The current study provides a way of extraction for both active NSO and WSE from Nigella sativa seeds using 98% methanol. About 1?kg of ground seeds was macerated by 1:2.5 w/v (g/mL) for 72?hours. After rotary evaporation and 7 days of continuous drying and chilling at 50 and 4?°C, NSO and WSE were obtained at the same instant. Solubility tests of 24 solvents and 11 thin layer chromatographic analyses while 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl free radical scavenging assay of NSO (73.66) , WSE (33.32) and NSO?+?WSE (78.22) against ascorbic acid (IC50?=?4.28?mg/mL) was performed. WSE was found to be highly soluble in water and 5% NaOH exhibiting the same Rf value of 0.95 for EtOH:DMSO (9:1) against the honey. WSE has revealed more than twofold higher anti-oxidant activity than others. Formulation of WSE with Tualang honey may provide better targeted hydrophilic drug delivery systems.  相似文献

Recent experiments on double photoionization of H2 with photon energies between 160 and 240 eV have revealed body-frame angular distributions that suggest classical two-slit interference effects may be present when one electron carries most of the available energy and the second electron is not observed. We report precise quantum mechanical calculations that reproduce the experimental findings. They reveal that the interpretation in terms of classical diffraction is only appropriate at substantially higher photon energies. At the energies considered in the experiment we offer an alternative explanation based on the mixing of two nondiffractive contributions by circularly polarized light.  相似文献

Recent experiments involving aerosol introduction into the inductively coupled plasma have shown that intact droplets and solute particles cause enormous fluctuations in analyte emission and mass-spectral signals. Here, particle-vaporization kinetics are simulated as a detailed function of the operating conditions, fundamental properties and spatial location in the inductively coupled plasma, and as a function of several of the properties of the particles themselves: diameter, chemical composition and size distribution. These simulations portray the particle vaporization as proceeding nominally linearly with respect to the particle radius when the particles are small, but roughly quadratically with radius when the particles are very large. Further, the heat- and mass-transfer-limited rates of vaporization are roughly equal for the typical gas-temperature range in the plasma tail flame, so that at any height either process might limit the rate of vaporization. This similarity gives rise to a dynamic, competitive picture of plasma vaporization kinetics.  相似文献

Rate constants for oxidations of benzyl alcohol-d0 and -d7 by oxoiron(IV) tetramesitylporphyrin radical cation perchlorate in acetonitrile were measured in single turnover kinetic studies. The kinetic isotope effect (kH/kD) increased from 28 at 23 degrees C to 360 at -30 degrees C due to extensive hydrogen atom tunneling that was analyzed in terms of a parabolic energy barrier to tunneling. Similarly, large KIE values were found for oxidations of ethylbenzene-d0 and -d10 at room temperature. The large KIE values are a function of the porphyrin identity, and porphyrins containing electron-withdrawing groups display normal KIEs. KIEs found under catalytic turnover conditions are somewhat smaller than those obtained in single turnover reactions. The results should serve as benchmarks for computational studies of C-H oxidations by porphyrin and heme-iron-oxo systems.  相似文献

Maghemite nanoparticles with sizes in the range 10–110 nm and good monodispersity have been synthesized by co precipitation at room temperature from Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions by a (N(CH3)4OH) solution, followed by an hydrothermal treatment at 200 °C and an oxidation step with Fe(NO3)3. The influence of the incubation time (at 200 °C) and of the pH of the autoclaved solution on the particles size has been studied. It was found that the pH value allows to tune the size of the maghemite particles. A simple method for the speciation analysis of bio-accessible arsenic (As) in rice was developed using a continuous on-line leaching method to release the bio-accessible fraction. The continuous on-line leaching method has several advantages over commonly used batch methods including quicker and easier sample preparation, reduced risk of contamination and access to real time leaching data. The bio-accessibility of As in the samples was monitored using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results from a certified reference material as well as cooked and uncooked white rice showed that the majority of As was leached by saliva. Results obtained using the continuous on-line leaching method were comparable to those obtained using a batch method. Speciation analysis of the saliva leachate was performed using ion exchange chromatography coupled to ICP-MS. The four most toxic forms of As (As(III), monomethylarsonic acid (MMA), dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) and As(V)) were clearly separated within 5 min in a single chromatographic run. Over 92% of bio-accessible As in the certified reference material and uncooked white rice sample was in the form of DMA and As(V), whereas it was present as DMA and As(III) in the cooked white rice.  相似文献

用聚合反应-热处理两段工艺合成了高聚合度的聚磷酸铵(APP)阻燃材料,其结构经XRD,粒度及平均聚合度表征。优化反应条件为:磷酸氢二铵1mol,n(磷酸氢二铵):n(五氧化二磷):n(脲):1.0:1.0:0.3.干燥氨气氛下于290℃反应30min,再经250℃-280℃后处理100min-110min。APP的平均聚合度大于150,粒度小于50μm。  相似文献
