The nucleus ^{49}Sc, having a single f_{7/2} proton outside doubly magic ^{48}Ca (Z=20, N=28), is one of the very few isotopes which makes possible testing of the fundamental theory of nuclear magnetism. The magnetic moment has been measured by online β NMR of nuclei oriented at milli-Kelvin temperatures to be (+)5.616(25) μ_{N}. The result is discussed in terms of a detailed theory of the structure of the magnetic moment operator, showing excellent agreement with calculated departure from the f_{7/2} Schmidt limit extreme single-particle value. The measurement completes the sequence of moments of Sc isotopes with even numbers of f_{7/2} neutrons: the first such isotopic chain between two major shells for which a full set of moment measurements exists. The result further completes the isotonic sequence of ground-state moments of nuclei with an odd number of f_{7/2} protons coupled to a closed subshell of f_{7/2} neutrons. Comparison with a recent shell-model calculation of the latter sequence is made.  相似文献

We have investigated the effects of temperature (during film growth and post-deposition thermal annealing) and H2-plasma treatment on the electronic and structural properties of p-type microcrystalline silicon films (p-μc-Si:H) for solar cell applications. The highest dark conductivity is obtained in the thermally annealed p-μc-Si:H prepared at low substrate temperature of 50 °C. This dark conductivity is decreased by two orders of magnitude when the film is exposed to H2-plasma, being completely restored after thermal annealing. Namely, reversible dual-conductivity cycle is observed between thermally annealed state and H2-plasma-treated state in p-μc-Si:H. The dual-conductivity cycle is accompanied with the reversible change in the infrared-absorption spectrum at around 1845 cm? 1 assigned as SiHB complex in p-μc-Si:H network structure. Taking into account of the reversible structural change by H2-plasma-exposure and thermal-annealing cycles, necessary process-procedure condition has been proposed for obtaining high photovoltaic performance in thin-film-Si solar cells with high quality p-μc-Si:H.  相似文献

Brute-force nuclear magnetic resonance on oriented nuclei (BF-NMRON) experiments have been performed for 90NbCu, 101m RhCu and 110m AgAg at about 10mK. Narrow resonance spectra were detected. Using the known values of the g-factors, the Knight shift has been deduced: K(90NbCu) = 0.62(24) %, K(101m RhCu) = 0.87(27)%. The effective spin–lattice relaxation times were also measured.  相似文献

Nuclear magnetic resonance on oriented206BiFe and182ReFe has been measured using recoil implanted samples. Clearly resolved satellite structures were found for both systems. By annealing at an appropriate temperature, the resonance width was reduced. The satellite line structure for182ReFe was studied with various annealing temperatures. The ratio of the resonance strength changed with the annealing temperature. The resonances for182ReFe were also measured in external magnetic fields of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 T. The resonance frequencies for the satellite structure at an external magnetic field of 0.2 T were determined:v 1=691.7(3),v 2=684.4(2),v 3=687.2(2) MHz for206BiFe;v 1=231.15(5),v 2=230.20(5) for182ReFe. The origin of the satellite structure is discussed. The effective relaxation time of182ReFe at 8 mK and external magnetic field of 0.2 T was determined to be 18.6(6) s using a single-exponential fit.  相似文献

At Tsugu mine in Aichi Prefecture, antimony was mined and smelted until 1956. The amounts of antimony present in the soil of the abandoned mine were measured to enable us to detect any traces of the operation of the mine and to measure the level of environmental contamination with antimony. The quantity of antimony in rings of hinoki and sugi was also measured to obtain information about chronological changes in environmental conditions. The quantity of antimony in the samples was determined by INAA. The antimony concentrations in eight soil samples at different points in the Tsugu mine area were 8–17,000 ppm.  相似文献

Left ventricular responses to handgrip exercise test in patients with ischemic heart disease were assessed by RI methods. We subdivided into three groups (A: delta EF more than 5% increased, B: delta EF -5%-+5% no change, C: delta EF less than 5% reduced), left ventricular contractility (LVEF/LVET) and Tl defect score changed significantly in global EF reduced group, moreover the usefulness of handgrip test was assured.
