We study scattering problems for the one-dimensional nonlinear Dirac equation (?t + α?x + iβ)Φ = λ|Φ|p?1Φ. We prove that if p > 3 (resp. p > 3 + 1/6), then the wave operator (resp. the scattering operator) is well-defined on some 0-neighborhood of a weighted Sobolev space. In order to prove these results, we use linear operators D(t)xD(?t) and t?x + x?t ? α/2, where {D(t)}t∈? is the free Dirac evolution group. For the reader's convenience, in an appendix we list and prove fundamental properties of D(t)xD(?t) and t?x + x?t ? α/2.  相似文献

Objective: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is one of the most frequent sportsinjuries, and previous studies have shown that fatigue is a risk factor for sports injuries.This study aimed to inform prevention of ACL injury by investigating how exercise and desk tasks affect trunk and lower limb alignment and ground reaction force (GRF) during one-legged landing movements. Methods: The study subjects were 12 men who performed a one-legged landing movement from a 30-cm platform before and after fatigue tasks, including lower-limb muscle fatigue, cardiopulmonary fatigue, and brain fatigue tasks. For the measurement of joint angles and moments and GRF, a three-dimensional motion analysis device and a floor reaction-force meter were used. Statistics were performed using Wilcoxon''s signed rank sum test as a multiple comparison test with Bonferroni adjustment to compare the difference in effects. Results: The maximum trunk flexion angle during landing on one leg was significantly lower in the brain fatigue group than in the control group. The time to peak vertical GRF (pGRF) was significantly shorter in the leg-muscle fatigue group than in the control group. Conclusion: Brain fatigue may have altered the postural strategy before and after landing, resulting in a decrease in trunk flexion angle. Time to pVGRF was shortened in the leg muscle fatigue group, suggesting that there may be an increased risk of ACL injury. Time to pVGRF during lower extremity muscle fatigue and trunk flexion angle during brain fatigue may be more pronounced during actual sports activities.  相似文献

Photocatalysis with anatase Titanium dioxide (TiO2) under ultraviolet A (UVA) has a well recognized bactericidal effect. There have been a few reports, however, on the effects of photocatalysis on bio‐implant‐related infections. The purpose of present study was to evaluate the photocatalytic bactericidal effects of anatase TiO2 on Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) associated with surgical site infections. TiO2 films were synthesized on commercially pure titanium substrates and SUS316 stainless steel using a plasma source ion implantation method followed by annealing. The chemical composition of the surface layers was determined using GXRD and XPS. The disks were seeded with cultured S. aureus and exposed to UVA illumination from black light. The bactericidal effect of the TiO2 films was evaluated by counting the survived colonies statistically. A structural gradient anatase type TiO2 layer formed on all substrates. The viability of the bacteria on the photocatalytic TiO2 film coated on titanium was suppressed to 7.0% at 30 minutes and 5.5% at 45 minutes, whereas that on a similarly coated stainless steel was suppressed to 45.8% at 30 minute and 28.6% at 45 minutes (ANOVA: p < 0.05). Complete bacterial inactivation was achieved after 90 minutes on titanium and after 60 minutes on stainless steel. The photocatalytic bactericidal effect of TiO2 is useful for sterilizing the contaminated surfaces of bioimplants. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This study reports substituent effects of iridium complexes with 1-phenylisoquinoline ligands. The emission spectra and phosphorescence quantum yields of the complexes differ from that of tris(1-phenylisoquinolinato-C2,N)iridium(iii)(Irpiq) depending on the substituents. The maximum emission peak, quantum yield and lifetime of those complexes ranged from 598-635 nm, 0.17-0.32 and 1.07-2.34 micros, respectively. This indicates the nature of the substituents has a significant influence on the kinetics of the excited-state decay. The substituents attached to phenyl ring have an influence on a stability of the HOMO. Furthermore, those substituents have effect on the contribution to a mixing between 3pi-pi* and (3)MLCT for the lowest excited states. Some of the complexes display the larger quantum yield than Irpiq, which has the quantum yield of 0.22. The organic light emitting diode (OLED) device based on tris [1-(4-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)isoquinolinato-C2,N]iridium(iii)(Ir4F5Mpiq) yielded high external quantum efficiency of 15.5% and a power efficiency of 12.4 lm W(-1) at a luminance of 218 cd m(-2). An emission color of the device was close to an NTSC specification with CIE chromaticity characteristics of (0.66, 0.34).  相似文献

Transformation of a crystallized molecular solid to a periodically organized covalent extended solid was obtained by a solvent-free process of an organosilane. Hydrolysis and further polycondensation occur in the solid state; in addition this route leads to crystal-like silicon-based hybrid materials with a higher periodicity than material prepared by sol-gel process.  相似文献

Peptides with an N-alkoxy or N-aryloxy amino acid at their N-terminus were synthesized and successfully ligated with a peptide thioester by silver ion activation under a slightly acidic condition without requiring protection of the side chain amino groups. The N-methoxy group was easily cleaved by the SmI2 reduction in CH3OH aq. to obtain the desired peptide with a native peptide bond. This method was successfully applied to the synthesis of the human atrial natriuretic peptide showing the efficiency of the novel ligation.  相似文献

Abstract

Specific inhibitors of glycosyltransferases have become of interest1 not only for investigation of carbohydrate-participating cell-surface phenomena but also for practical use such as chemotherapeutic reagents. Glycosyltransferases catalyze the transfer of glycosyl moieties from nucleotide donors to oligosaccharide acceptors. Therefore, two kinds of substrate-analog inhibitors are possible. The donor analogs have been rather well studied, but are not specific. On the other hand, glycosyltransferases have in general smct acceptor specifkity. Recently, acceptor analogs which inhibit the corresponding glycosyltransferases were reported2-5 and as expected were acceptor-specific inhibitors.  相似文献

The thermal phase transition of RbMnFe(CN)6 has been observed by Mn and Fe 3p-1s X-ray emission spectroscopy (XES) and 1s X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS). The thermal variations of the spin states and the valences of Mn and Fe were determined to be Mn2+(S=5/2)-NC-Fe3+(S=1/2) for the high-temperature (HT) phase and Mn3+(S=2)-NC-Fe2+(S=0) for the low-temperature (LT) phase. These transitions are thus caused by charge transfer between Mn and Fe. The temperature dependences of Mn and Fe 3p-1s XES and 1s XAS were observed as the composition of the spectra of the HT and LT phases. The ratios of the HT component in each spectrum show good agreement with the thermal transition curves observed with magnetic susceptibility measurements.  相似文献
