theory that are useful for studying muon-catalyzed fusion reactions are reviewed, and applications to the dt system are discussed, using both improved adiabatic and non-adiabatic (variational) wave functions. We give complex eigenvalues and - sticking fractions for the (L, v)=(0,0) and (0, 1) states of dt using variational Hamiltonian matrix elements that have been properly symmetrized by means of the Block operator. Expressions for the fusion rate and - sticking fraction are developed from a time-dependent theory that uses the complex-energy states corresponding to the poles of the systemS-matrix. These are shown to reduce with the appropriate approximations to the expressions and values commonly used. Additional nuclear effects on these quantities can easily be studied within the framework developed, but they are not expected to be large.  相似文献

在红外探测器的应用中,常用统计分析、算例验证等方法研究目标成像精确定位问题。鉴于上述方法难以充分阐释物理意义与揭示普遍规律,提出基于能量分布及成像特征的分析方法,针对红外探测目标成像精确定位问题,利用能量分布和数字图像中成像规律,研究像点定位及精度分析。研究了红外目标成像和数字图像特点,建立了定位模型和方法流程;分析了定位误差影响因素,实现了定位结果精度评定;最后结合典型应用实例,进行了计算验证。该方法与已有方法相比,分析过程更直观,获取了红外像点定位分析的理论依据,并给出了定位结果的精度水平:通常红外成像应用中,精度优于1/6像元;在成像较大时,精度可达1/10像元以上。该研究结论对红外探测应用中目标准确定位具有重要意义。  相似文献

The fringe pattern phase analysis method is proposed for the leveling of mask and wafer in proximity lithography. The tilt between mask and wafer in the space is reflected in the tilted fringe pattern. The method combining the 2-D Fourier transform and 2-D Hanning window is proposed for processing the tilted fringe pattern. The offset and angle of tilt are extracted through phase analysis. Computer simulation and experiment are both performed to verify this method. The results indicate that the tilt of the mask and wafer in the space can be extracted with high accuracy through this method.  相似文献

利用波导中目标声散射理论的简正波方法,数值模拟了自由空间和浅海均匀波导中刚性球、旋转椭球的散射场,分析了波导中刚性体前向散射时频特征的畸变规律。仿真结果表明:波导中刚性体的前向散射时域波形与频谱特征受波导制约;目标散射场的固有特征受波导色散特征的调制,时频谱上呈现出由于色散的简正波间的耦合而导致各简正波能量条纹界限模糊的现象。时频特征的畸变程度与组成散射共振系统的波导、目标的尺度以及散射体布放深度有关,随波导底质透声能力和深度增加、散射体散射强度(信混比)增强而减弱。  相似文献

The electronic and superconducting properties of Fe_(1-δ)Se single-crystal flakes grown hydrothermally are studied by the transport measurements under zero and high magnetic fields up to 38.5 T. The results contrast sharply with those previously reported for nematically ordered Fe Se by chemical-vapor-transport(CVT) growth. No signature of the electronic nematicity, but an evident metal-to-nonmetal crossover with increasing temperature,is detected in the normal state of the present hydrothermal samples. Interestingly, a higher superconducting critical temperature T_c of 13.2 K is observed compared to a suppressed T_c of 9 K in the presence of the nematicity in the CVT Fe Se. Moreover, the upper critical field in the zero-temperature limit is found to be isotropic with respect to the field direction and to reach a higher value of ~42 T, which breaks the Pauli limit by a factor of 1.8.  相似文献

Abstract

Dielectric barrier discharge is a nonequilibrium plasma, and its industrial application has been on a large scale. Similarly, its prominent features of high dissociation ability at low working temperature and low power consumption, simple and adjustable configuration, ambient working conditions, and long lifetime are favorable for developing a wide array of analytical devices as well. This review addresses the basics of dielectric barrier discharge and emphasizes their analytical applications in analytical atomic spectrometry, chemiluminescence, gas chromatographic detectors, ion source for mass spectrometry, and ion mobility spectrometry with 103 references.  相似文献

Abstract

The pressure dependence of the structural, elastic, electronic and thermal properties of Kondo insulator SmB6 have been systematically studied by density functional theory combined with the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The calculated structure at zero pressure is in good agreement with the available experimental results at low temperature. The obtained elastic constants, bulk modulus and shear modulus indicate that SmB6 is mechanically stable and behaves in a brittle manner under the applied pressure 0–20 GPa, consistent with available experimental data. In addition, the elastic-relevant properties, Young’s modulus and the Poisson ratio manifest that increasing pressure results in an enhancement in the stiffness of the compound. It is found that unlike temperature, pressure has little effect on the heat capacity of SmB6. What more important is that we observed an insulator to metal phase transition at about 5.5 GPa through the disappearance of the band gap, well consistent with the experimental data. This transition has little effect on the physical properties of SmB6.  相似文献

A critical value in the product of the anisotropy parameter and the magnetic field is observed in interlayer Josephson-vortex systems by extensive Monte Carlo simulations. Below (above) this critical value the thermodynamic phase transition between the normal and the superconducting states upon temperature sweeping is first (second) order. It is discussed that the origin of this tricritical point is the highly anisotropic layered structure of high- T(c) superconductors.  相似文献

Multi-site organizations must balance conflicting forces to determine the appropriate degree of purchasing centralization for their respective supplies. The ability to garner quantity discounts represents one of the primary reasons that organizations centralize procurement. This paper provides methodologies to calculate optimal order quantities and compute total purchasing and inventory costs when products have quantity discount pricing. Procedures for both all-units and incremental quantity discount schedules are provided for four different strategic purchasing configurations (scenarios): complete decentralization, centralized pricing with decentralized purchasing, centralized purchasing with local distribution, and centralized purchasing and warehousing. For ordering decisions under local distribution, procedures to determine optimal order quantities and costs are presented in a precise form that could be easily implemented into spreadsheets by practicing managers. For the more complicated multi-echelon scenarios, we introduce a single-cycle policy with a tailored aggregation refinement step that performs very well under experimentation when compared to a conservative bound.  相似文献

Low-dimensional GaN materials, including nanorings, nanoribbons and smooth nanowires have been synthesized by reacting gallium and ammonia using Ag particles as a catalyst on the substrate of MgO single crystals. They were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). EDX, XRD indicated that the low-dimensional nanomaterials were wurtzite GaN. New features are found in Raman scatterings for these low-dimensional GaN materials, which are different from the previous observations of GaN materials.
