单值模糊器是将高维空间中一个实值点映射成该空间上的一个单值模糊集,在构造非线性T-S模糊系统时不仅可克服输入变量的噪声问题,而且能减少模糊推理机设计中的计算量.首先,基于分片线性函数和单值模糊器给出了非线性T-S模糊系统模型;并依据广义三角形的重心坐标公式,对等距剖分论域中的峰值点和分量半径等参数进行了优化;最后,通过模拟实例对系统进行了验证,得到优化后的非线性T-S模糊系统确实有更好的逼近效果. 相似文献

The bioorthogonality of tetrazole photoclick chemistry has been reassessed. Upon photolysis of a tetrazole, the highly reactive nitrile imine formed undergoes rapid nucleophilic reaction with a variety of nucleophiles present in a biological system, along with the expected cycloaddition with alkenes. The alternative use of the tetrazole photoclick reaction was thus explored: tetrazoles were incorporated into Bodipy and Acedan dyes, providing novel photo‐crosslinkers with one‐ and two‐photon fluorescence Turn‐ON properties that may be developed into protein‐detecting biosensors. Further introduction of these photo‐activatable, fluorogenic moieties into staurosporine resulted in the corresponding probes capable of photoinduced, no‐wash imaging of endogenous kinase activities in live mammalian cells. 相似文献

The cyclic voltammetric responses of individual palladium‐coated carbon nanotubes are reported. Upon impact—from the solution phase—with the electrified interface, the nanoparticles act as individual nanoelectrodes catalyzing the hydrogen‐oxidation reaction. At high overpotentials the current is shown to reach a quasi‐steady‐state diffusion limit, allowing determination of the tube length. The electrochemical response of the individual nanotubes also reveals the system to be modulated by the electrical contact between the electrode and carbon nanotube. This modulation presents itself as fluctuations in the recorded Faradaic current. 相似文献

A rhodamine nitroxide probe was designed to detect the hydroxyl radical (·OH), which presented high selectivity for ·OH over other reactive oxygen species (ROS) and linear fluorescence response to ·OH produced by Fenton reaction. The product was detected by HPLC-MS, indicating that the main product of the reaction was O-methylhydroxylamine and the product peak areas measured by HPLC-UV/vis and HPLC-FLD both enhanced proportionally with the increase of ·OH concentration. The application of the probe in biological system was explored to trace the production of ·OH in cells under oxidative stress condition induced by rotenone which can inhibit the mitochondria respiratory chain complex I and we found that appropriate rotenone may induce the normal human liver cells (L02) and human hepatoma cells (HepG2) to produce ·OH at different degrees. 相似文献

The coupling of local surface plasmon(LSP) of nanoparticle and surface plasmon(SP) mode produced by metal film can lead to the enhanced electromagnetic field, which has an important application in enhancing the fluorescence of quantum dots(QDs). Herein, the Ag nanocube and Ag film are used to enhance the fluorescence of CdSe QDs. The enhancement is found to relate to the sizes of the Ag nanocube and the thickness of the Ag film. Moreover, we also present the fluorescence enhancement caused by only SP. The result shows that the coupling between metal nanoparticles and metal film can realize larger field enhancement. Numerical simulation verifies that a nanocube can localize a strong electric field around its corner. All the results indicate that the fluorescence of QDs can be efficiently improved by optimizing the parameters of Ag film and Ag cubes. 相似文献

The laser-induced damage characteristics and adsorption effects of organic contamination molecules of two high reflectors (HR) prepared by electron beam evaporation (EB) and ion beam sputtering (IBS) method at 1064 nm is investigated in vacuum. It is found that EB films show the performance degradation of laser induced damages in vacuum while for IBS film, seems to have no this effect, in comparison with air environment. In addition, EB coatings also have the strong affinity with organic contamination molecules, in contrast of IBS films. The results reveal that ion beam sputtering (IBS) method seem to be one of the favorite film deposition techniques of the optical films used in vacuum and space environments. 相似文献

MnO2/graphite electrode material is successfully synthesized by electrodeposition under supergravity field from manganese acetate and graphite suspending solution. X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy show that the obtained composite is γ-MnO2/graphite. The process of depositing the MnO2/graphite was shown by the schematic illustration. Galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammograms tests are applied to investigate electrochemical performances of the composite electrodes prepared under supergravity fields. MnO2/graphite synthesized under supergravity field exhibits good discharge capacitance and the specific capacitance is 367.77 F g?1 at current density of 0.5 A g?1.
