Borylation of the vinylic C? H bond of 1,4‐dioxene, 2,3‐dihydrofuran, 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran and their γ‐substituted analogs was carried out in the presence of bis(pinacolato)diboron (B2pin2) and a catalytic amount of IrI‐dtbpy (dtbpy=4,4′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine) complex. The two boron atoms in B2pin2 participated in the coupling, thus giving two equivalents of the coupling product from one equivalent of B2pin2. The borylation of 1,4‐dioxene in hexane resulted in 81 % yield at room temperature. The borylation of 2,3‐dihydrofurans at 80 °C in octane suffered from low regioselectivity, and gave a mixture of α‐ and β‐coupling products even for hindered γ‐disubstituted analogs, but γ‐substituted analogs of 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran achieved high α‐selectivity, giving single coupling products. This protocol was applied to the syntheses of a key precursor of vineomycinone B2 methyl ester and other C‐substituted D ‐glucals by borylation of protected D ‐glucals with B2pin2 to give α‐boryl glucal followed by cross‐coupling with haloarenes, benzyl bromide, and allyl bromide. A catalytic cycle that involves the oxidative addition of sp2 C? H bond to iridium(III)‐trisboryl intermediate as the rate‐determining step has been proposed.  相似文献

The magnetism and structure for potassium clusters physisorbed in nanographite-based nanoporous host are investigated. Potassium clusters are subjected to a slight charge transfer to a host nanographite and modify the magnetism of the edge-state spins of nanographite. The localized spins of 4s electrons in the potassium cluster interact with each other through a strong antiferromagnetic interaction. Finite size effect and structural disorder around the cluster surface are responsible for anomalous spin fluctuations in the magnetism.  相似文献

One strain of Antarctic bacteria, Flavobacterium xanthum IAM12026, has a highly active antifreeze protein (AFP) in the intracellular space. The cell-free extract from strain IAM12026 after culturing at 4 degree C for 7 days in TSB medium, had activity of 0.04 degree C at a concentration of 0.7 mg/ml. The ice crystals formed do not have distinct facets without typically rounded shape and the changes of their morphology during the course of the thermal hysteresis (TH) measurement. The ice crystal 'burst' occurring at the end-point of the TH is dendritic with hexagonal symmetry. Also, this activity was not affected by the treatment of dialysis and the addition of EDTA. Furthermore, this cell-free extract had high levels of ice recrystallization-inhibiting (RI) activity like those of Fish AFPs. The AFP (FlAFP) was homogeneity purified using chromatography. A relative molecular mass of approximately 59,000 was calculated from gel filtration and SDS-PAGE data. The thermal stability of FlAFP was below 50 degree C, and TH value was absent above 60 degree C. The TH value of FlAFP was activated at 5.2 degree C by the addition of 0.5 M malate. This activation was decreased with increasing protein concentration. To our knowledge this is the first report on the high level of TH and RI activities of bacterial intracellular AFP.  相似文献

A series of cyanide bridged Fe-Co molecular squares, [Co(2)Fe(2)(CN)(6)(tp*)(2)(dtbbpy)(4)](PF(6))(2)·2MeOH (1), [Co(2)Fe(2)(CN)(6)(tp*)(2)(bpy)(4)](PF(6))(2)·2MeOH (2), and [Co(2)Fe(2)(CN)(6)(tp)(2)(dtbbpy)(4)](PF(6))(2)·4H(2)O (3) (tp = hydrotris(pyrazol-1-yl)borate, tp* = hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)borate, bpy =2,2'-bipyridine, dtbbpy =4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine), were prepared by the reactions of [Fe(CN)(3)(L)](-) (L = tp or tp*) with Co(2+) and bidentate ligands (bpy or dtbbpy) in MeOH. In the molecular squares, Fe and Co ions are alternately bridged by cyanide ions, forming macrocyclic tetranuclear cores. Variable temperature X-ray structural analyses and magnetic susceptibility measurements confirmed that 1 exhibits two-step charge-transfer induced spin transitions (CTIST) centered at T(1/2) = 275 and 310 K in the solid state. The Fe and Co ions in 1 are the low-spin (LS) Fe(III) and high-spin (HS) Co(II) ions, described here in the high-temperature (HT) phase ([Fe(III)(LS2)Co(II)(HS2)]) at 330 K, while a low-temperature (LT) phase ([Fe(II)(LS2)Co(III)(LS2)]) with LS Fe(II) and Co(III) ions was dominant below 260 K. X-ray structural analysis revealed that in the intermediate (IM) phase at 298 K 1 exhibits positional ordering of [Fe(III)(LS2)Co(II)(HS2)] and [Fe(II)(LS2)Co(III)(LS2)] species with the 2:2 ratio. In photomagnetic experiments on 1, light-induced CTIST from the LT to the HT phase was observed by excitation of Fe(II) → Co(III) intervalence charge transfer (IVCT) band at 5 K and the trapped HT phase thermally relaxed to the LT phase in a two-step fashion. On the other hand, 2 and 3 are in the HT and LT phases, respectively, throughout the entire temperature range measured, and no CTIST was observed. UV-vis-NIR absorption spectral measurements and cyclic voltammetry in solution revealed that the different electronic states in 1-3 are ascribable to the destabilization of iron and cobalt ion d-orbitals by the introduction of methyl and tert-butyl groups to the ligands tp and bpy, respectively. Temperature dependence of UV-vis-NIR spectra confirmed that 1 exhibited a one-step CTIST in butyronitrile, of which T(1/2) varied from 227 to 280 K upon the addition of trifluoroacetic acid.  相似文献

The new compounds Li(2-x)Na(x)Ni[PO(4)]F (x = 0.7, 1, and 2) have been synthesized by a solid state reaction route. Their crystal structures were determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. Li(1.3)Na(0.7)Ni[PO(4)]F crystallizes with the orthorhombic Li(2)Ni[PO(4)]F structure, space group Pnma, a = 10.7874(3), b = 6.2196(5), c = 11.1780(4) ? and Z = 8, LiNaNi[PO(4)]F crystallizes with a monoclinic pseudomerohedrally twinned structure, space group P2(1)/c, a = 6.772(4), b = 11.154(6), c = 5.021(3) ?, β = 90° and Z = 4, and Na(2)Ni[PO(4)]F crystallizes with a monoclinic twinned structure, space group P2(1)/c, a = 13.4581(8), b = 5.1991(3), c = 13.6978(16) ?, β = 120.58(1)° and Z = 8. For x = 0.7 and 1, the structures contain NiFO(3) chains made up of edge-sharing NiO(4)F(2) octahedra, whereas for x = 2 the chains are formed of dimer units (face-sharing octahedra) sharing corners. These chains are interlinked by PO(4) tetrahedra forming a 3D framework for x = 0.7 and different Ni[PO(4)]F layers for x = 1 and 2. A sodium/lithium disorder over three atomic positions is observed in Li(1.3)Na(0.7)Ni[PO(4)]F structure, whereas the alkali metal atoms are well ordered in between the layers in the LiNaNi[PO(4)]F and Na(2)Ni[PO(4)]F structures, which makes both compounds of great interest as potential positive electrodes for sodium cells.  相似文献

The new compound LiNaFe[PO(4)]F was synthesized by a solid state reaction route, and its crystal structure was determined using neutron powder diffraction data. LiNaFe[PO(4)]F was characterized by (57)Fe M?ssbauer spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility, specific heat capacity, and electrochemical measurements. LiNaFe[PO(4)]F crystallizes with orthorhombic symmetry, space group Pnma, with a = 10.9568(6) ?, b = 6.3959(3) ?, c = 11.4400(7) ?, V = 801.7(1) ?(3) and Z = 8. The structure consists of edge-sharing FeO(4)F(2) octahedra forming FeFO(3) chains running along the b axis. These chains are interlinked by PO(4) tetrahedra forming a three-dimensional framework with the tunnels and the cavities filled by the well-ordered sodium and lithium atoms, respectively. The specific heat and magnetization measurements show that LiNaFe[PO(4)]F undergoes a three-dimensional antiferromagnetic ordering at T(N) = 20 K. The neutron powder diffraction measurements at 3 K show that each FeFO(3) chain along the b-direction is ferromagnetic (FM), while these FM chains are antiferromagnetically coupled along the a and c-directions with a non-collinear spin arrangement. The galvanometric cycling showed that without any optimization, one mole of alkali metal is extractable between 1.0 V and 5.0 V vs. Li(+)/Li with a discharge capacity between 135 and 145 mAh g(-1).  相似文献

Rate constants of photoinduced electron-transfer oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids with a series of singlet excited states of oxidants in acetonitrile at 298 K were examined and the resulting electron-transfer rate constants (k(et)) were evaluated in light of the free energy relationship of electron transfer to determine the one-electron oxidation potentials (E(ox)) of unsaturated fatty acids and the intrinsic barrier of electron transfer. The k(et) values of linoleic acid with a series of oxidants are the same as the corresponding k(et) values of methyl linoleate, linolenic acid, and arachidonic acid, leading to the same E(ox) value of linoleic acid, methyl linoleate, linolenic acid, and arachidonic acid (1.76 V vs SCE), which is significantly lower than that of oleic acid (2.03 V vs SCE) as indicated by the smaller k(et) values of oleic acid than those of other unsaturated fatty acids. The radical cation of linoleic acid produced in photoinduced electron transfer from linoleic acid to the singlet excited state of 10-methylacridinium ion as well as that of 9,10-dicyanoanthracene was detected by laser flash photolysis experiments. The apparent rate constant of deprotonation of the radical cation of linoleic acid was determined as 8.1 x 10(3) s(-1). In the presence of oxygen, the addition of oxygen to the deprotonated radical produces the peroxyl radical, which has successfully been detected by ESR. No thermal electron transfer or proton-coupled electron transfer has occurred from linoleic acid to a strong one-electron oxidant, Ru(bpy)3(3+) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) or Fe(bpy)3(3+). The present results on the electron-transfer and proton-transfer properties of unsaturated fatty acids provide valuable mechanistic insight into lipoxygenases to clarify the proton-coupled electron-transfer process in the catalytic function.  相似文献

The hollow inner spaces of single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) can confine various types of molecules. Many remarkable phenomena have been observed inside SWCNTs while encapsulating organic molecules (peapods). However, a mixed electronic structure state of the surrounding SWCNTs has impeded a detailed understanding of the physical/chemical properties of peapods and their device applications. We present a single-chirality purification method for SWCNTs that can encapsulate organic molecules. A single-chiral state of (11,10) SWCNTs with a diameter of 1.44 nm, which is large enough for molecular encapsulation, was obtained after a two-step purification method: metal-semiconductor sorting and cesium-chloride sorting. The encapsulation of C(60) to the (11,10) SWCNTs was also succeeded, promising a route toward single-chirality peapod devices.  相似文献
