1引言最近二、三十年来，定域化分子轨道（LM阿理论在化学的各领域内都得到了广泛的应用［‘－‘］．本文试图采用LMO方法的计算来研究化学反应．期望对反应过程中电子在各原子间的转移和重新排布，以及键的断裂和生成有一个具体的了解．对于HaPO、H。POH异构化反应（见图1）来说，可看成是H’原子绕P原子向0原子方向移动的结果，而角度zH‘PO的大小可看成是反应过程的一个标度或“反应坐标”．本文中氢原子的编号H‘护p‘仅是为计算和分析的方便而加以标识的．每给定一个ZH‘PO角度，我｛rl都采用GAUSSIAN80程序在3－21G基组…     

Total synthesis of polycavernoside A, a lethal toxin of the red alga Polycavernosa tsudai

[structure: see text] Two approaches to the synthesis of the aglycon 120 of polycavernoside A (1) were developed, only one of which was completed. The successful "second-generation" route assembled the aglycon seco acids 102 and 106 via Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi coupling of aldehyde 70, prepared from methyl (S)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpropionate (72) and (S)-pantolactone (73), with vinyl bromide 71. The latter was obtained from a sequence which commenced from the silyl ether 24 of 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde and entailed cyclization of (Z)-zeta-hydroxy-alpha,beta-unsaturated ester 82. Regioselective Yamaguchi lactonization of trihydroxycarboxylic acids 102 and 106 and subsequent functional-group adjustments led to macrolactone 120, to which the fucopyranosylxylopyranoside moiety was attached. Stille coupling of the glycosidated aglycon 128 with dienylstannane 129 furnished polycavernoside A in a synthesis for which the longest linear sequence was 25 steps. The overall yield to lactone 120 was 4.7%.     

Two noncentrosymmetric complexes: [W(CO)4(bipy)] and [W(CO)4(phen)](bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) obtained through solvothermal synthesis and their optical properties

Solvothermal treatments of W(CO)₆ with 2,2′-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline give [W(CO)₄(bipy)] (1) and [W(CO)₄(phen)] (2), respectively, which both crystallize in noncentrosymmetric space groups, suggesting that they meet the requirement of second harmonic generation (SHG) investigations. The preliminary experiment indicates that they are SHG active, and approximately estimated to be that of urea.     

金属盐对O2/CO2煤粉混燃钙基脱硫反应的影响

利用添加剂调制改性的方法，考察了以碳酸钠为代表的金属盐对石灰石微观结构的影响，得出调制改性优化了石灰石的物理结构，并在离子比γ为15∶1的加入量效果最佳。在此基础上，借助定硫仪比较了O2-CO2气氛下调制前后石灰石对燃煤SO2释放的影响，并对燃烧产物进行灰熔点分析及灰成分的XRD测试。实验结果表明，在不影响煤粉燃烧结渣特性的前提下，改性后的石灰石可以更有效地抑制SO2的排放，固硫效果在1 000 ℃时达到最佳。     

氯化原卟啉Ⅸ二甲酯合钴(Ⅲ)的合成及其与咪唑反应动力学的研究

从原卟啉Ⅸ（ＰＰⅨ）出发合成氯化原卟啉Ⅸ二甲酯合钴（Ⅲ），分别用元素分析，ＵＶ光谱和ＩＲ光谱表征。２９８Ｋ时，测定氯化原化原卟啉Ⅸ二甲酯合钴（Ⅲ）与咪唑反应在丙酮或二氯甲烷剂中的表观速率常数ｋｏｂ３，结果表明反应的决速步是单分子咪唑中间体Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）ＰＰⅨＤＭＥ（ＲＩｍ）Ｃｌ中氯的离解，总反应速率方程对咪唑是一级反应；氯离解的速率常数ｋ１依赖于溶剂与氯形成氢键的能力，即“远位咪唑氢键效应”；当咪唑中     

A synthesis of trisubstituted alkenes by a Ru-catalyzed addition

Catalyzed by ruthenium trisacetonitrile hexafluorophosphate 4, the Alder-ene type reaction of alkenes and internal alkynes provides an effective way to synthesize trisubstituted alkenes. Unlike most typical olefination protocols, this reaction is atom economical, and affords trisubstituted alkenes with defined olefin geometry. The regioselectivity can be explained invoking a steric argument based on the proposed mechanism. The first C-C bond formation generally involves sterically less hindered carbons of the alkenes and alkynes. Modest to very high regioselectivity can be achieved depending on the steric difference of the two substituents of alkynes.     

微波辐射法合成α-萘甲醚的研究

用微波辐射法合成α－萘甲醚，考察了不同条件对产率的影响，此法反应时间短，产率可达75％。     

Water-soluble oligomer dimers based on paracyclophane: a new optical platform for fluorescent sensor applications

Water soluble paracyclophane chromophore dimers provide optical reporters that show little sensitivity to surfactants and thus are ideal for biosensor design. Strong intramolecular delocalization circumvents complications from intermolecular delocalization in spontaneously formed aggregates. The synthesis of 2 involves a novel TBAT deprotection/butane sultone ring-opening sequence, which should be general for the preparation of water-soluble conjugated oligomers and polymers.     

合成产物PEPAMP及其副产物的电喷雾串联质谱分析

PEPAMP是应用于工业循环水中的新一代高效阻垢剂.采用电喷雾电离质谱和质谱/质谱技术分析了合成产物,注射泵直接进样,正离子方式检测,方法简便、快速.通过EI-MS技术获得了目标产物PEPAMP及主要副产物的准分子离子峰,通过ESI-MS-MS技术获得了其碎片信息,并对目标化合物及主要副产物进行了精确质量测定,确定了目标化合物及主要副产物的结构.     

Indium (III) Tribromide : An Excellent Catalyst for Biginelli Reaction

A highly efficient catalyst indium (III) tribromide is used to synthesize 5-alkoxy- carbonyl-4-hydrocarbyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones by a three-component coupling of β-keto ester, aldehydes and urea through improved Biginelli reaction.
