Diazotized anthranilic acid and its methyl ester react with substituted phenacyl thiocyanates 3 to give in both cases the corresponding thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 7a-e . The review presents advances and main challenges of the affinity sensors based on field- effect transistors published during the last five years. The different nanomaterial-based field-effect transistors are classified according to the nature of the nanomaterials, beginning by silicon, the “gold-standard” semiconductor, the gallium nitride semiconductor, the organic semiconductors, the silicon nanowires, the inorganic nanomaterials, the carbon nanotubes and the graphene. Due to its exceptional electrical properties, the main works are devoted to graphene. The obtained analytical performances for the detection of biomarkers, of DNA sequences and of miRNA are listed. The relation between the operational conditions - nature of the nanomaterials, procedure of preparation, choice of the receptor molecule, method of immobilization – and the analytical performance are discussed. The perspective of industrialization of these affinity sensors based on field-effect transistors is discussed.  相似文献

This Note deals with the boundary null-controllability of linear diffusion–reaction equations in a 2D bounded domain. We transform the determination of the sought HUM boundary control into the minimization of a continuous and strictly convex functional. In the case of a rectangular domain where the diffusion tensor is represented by a diagonal matrix, we establish a procedure based on the inner product method that uses a complete orthonormal family of Sturm–Liouville's eigenfunctions to express explicitly the sought control.  相似文献

The problem addressed in this paper is the verification of numerical solutions of nonlinear dispersive wave equations such as Boussinesq-like system of equations. A practical verification tool for numerical results is to compare the numerical solution to an exact solution if available. In this work, we derive some exact solitary wave solutions and several invariants of motion for a wide range of Boussinesq-like equations using Maple software. The exact solitary wave solutions can be used to specify initial data for the incident waves in the Boussinesq numerical model and for the verification of the associated computed solution. The invariants of motions can be used as verification tools for the conservation properties of the numerical model.  相似文献

Presence of suspended particles such as asphaltene in crude oils could significantly affect the production by means of deposition in porous media especially near the well bore. We investigate this phenomenon using the ability of Small Angle Neutron Scattering technique to probe directly the asphaltene adsorption process in a porous medium at the nanometer length scale under flow conditions. A device based on a quartz tube filled with SiC particles constitute the porous medium in which an asphaltene solution in a mixture of good (toluene)/bad (heptane) solvent is injected under controlled flow. The contrast matching technique enables to match the porous medium scattering contributions and to measure the signal of the deposit. Such a device can be used for curves surface measurements on a setup originally designed for bulk studies and permit thus the direct comparison with measurements on flat surfaces (neutron reflectivity) and indirect adsorption measurements (adsorption isotherm). We show here that asphaltene in good solvent leads to a monolayer whereas addition of bad solvent results in a multilayer growth which is consistent with the deposition behaviour described in the literature.  相似文献

As the ground state potential curve is strongly related to spectral line shapes, the minumum position of the ground state potential is obtained from the experiemental absorption profile kν, T) at high density of the radiating atoms. The temperature dependence of the absorption processes of Hg and Cd lines 253.65 and 326.1 nm, respectively perturbed by inert gases (Xe, Kr, Ar and Ne) had been carefully studied over a wide spectral range. Using the point of the maximum temperature dependence Δνm in each case, we are able to calculate the position of the ground state potential Rm using a simple formula.  相似文献

We are attempting to develop novel synthetic antioxidants aimed at retarding the effects of free-radical induced cell damage. In this paper we discuss the design strategy and report the synthesis of seven novel antioxidants, including six catechols and a benzylic phenol. The bond dissociation enthalpy (BDE) for the most active (weakest) OH bond in each molecule was calculated by theoretical methods, as well as the BDE for the semiquinone radical. Reaction rates with the nitrogen-centered free radical DPPH(*) were measured in ethyl acetate. The log of k(DPPH) for bimolecular reaction correlated well with the primary BDE. The correlation between rate constants and calculated BDEs shows that the BDE is a good predictor of antioxidant activity with DPPH(*), suggesting that our design criteria are useful and that these compounds should undergo further testing in cell cultures and in animal models.  相似文献

Indomethacin is known to exhibit polymorphism and solvates, the different forms obtained do not exhibit the same solubility and their bioavailabilities are different. It is of a prime importance to identify the various polymorphic and solvated forms. This study was carried out by: DSC (different scanning calorimetry), TG (thermogravimetric analysis), X-ray diffraction and thermomicroscopy. Seven solvates, with acetone, benzene, dichloromethane, tetrahydrofurane, propanol, chloroform and diethylether, were isolated and studied. Their formulae have been determined by thermogravimetric analysis and their X-ray patterns on powder are presented, by DSC their behaviour after desolvation is recorded, the temperature and the enthalpy of fusion are measured and by this way the form obtained is deduced.
