Nanoparticles of ZnS-AgInS2 solid solution (ZAIS) were synthesized by the thermal decomposition of (AgIn)xZn2(1-x)(S2CN(C2H5)2)4 precursors in a hot oleylamine solution. X-ray powder diffraction analyses revealed that the resulting nanoparticle powders were not a mixture of ZnS and AgInS2 but a ZnS-AgInS2 solid solution in which the fraction of ZnS was enlarged with a decrease in the value of x, that is, an increase in the content of Zn2+ in the precursors used. The energy gap of ZAIS nanoparticles could be controlled by the composition of solid solution. Intense emission was observed at room temperature, regardless of the kind of the particles, the peak wavelength of PL being blue-shifted from 720 to 540 nm with a decrease in the value of x. The highest quantum yield of ca. 24% was obtained for nanoparticles prepared with x = 0.86, which was much higher than the quantum yields reported for I-III-VI2-based semiconductor nanoparticles, such as CuInS2 and ZnS-CuInS2 solid solution.  相似文献

New photoreactive calixarene derivatives containing spiro ortho ester groups (calixarenes 3a–3c ) were synthesized by the reaction of 2‐bromomethyl‐1,4,6‐trioxaspiro[4.4]nonane with 2,8,14,20‐tetramethyl‐4,6,10,12,16,18,22,24‐octakis(carboxymethoxy)calix[4]resorcinarene, 5,11,17,23,29,35‐hexamethyl‐37,38,39,40,41,42‐hexakis(carboxymethoxy)calix[6]arene, and 5,11,17,23,29,35,41,47‐octa‐tert‐butyl‐49,50,51,52, 53,54,55,56‐octakis‐(carboxymethoxy)calix[8]arene, which were prepared by the reaction of C‐methylcalix[4]resorcinarene, p‐methylcalix[6]arene, and ptert‐butylcalix[8]arene, respectively. The thermal stability of the obtained calixarene derivatives containing spiro ortho ester groups was examined with thermogravimetric analysis, and it was found that these calixarene derivatives had good thermal stability. The photoinitiated cationic polymerization of spiro ortho ester groups in calixarene derivatives 3a–3c was examined with certain photoacid generators in the film state. Interestingly enough, the reaction of calixarene derivatives did not proceed with only photoirradiation; however, the reaction proceeded smoothly when the photoirradiation was followed by heating. Furthermore, calixarene 3a , composed of a C‐methylcalix[4]resorcinarene structure, showed the highest photochemical reactivity in this reaction system. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A peroxo niobic acid sol was prepared by peptization of the niobic acid precipitate (Nb2O5.nH2O) with a H2O2 aqueous solution. Crystallized Nb2O5 nanoparticles and niobic acid nanoparticles were obtained by heating the peroxo niobic acid sol. When peroxo niobic acid sol prepared by peptization of the niobic acid precipitate ([NH3]=0.3 mol/l) was heated at 348 K for 1 week, Nb2O5 nanoparticles with a diameter of 4.5 nm and a S(BET) of 275 m2/g were obtained. When peroxo niobic acid sol prepared by peptization of the niobic acid precipitate ([NH3]=1 mol/l) was heated at 348 K for 1 week, niobic acid nanoparticles with a diameter of less than 2 nm were obtained. The pore structure and degree of crystallinity of the nanoparticles prepared by heating the peroxo niobic acid sol greatly depended on the concentration of the ammonia solution used for preparing the niobic acid precipitate.  相似文献

The evaluation of nanostructure is important to develop the highly controlled nanomaterials. In this study, two kinds of layered titanate nanosheets, which were produced by using hexylamine and laurylamine, respectively, as surfactants were investigated by Gentle Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry Gentle‐SIMS (G‐SIMS) and g‐ogram, which is the latest Time‐of‐Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (TOF‐SIMS) data analysis method for detecting more intact ions and obtaining the information on original chemical structures of samples precisely from complicated TOF‐SIMS spectra. As a result, molecular related ions of the surfactants were detected from each sample, and the structural information of samples was obtained. From both samples, surfactant molecular ions connected with hydrocarbon were detected as more intact ions rather than molecular ions of themselves. It was suggested that hydrophobic domains of their lamellar mesostructure are formed robustly by more than two surfactant molecules connected with each other linearly. After all, important information on the chemical structure of the layered titanate nanosheets, which would be difficult to be found by using typical structural analysis methods such as X‐ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, were obtained using G‐SIMS and g‐ogram. Therefore, it was shown that g‐ogram and G‐SIMS are helpful to evaluate the nanostructured materials. Reactions of substituted acetone derivatives with acrylic acid esters (>200 mol %) in the presence of t-BuOK (200 mol %) in t-BuOH-THF (1:1 by volume) turned out to proceed as a cascade process consisting of the first Michael addition, the second Michael addition, and the last Claisen reaction to afford 4,4-disubstituted cyclohexane-1,3-diones. Only more substituted enolates play the role of a Michael donor in this cascade process, and therefore the ketone took up two alkoxycarbonylethyl groups on the same carbon bearing more substituents. Such intermediates were followed by intramolecular Claisen reactions leading to cyclohexane-1,3-diones bearing quaternary stereogenic centers at C(4), which bears an alkoxycarbonylethyl group and the substituent of the starting acetone derivatives. Thus-obtained 4,4-disubstituted cyclohexane-1,3-diones were successfully employed for total syntheses of intricate alkaloids of biological interest such as (+)-aspidospermidine, (+/-)-galanthamine, (+/-)-lycoramine, and (+/-)-mesembrine, all featuring quaternary stereogenic centers. DFT calculations provided us with clear-cut explanations for the observed chemoselectivity of the cascade process involving ketone-based enolates under thermodynamically controlled conditions.  相似文献

Polymethacrylates with laterally attached azobenzenes were prepared to cause molecular reorientation of this chromophore in their thin films by linearly polarized irradiation with an exposure energy of less than ca. 100 mJ/cm2. A homogeneous alignment was induced by assembling a nematic liquid crystal cell using a substrate plate covered with the photoirradiated films. The alignment direction of the cell was controlled by changing the electric vector of the actinic light.  相似文献

The excited thioesterase (TE) domain from the vicenistatin polyketide synthase (PKS) efficiently catalyzed the macrolactam formation of the N-acetylcysteamine thioester of the seco-amino acid of the aglycon vicenilactam. This result indicates that the vicenistatin PKS TE domain cyclizes the extended polyketide chain on the ACP domain in the PKS. Furthermore, the simple ethyl ester of the seco-amino acid was also found to be used as a substrate of the TE domain with similar efficiency.  相似文献
