To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with hematoporphrin monomethyl ether (HMME) on bovine immunodeficiency virus (BIV) can provide the basis theory for photoinactivation of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). To assess the protection of HMME-PDT on the cell line Cf2Th infected with BIVR29 by 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahiazol-2-yl-3,5-di-phenytetrazolium bromide (MTT) with power density of 5 and 25 mW/cm2 and energy density from 0.6 to 3 J/cm<'2>. To observe the inhibition of membrane fusion using a new reporter cell line BIVE by fluorescence microscope. HMME-PDT has significant protectant effects on Cf2Th-BIVR29 with both power densities, especially in the group of high power density. Fluorescent microscope shows that there is no significant difference between the group of PDT and control, which means PDT could not inhibit the BIV-mediated membrane fusion. 相似文献

Crystalline carbon nitride nanopowders and nanorods have been successfully synthesized at room temperature and pressure using
the novel technique of pulsed laser ablation of a graphite target in liquid ammonia solution. High-resolution transmission
electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)
were used to systematically study the morphology, nanostructure and chemical bonding. The experimental composition and structure
of the nanoparticles are consistent with the theoretical calculations for α-C3N4. After 2 h ablation the particles had a size distribution ∼8–12 nm, whereas after 5 h ablation the particles had grown into
nanorod-like structures with a crystalline C3N4 tip. A formation mechanism for these nanorods is proposed whereby nanoparticles are first synthesized via rapid formation

Demonstrations of cw lasing in Cr^2+:ZnSe poly-crystal are reported. The laser consists of a 1.7-mm-thick Cr^2+ :ZnSe poly-crystal disc pumped by a Tin-silica double-clad fibre laser at 2050nm. 通过高温熔融法制备了含Eu^3 离子的Na2O-K2O-SiO2-Al2O3系统玻璃。在488nm波长光的激发下,系统地研究了上述玻璃从77K到700K温度范围的变温发光特征。发现总的荧光强度首先随温度的升高而大幅度升高,然后随温度的升高而减少,用声子辅助吸收与热激活过程及温度淬灭效应定性地解释了上述强度的变化,同时测量与分析了Eu^3 离子的晶格场参量。结果表明,Eu^3 离子与氧离子的距离随着温度升高而变短,而Eu^3 离子的配位数不随温度而变化。 相似文献

In this paper, shift operator finite-difference time-domain (SO-FDTD) method is applied for the calculation of the dispersive
medium. The high efficiency and accuracy of this method is verified by calculating the reflection of the plane electromagnetic
wave impinging on a non-magnetized plasma slab with different electron density distributions. The results show that the average
electron density only determines overall trends of the reflection, and different distributions affect the oscillating process
of the reflection. If the average electron density maintains the same, the distribution of electron density with homogenous
or inhomogeneous alternation will sharply take effects on the reflection. And magnitude of alternation of electron density

Uniform Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes were synthesized for the first time through a reverse micelles system. The system was consisting
of C12E9 as a surfactant, n-pentanol as a cosurfactant, hexamethylene as the continuous oil phase and lead acetate or sodium chloride
solution as the dispersed aqueous phase. The obtained Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes have an average outer diameter of 60 nm, inner diameter
of about 40 nm, and an length up to 3 μm as TEM picture showed. And the range of the nanotube diameter is from 50 nm to 70 nm.
XRD result indicated that Pb(OH)Cl crystallized in an orthorhombic phase. Photoluminescent (PL) spectrum showed that the product
emit in near ultraviolet region and visible region at 335 nm and 439 nm respectively. The experimental results show that reaction
temperature have effect on the shape of Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes. A possible formation mechanism was also discussed. 相似文献
