TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs) were successfully synthesized from different alkaline media (i.e., NaOH and KOH) by using a microwave hydrothermal process. The effects of different alkaline media on the formation of TiO2 nanotubes and their physicochemical properties were investigated. The phases of different TiO2 nanostructures were studied by using X-ray diffraction patterns. Morphologies of the nanostructures were observed with a transmission electron microscope. The optical properties of the nanostructures were evaluated through the absorption behavior using UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activities of the TiO2 nanostructures were evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue aqueous dye solution under the simulated solar light irradiation. Similarly, the photovoltaic efficiencies of the prepared samples were investigated by making photo-anode layers in the Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs). The results revealed that in comparison to the single layered TiO2 nanostructures in the DSSC, creation of a double layer structure significantly enhanced the efficiency of DSSC.  相似文献

During the process development for multistep synthesis of Rosuvastatin calcium several impurities were obtained along with the final Rosuvastatin calcium. Out of this; synthesis of impurity A (acetone adduct) a minor impurity of Rosuvastatin calcium (3R,5S,6E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-[[(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)sulfonyl(methyl)amino]-6-(1-methylethyl)-pyrimidin-5-yl]-3,5-dihydroxyheptenoicacid hemicalcium salt, is described. The synthesis of impurity A has been accomplished in 6 steps; starting from formation of β-hydroxy sulfonamide as the key intermediate and followed by using convenient routes with overall yield of 13.5%. The target compound can be used as the reference substance of impurity of the Rosuvastatin calcium.  相似文献

Selective separation of Cs + from liquid radioactive waste by “precipitation” was observed in a hydrophobic ionic liquid containing the Cs + -selective extractant dicyclohexano-18-crown-6. The precipitate was formed by the cation exchange mechanism, which simplified the treatment of Cs + after extraction. Solid–liquid extraction is a more economical extraction system than liquid–liquid extraction because it uses smaller quantities of ionic liquids. This work showed the possibility of developing a new method for removing Cs + from liquid radioactive waste using solid–liquid phase separation instead of the conventional liquid–liquid separation in an ionic liquid extraction system.  相似文献

The problem treated here is that of an isotropic body having a doubly periodic rectangular or triangular array of perfectly bonded circular elastic inclusions. The body is in tension or compression. This simulates a composite material wherein a relatively weak matrix is reinforced by stronger (and more rigid) fibers. Bond stresses for both rectangular and triangular arrays have been calculated using either boundary point matching or boundary point least squares techniques. Numerical results based on a plane strain analysis are given in graphical form.  相似文献

An analysis based on a model of modified mixing length by Hornby, Mistry und Barrow [1] was made on the effect of transverse convex curvature in turbulent boundary layer for incompressible axial flows along circular cylinders. The deviation of various turbulent flow and heat transfer properties from those of flat plates is presented. The agreement between the analyses and the experimental results for skin friction and heat transfer rate is good. The study demonstrated that, for a given condition, both the friction coefficient and Stanton number increase with decreasing value of the cyclinder radius and that their values are always greater than those for the flow over a flat plate.  相似文献

The influence of an inhibitor (CF3Br or Halon 1301) on the propagation of high-speed turbulent flames, quasi-detonations and the transition to detonation has been investigated for methane-air, propane-air and acetylene-air mixtures. The experiments are carried out in a 13 m tube (15 cm diameter) filled with regularly spaced orifice plates (blockage ratio of 0.39) to ensure rapid flame acceleration. In all cases, the addition of the inhibitor reduces the turbulent flame velocity and extinguishes the flame with sufficient inhibitor concentration (2.7% and 7.5% for methane-air and propane-air, respectively). For acetylene-air mixtures, the quasi-detonation speed is progressively reduced with increasing inhibitor concentration and eventually causes the failure of the quasi-detonation and transition back to a fast turbulent flame. The inhibitor also narrows the propagation limits in all cases. To elucidate the inhibition mechanism, detailed modelling of both the turbulent flame structure as well as the chemical kinetics are required.  相似文献
