利用同位旋相关的量子分子动力学模型研究了中能重离子碰撞中同位旋分馏过程.研究结果表明自由粒子中质比与碎片中质比的比值即同位旋分馏强度灵敏地依赖于对称势,而对同位旋相关核子–核子碰撞截面的依赖很弱.同位旋分馏对对称势的灵敏主要来自于气相部分,而液相部分对对称势不够灵敏.气相部分灵敏地依赖于对称势是直接造成同位旋分馏强度对对称势灵敏的主要原因.同时还讨论了各种液相部分的取法,其结果表明不同取法对以上结论的影响不大.因此理论结果与实验数据可以直接比较从而提取对称势的知识.并对引发同位旋分馏的动力学的起因进行了分析和讨论.  相似文献

关于我国东西部高等教育布局均衡性问题,目前国内的研究观点和结论大相径庭,研究方法各不相同.一种观点认为,东西部高等教育无论从规模还是从质量上都有相当大的差距;另一种观点认为,在某种意义下,高等教育并不存在东西部分布的不均衡.本文针对我国高等学校地理(空间)布局的不平衡问题及目前研究方法的缺陷,采用国际上通用的衡量分布不平衡的G IN I模型,对基本衡量指标作相对化处理,分析了东西部高等教育的差异及变化趋势;提出西部高等教育发展的对策及建议.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the complete lattice Q(L) of all quotients of a completely distributive lattice L. We show that Q(L) is not a completely distributive lattice even for L a completely distributive algebraic lattice. Single-step preparation of SBA-15 materials functionalized with both propylsulfonic acid groups and aluminum species (AlSBA-15-SO3H) was carried out by hydrothermal treatment of a mixture of aluminum isopropoxide, 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane, tetraethoxysilane, and triblock copolymer surfactant. At Si/Al molar ratio of 11-96, the materials exhibited well-ordered hexagonally arranged mesopores with pore diameter of ca. 9 nm, BET surface area of 546.9-666.0 m2 g−1, and pore volume of 0.82-1.03 cm3 g−1. As-prepared AlSBA-15-SO3H was successfully used in the Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction of benzaldehyde with acetophenone to produce chalcone under solvent-free condition, and the influence of the reaction parameters including temperatures, molar ratios of BZD to APN, and aluminum loadings were considered during the chalcone synthesis procedure. It showed that AlSBA-15-SO3H exhibited significantly high catalytic activity and selectivity, outperforming the reference catalysts such as sulfuric acid, ZSM-5, and acidic MCM-49. In addition, the catalytic stability and regeneration of AlSBA-15-SO3H was studied.  相似文献

Diamond films deposited on tungsten carbide can lead to major improvements in the life and performance of cutting tools. However, deposition of diamond onto cemented tungsten carbide (WC-Co) is problematic due to the cobalt binder in the WC. This binder provides additional toughness to the tool but results in poor adhesion and low nucleation density of any diamond film. A two-step chemical etching pretreatment (Murakami reagent and Caro acid, (MC)-pretreatment) and a boronization pretreatment have both been used extensively to improve adhesion of CVD diamond film on WC-Co substrates. Here we discuss the applicability of MC-pretreatment for a range of Co-containing WC-Co substrates, and demonstrate a controlled synthesis process based on liquid boronizing pretreatment for obtaining smooth and dense micro- or nano-crystalline diamond films on high Co-containing WC-Co substrates. Substrate treatments and deposition parameters were found to have major influences on the smoothness, structure and quality of the diamond films. The best quality diamond films were achieved under conditions of relatively high substrate temperature (Ts) and the best adhesion was achieved at Ts = 800 °C.  相似文献

By means of a conjugate gradient strategy, we propose a trust region method for unconstrained optimization problems. The search direction is an adequate combination of the conjugate gradient direction and the trust-region direction. The global convergence and the quadratic convergence of this method are established under suitable conditions. Numerical results show that the presented method is competitive to the trust region method and the conjugate gradient method.  相似文献

Uniform current spreading is crucial for the performance of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). It has been reported that the reliability and light distribution are affected by non-uniform current spreading. In this paper, the impact of different electrode patterns on the performance of LED chips is investigated. A hybrid modeling method is employed to analyze the electrical and thermal characteristics of LEDs with two different electrode mesa structures. Corresponding experiments are also carried out to validate the calculation results. It is found that increasing amount of p-electrodes in interdigitated electrode patterns is effective in improving the performance of LEDs.  相似文献

We present a multiparty quantum secret sharing scheme and analyze its security. In this scheme, the sender Alice takes EPR pairs in Bell states as quantum resources. In order to obtain the shared key, all participants only need to perform Bell measurements, not to perform any local unitary operation. The total efficiency in this scheme approaches 100% as the classical information exchanged is not necessary except for the eavesdropping checks.  相似文献
