An effective traceless solid-phase synthesis of chloro-diaminopyrimidines via an amino-de-chlorination reaction of polymer-bound 4-alkoxycarbonylamino-2,6-dichloropyrimidines has been developed. After release from the polymer the target molecules were obtained in good to excellent purity, although with modest regiocontrol. Further reaction of solid-supported N-alkoxycarbonyl-chloro-diaminopyrimidines with secondary amines afforded triaminopyrimidines in good purity under mild conditions, whereas less nucleophilic primary amines did not perform well under the conditions explored so far.  相似文献

The New Compound Ba7Ga4Sb9 The new compound Ba7Ga4Sb9 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pmmn (No. 59) with the lattice constants GaSb4 tetrahedra are connected by common corners and edges to strings, which are connected by long Sb? Triethylenetetramine (L(4)) was used as a tetradentate blocking ligand that, after complexation with Ni(II), leaves two sites ready for ligation with tricyanomethanide. The formed binuclear complex [L(4)Ni(NCC(CN)CN)(2)NiL(4)](ClO(4))(2) exhibits a ferromagnetic coupling with J/hc = +0.15 cm(-1) and g(Ni) = 2.126; below 16 K, a ferromagnetic ordering is evidenced by ac magnetic susceptibility (both in-phase and out-of-phase), magnetization, field-cooled magnetization, and zero-field-cooled magnetization measurements.  相似文献

Organoboranes, readily available via the hydroboration of unsaturated organic compounds, exhibit a remarkable versatility in their reactions. The boron atom in these organoboranes can be readily converted into a wide variety of organic groups under very mild conditions, providing simple versatile syntheses of organic compounds. Exploration of these substitution reactions reveal that, with rare exceptions, the organoboranes transfer the alkyl group to other elements of synthetic interest with complete retention of stereochemistry. Recently we have discovered a method of synthesizing essentially optically pure organoborane intermediates. These optically active alkyl groups attached to boron can also be transferred with complete retention of optical activity. Consequently, it is now possible to achieve by a rational synthesis the preparation of almost any optically active compound with a chiral center, either R- or S-, in essentially 100% enantiomeric excess.  相似文献

A rapid and easy route to formamides by microwave assisted N-formylation of primary and secondary amines is described. Using an insoluble polymer or an inorganic solid-supported reagent as a formylating agent, microwave irradiation furnished the corresponding formamides in high yields, with reduced reaction time and solvent volume over the conventional approach.  相似文献

A convenient method has been developed for the synthesis of all mono- and di-O-benzyl ethers of methyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside applying a new stereoselective method for the hydrogenolytic ring-cleavage of benzylidene acetals. Using the prepared dibenzyl ethers as aglycones, the (1→2)-, (1→3)- and (l→4)-linked rhamnosyl-rhamnose derivatives (1315) were synthesised. Hydrogenolysis of the latter compounds and subsequent acetylation gave the pentaacetates (1618) of methyl dirhamnosides, which on saponification furnished the free methyl dirhamnosides (1921). Acetolysis of 1618 gave the corresponding dirhamnose-hexaacetates which were transformed into the three disaccharides by saponification. The structure of each product was investigated by 13C-NMR spectroscopy, and for the purpose of 13C-NMR studies the mono-O-methyl ethers of methyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside, the diacetates and di-O-benzyl ethers of the latter compounds, and, also the diacetates of methyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside were synthesised.It has been established that, for 13C-NMR investigations of oligosaccharides, the benzyl ethers of monosaccharides are more suitable model compounds than the currently used monosaccharide methyl ethers.  相似文献

Nona-alkanoyloxy tribenzocyclononene (CTV-n, where n is the number of carbons in the side chains) were prepared for n = 2 to 14. The homologues of this series appear in two stable isomeric forms, rigid crown and flexible saddle. We report on their isomerization equilibria and dynamics in solution and on their mesomorphic properties in the neat state. The crown-saddle equilibrium and interconversion kinetics of the CTV-8 isomers were studied in dimethyl formamide solutions using high-resolution (1)H NMR in the temperature range from 50 to 130 degrees C. At lower temperatures, the isomerization is too slow to measure. In this range the equilibrium saddle fraction increases from approximately 0.40 to approximately 0.65, whereas the isomerization rate increases from approximately 10(-)(4) to approximately 1 s(-)(1). The saddle isomer undergoes fast pseudorotation at room temperature, but below about -50 degrees C, it becomes slow enough to affect the NMR line width. The rate parameters for this process were estimated from the carbon-13 spectra in methylene chloride solutions to be, k(p)(-100 degrees C) approximately 1.7 x 10(3) s(-)(1) and E(a) approximately 9.6 kJ/mol. The slow crown-saddle isomerization at room temperature (half-life of about one year) allows quantitative separation (by chromatography) of the two isomers and their separate investigation. When the alkanoyloxy side chains are sufficiently long both isomers are mesogenic (n >or= 4 for the saddle and n >or= 5 for the crown), exhibiting hexagonal columnar mesophases. The structure, dynamics, and mesomorphic properties of these mesophase were investigated by X-ray diffraction, optical polarizing microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and NMR. The lattice parameters of the crown and saddle mesophases of corresponding homologues are almost identical and increase monotonically with increasing length of the side chains. The clearing temperatures of the saddle isomers are consistently lower than those of the corresponding crowns. Within each series, the clearing temperatures are almost independent of the length of the side chains (156 to 170 degrees C for the crown and 115 to 148 degrees C for the saddle). The thermal and kinetic properties of the neat compounds lead to peculiar phase sequences, as observed in the polarizing microscope and in the DSC thermogram, involving repeated, back and forth, interconversion between the two isomers. Carbon-13 MAS NMR measurements of the crown and saddle mesophases of several homologues were carried out. The spectra of the crown mesophase exhibit dynamic features consistent with planar 3-fold molecular jumps about the column axes. A quantitative analysis for the CTV-8 crown homologue yielded the following Arrhenius parameters, A = 3.1 x 10(22)s(-)(1) and E(a) = 130.1kJ/mol. These unusually high values suggest that the barrier to the jump process is temperature dependent, decreasing with increasing temperature. The rate of this 3-fold jump process is slower for the lower homologues and faster for the higher ones. In contrast, the saddle isomers in the mesophase do not show dynamic effects in their carbon-13 MAS spectra. They do not undergo pseudorotation, and it appears that the molecules remain locked within the columns in a saddle conformation, up to the clearing temperature. However, on (super-)cooling to room temperature and below, selective line broadening is observed in their carbon-13 MAS spectra. This suggests that the saddle conformation is twisted in the mesophase and undergoes fast high-amplitude jumps between the twisted forms. On cooling, these high-amplitude librations freeze out to give an orientationally disordered state. On a very long time scale (of the order of days at 100 degrees C), the saddle mesophase transforms into that of the crown, apparently by sublimation.  相似文献

The full-length apoprotein (124 kDa) and the chromophore-binding N-terminal half (66 kDa) of the phytochrome of the unicellular green alga Mougeotia scalaris have been heterologously expressed in the methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris. Assembly with the tetrapyrrole phycocyanobilin (PCB) yielded absorption maxima (for the full-length protein) at 646 and 720 nm for red- and far-red absorbing forms of phytochrome (Pr and Pfr), respectively, whereas the maxima of the N-terminal 66 kDa domain are slightly blueshifted (639 and 714 nm, Pr and Pfr, respectively). Comparison with an action spectrum reported earlier gives evidence that in Mougeotia, as formerly reported for the green alga Mesotaenium caldariorum, PCB constitutes the genuine chromophore. The full-length protein, when converted into its Pfr form and kept in the dark, reverted rapidly into the Pr form (lifetimes of 1 and 24 min, ambient temperature), whereas the truncated chromopeptide (66 kDa construct) was more stable and converted into Pr with time constants of 18 and 250 min. Also, time-resolved analysis of the light-induced Pfr formation revealed clear differences between both recombinant chromoproteins in the various steps involved. The full-length phytochrome showed slower kinetics in the long milliseconds-to-seconds time domain (with dominant Pfr formation processes of ca 130 and 800 ms), whereas for the truncated phytochrome the major component of Pfr formation had a lifetime of 32 ms.  相似文献
