A sol-gel route to synthesize nanocomposite thin films containing phase separated metal colloids of gold (Au) and silver (Ag) was developed. Ag—Au colloids were prepared in silica films using dip coating technique. The annealing of the samples in air results in the formation of phase separated Ag and Au colloids in SiO2 thin films, showing the surface plasmon peaks at 410 nm and 528 nm. For the synthesis of phase separated Ag and Au colloids on float glass substrates, formation of the silver colloids was found strongly dependent on the surface of the float glass. On the tin rich surface formation of both gold and silver colloids took place, whereas, on the tin poor surface the formation of only gold colloids was observed. The surface dependence of the formation of silver colloids was attributed to the presence of tin as Sn2+ state on the glass surface, which oxidizes into Sn4+ during heat treatment, reducing Ag+ into silver colloids.  相似文献

The cation [Si,C,O]+ has been generated by 1) the electron ionisation (EI) of tetramethoxysilane and 2) chemical ionisation (CI) of a mixture of silane and carbon monoxide. Collisional activation (CA) experiments performed for mass-selected [Si,C,O]+, generated by using both methods, indicate that the structure is not inserted OSiC+; however, a definitive structural assignment as Si(+)-CO, Si(+)-OC or some cyclic variant is impossible based on these results alone. Neutralisation-reionisation (+NR+) experiments for EI-generated [Si,C,O]+ reveal a small peak corresponding to SiC+, but no detectable SiO+ signal, and thus establishes the existence of the Si(+)-CO isomer. CCSD(T)@B3LYP calculations employing a triple-zeta basis set have been used to explore the doublet and quartet potential-energy surfaces of the cation, as well as some important neutral states. The results suggest that both Si(+)-CO and Si(+)-OC isomers are feasible; however, the global minimum is 2 pi SiCO+. Isomeric 2 pi SiOC+ is 12.1 kcal mol-1 less stable than 2 pi SiCO+, and all quartet isomers are much higher in energy. The corresponding neutrals Si-CO and Si-OC are also feasible, but the lowest energy Si-OC isomer (3A") is bound by only 1.5 kcal mol-1. We attribute most, if not all, of the recovery signal in the +NR+ experiment to SiCO+ survivor ions. The nature of the bonding in the lowest energy isomers of Si(+)-(CO,OC) is interpreted with the aid of natural bond order analyses, and the ground state bonding of SiCO+ is discussed in relation to classical analogues such as metal carbonyls and ketenes.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es werden Methoden zur Darstellung der Diäthyldithiophosphorsäure und ihres Na-Salzes beschrieben, sowie Eigenschaften und Verfahren zur Bestimmung der genannten Verbindungen angegeben.Während das Na-Salz das aus wäßriger Lösung mit 3 Molen Wasser kristallisiert, über lange Zeit hinweg unzersetzt aufbewahrt werden kann, zersetzen sich wäßrige Lösungen der freien Säure im Laufe der Zeit. Verdünnte 1 n salzsaure Lösungen des Na-Salzes zerfallen bei Zimmer-temperatur nach einer Reaktion erster Ordnung mit einer Halbwertszeit von ungefähr 250 Std. Es werden weiterhin Angaben über die Verteilung der Diäthyldithiophosphorsäure zwischen CCl4 und wäßrigen Lösungen bei verschiedener Salzsäurekonzentration gemacht.Unsere Arbeit wurde durch Gaben der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft und des Verbandes der Chemischen Industrie — Fonds der Chemie — gefördert, wofür auch an dieser Stelle gedankt sei.  相似文献

Gaseous Acetates Thermoanalytical and mass-spectrometrical observations are undertaken with some acetates and oxiacetates. The volatilization of copper(I) acetate takes place like that of the silver acetate as M2Ac2+ (besides the deposition of Ag). On the volatilization of the anhydrous compounds Cu2Ac4, Cr2Ac4, Rh2Ac4, and Mo2Ac4 in the vacuum of a mass spectrometer is observed that Cu2Ac4 vaporizes dissociative as Cu2Ac2+ (+ 2 “Ac”), while the other compounds vaporize as M2Ac4+ and simultaneously is formed an oxidic (e.g. Cr2O4) or metallic residue. PdAc2 vaporizes in the mass spectrometer as a trimeric molecule Pd3Ac6. M4OAc6, which is formed from the dihydrates, vaporizes in a mass spectrometer with M ? Co, Mn as M4OAc6+. Other complexes of the same type appear as Be4OAc5+, Mg4OAc5+, and Zn4OAc5+.  相似文献

Oligonucleotides containing (2′-deoxy-β-D -xylofuranosyl)guanine have been prepared. For this purpose 2-aminoadenosine ( 5 ) was synthesized and converted to 2′-deoxy-β-D -xyloguanosine ( 1 ). The related 2′-deoxy-β-D -xyloisoguanosine ( 3 ) and 2′-deoxy-β-D -xyloxanthosine ( 4 ) were also synthesized. Compound 1 was converted to the phosphonate and phosphoramidite building blocks 10 and 11 , respectively. The oligodeoxynucleotide (5′-3′)d(xG-xT-xA-xG-xA-xA-xT-xT-xC-xT-xA-xC-T) ( 18 ) formed a duplex with the same Tm as the parent (5′-3′)-(G-T-A-G-A-A-T-T-C-T-A-C) ( 19 ), but with an inverted CD spectrum.  相似文献

Phosphorane Iminato Complexes of Antimony. The Crystal Structures of [Sb2Cl5(NPMe3)2][SbCl6] · CH3CN and [SbCl(NPPh3)]2[SbCl6]2 · 6 CH3CN The title compounds are formed by reaction of antimony pentachloride in acetonitrile solution with the phosphorane iminato complexes SbCl2(NPMe3) and SbCl2(NPPh3), respectively, which themselves are synthesized by reaction of antimony trichloride with Me3SiNPR3 (R = Me, Ph). The complexionic compounds are characterized by 121Sb Mössbauer spectroscopy and by crystal structure determinations. [Sb2Cl5(NPMe3)2][SbCl6] · CH3CN: Space group P41, Z = 4, 3 698 observed unique reflections, R = 0.022. Lattice dimensions at ?60°C: a = b = 1 056.0(1), c = 2 709.6(2) pm. The structure consists of SbCl6? ions and cations [Sb2Cl5(NPMe3)2(CH3CN)]+, in which one SbIII atom and one SbV atom are bridged by the N atoms of the phosphorane iminato ligands. [SbCl(NPPh3)]2[SbCl6]2 · 6 CH3CN: Space group P1 , Z = 2, 5 958 observed unique reflections, R = 0.033. Lattice dimensions at ?60°C: a = 989.4(11), b = 1 273(1), c = 1 396(1) pm, α = 78.33(7), β = 77.27(8)°, γ = 86.62(8)°. The structure consists of SbCl6? ions and centrosymmetric cations [SbCl(NPPh3)(CH3CN)2]22+, in which the antimony atoms are bridged by the N atoms of the phosphorane iminato ligands.  相似文献

The reactivity of [MoS(4)](2-) (1) toward PMe(3) was explored in the presence and absence of proton donors. Whereas MeCN solutions of (Et(4)N)(2)[MoS(4)] and PMe(3) are stable, in the presence of H(2)S such solutions catalyze formation of H(2) and SPMe(3). Addition of NH(4+) to such solutions afforded MoS(2)(PMe(3))(4) (2), which can be prepared directly from (NH(4))(2)[1]. Compound 2 is reactive toward thiols via a process proposed to involve the initial dissociation of one PMe(3) ligand, a hypothesis supported by the relative inertness of trans-MoS(2)(dmpe)(2). Benzene solutions of 2 react with EtSH to give Mo(2)(mu-S)(mu-SH)(PMe(3))(4)(SEt)(3) (3Et). Analogous reactions with thiocresol (MeC(6)H(4)SH) and H(2)S gave Mo(2)(mu-S)(mu-SH)(PMe(3))(4)(SR)(3) (R = tol, H). Crystallographic analyses of 3Et, 3H, and 3tol indicate dinuclear species with seven terminal ligands and a Mo(2)(mu-SR)(mu-S) core (r(Mo)(-)(Mo) = 2.748(1) A). From reaction mixtures leading to 3Et from 2, we obtained the intermediate Mo(IV)(2)(mu-S)(2)(SEt)(4)(PMe(3))(2) (4), an edge-shared bis(trigonal pyramidal) structure. Compounds 3H and 3Et react further with H(2)S to give Mo(4)(mu(2)-S)(4)(mu(3)-S)(2)(PMe(3))(6)(SH)(2) (5H) and Mo(4)(mu(2)-S)(4)(mu(3)-S)(2)(PMe(3))(6)(SEt)(2) (5Et), respectively. Analogously, W(4)(mu(2)-S)(4)(mu(3)-S)(2)(PMe(3))(6)(SH)(2) was synthesized from a methanol solution of (NH(4))(2)WS(4) with H(2)S and PMe(3). A highly accurate crystallographic analysis of (NH(4))(2)MoS(4) (R(1) = 0.0193) indicates several weak NH.S interactions.  相似文献

[W(H)(NO)(PMe3)4] (1) was prepared by the reaction of [W(Cl)(NO)(PMe3)4] with NaBH4 in the presence of PMe3. The insertion of acetophenone, benzophenone and acetone into the W-H bond of 1 afforded the corresponding alkoxide complexes [W(NO)(PMe3)4(OCHR1R2)](R1 = R2 = Me (2); R1 = Me, R2 = Ph (3); R1 = R2 = Ph (4)), which were however thermally unstable. Insertion of CO2 into the W-H bond of yields the formato-O complex trans-W(NO)(OCHO)(PMe3)4 (5). Reaction of trans-W(NO)(H)(PMe3)4 with CO led to the formation of mer-W(CO)(NO)(H)(PMe3)3 (6) and not the formyl complex W(NO)(CHO)(PMe3)4. Insertion of Fe(CO)(5), Re2(CO)10 and Mn2(CO)10 into trans-W(NO)(H)(PMe3)4 resulted in the formation of trans-W(NO)(PMe3)4(mu-OCH)Fe(CO)4 (7), trans-W(NO)(PMe3)4(mu-OCH)Re2(CO)9 (8) and trans-W(NO)(PMe3)4(mu-OCH)Mn2(CO)9 (9). For Re2(CO)10, an equilibrium was established and the thermodynamic data of the equilibrium reaction have been determined by a variable-temperature NMR experiments (K(298K)= 104 L mol(-1), DeltaH=-37 kJ mol(-1), DeltaS =-86 J K(-1) mol(-1)). Both compounds 7 and 8 were separated in analytically pure form. Complex 9 decomposed slowly into some yet unidentified compounds at room temperature. Insertion of imines into the W-H bond of 1 was also additionally studied. For the reactions of the imines PhCH=NPh, Ph(Me)C=NPh, C6H5CH=NCH2C6H5, and (C6H5)2C=NH with only decomposition products were observed. However, the insertion of C10H7N=CHC6H5 into the W-H bond of led to loss of one PMe3 ligand and at the same time a strong agostic interaction (C17-H...W), which was followed by an oxidative addition of the C-H bond to the tungsten center giving the complex [W(NO)(H)(PMe3)3(C10H6NCH2Ph)] (10). The structures of compounds 1, 4, 7, 8 and 10 were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Solid-liquid phase-transfer glycosylation (KOH, tris[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethye]amine ( = TDA-1), MeCN) of pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines such as 3a and 3b with an equimolar amount of 5-O-[(1,1 -dimethylethyl)dimethylsilyl]-2,3-O-(1-methylethylidene)-α-D -ribofuranosyl chloride (1) [6] gave the protected β-D -nucleosides 4a and 4b , respectively, stereoselectively (Scheme). The β-D -anomer 2 [6] yielded the corresponding α-D -nucleosides 5a and 5b with traces of the β-D -compounds. The 6-substituted 7-deazapurine nucleosides 6a , 7a , and 8 were converted into tubercidin (10) or its α-D -anomer (11) . Spin-lattice relaxation measurements of anomeric ribonucleosides revealed that T1 values of H? C(8) in the α-D -series are significantly increased compared to H? C(8) in the β-D -series while the opposite is true for T1 of H? C(1′). 15N-NMR data of 6-substituted 7-deazapurine D -ribofuranosides were assigned and compared with those of 2′-deoxy compounds. Furthermore, it was shown that 7-deaza-2′deoxyadenosine ( = 2′-deoxytubercidin; 12 ) is protonated at N(1), whereas the protonation site of 7-deaza-2′-deoxyguanosine ( 20 ) is N(3).  相似文献

Heterometal materials based on glycidoxypropyltrialkoxysilane and titaniumalkoxide are used for optical applications and require a high homogeneity on the molecular level. The presence of heterometal titanosiloxanes, their distribution and hydrolytic stability should influence the homogeneity of these materials. 29Si and 17O NMR spectroscopy has been used to investigate sols with molar ratios Si : Ti = 1 and H2O : OR (H) = 0.5 – 2.0 and their gels after heat treatment at 130°C. The presence of Si—O—Ti bonds in sols with a low water content (H < 0.2) and in the corresponding gels was identified by the high-field shift of the 29Si NMR signals of T1 and T2 units of up to 2–3 ppm compared to corresponding signals of homo-condensed Si—O—Si bonds. The existence of Si—O—Ti bonds in the sols is supported by 17O NMR spectra which show a characteristic signal around 340 ppm. A cleavage of the Si—O—Ti bonds occurs with increasing water/OR ratio in the sols. The cleavage of the heterometal bonds and the building up of homo-condensed species leads to a separation into areas with predominantly Ti—O—Ti and Si—O—Si bonds resulting in a decreased molecular homogeneity of the materials.  相似文献
