Stimuli‐responsive metal–organic polyhedra (srMOPs) functionalized with azobenzene showed UV‐irradiation‐induced isomerization from the insoluble trans‐srMOP to the soluble cis‐srMOP, whereas irradiation with blue light reversed this process. Guest molecules were trapped and released upon cis‐to‐trans and trans‐to‐cis isomerization of the srMOPs, respectively. This study provides a new direction in the ever‐diversifying field of MOPs, while laying the groundwork for a new class of optically responsive materials.  相似文献

A Gram-negative, aerobic, motile, rod-shaped, agarolytic bacterium, designated as H7, was isolated from a coastal seawater sample. This strain grows at pH 6.0–8.0, temperature of 15–40 °C, and at an NaCl concentration of 1–7 % (w/v). Ubiquinone-8 was the predominant respiratory quinone, and the DNA G+C content was 45.82 mol%. Analysis of the 16S rRNA sequence suggests that strain H7 belongs to the genus Pseudoalteromonas. DNA-DNA hybridization analysis showed DNA relatedness of as low as 55.42 and 40.27 % with its nearest phylogenetic neighbors Pseudoalteromonas atlantica IAM12927T and Pseudoalteromonas espejiana NCIMB2127T, respectively, which led us to name H7 Pseudoalteromonas hodoensis sp. nov. The type strain is H7T (=DSM25967T = KCTC23887T). An agarase (AgaA7) was purified to homogeneity from the cell-free culture broth of H7 through many steps of chromatography. Purified AgaA7 had an apparent molecular weight of 35 kDa, with a distinct NH2-terminal sequence of Ala-Asp-Ala-Thr-X-Pro (X, any amino acid) from the reported proteins, implying that it is a novel enzyme. The optimum pH and temperature for agarase activity were 7.0 and 45 °C, respectively. Thin-layer chromatography analysis, mass spectrometry, and enzyme assay using p-nitrophenyl-α/β-D-galactopyranoside revealed that AgaA7 is both an exo- and endo-type β-agarase that degrades agarose into neoagarotetraose, neoagarohexaose, and neoagarooctaose (minor).  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor based on the conducting polymer composite with a palladium complex (Pd(C2H4N2S2)2) was developed for the detection of serotonin and dopamine simultaneously in the breast cancer cell and human plasma samples. The proposed sensor was fabricated using the Pd(C2H4N2S2)2 complex‐anchored poly2,2 : 5,2‐terthiophene‐3‐(p‐benzoic acid) (pTBA) layer on the AuNPs decorated reduced graphene oxide (AuNPs@rGO) substrate, which revealed the enhanced anodic current of the target species. The sensor probe was characterized by electrochemical and surface analysis methods. The experimental parameters affecting the sensor performance were optimized, in terms of AuNPs@rGO concentration, the number of electropolymerization cycle for pTBA, immobilization time of Pd(C2H4N2S2)2, and pH. The dynamic ranges for serotonin and dopamine were obtained from 0.02 to 200 μM, and from 0.1 to 200 μM with the detection limit of 2.5, and 24.0 nM, respectively. The reliability of proposed sensor was evaluated using cancer cell lines for the clinical applications.  相似文献

The transition electric dipole moments between low-lying valence states of NH+ are calculated by an ab initio effective valence-shell Hamiltonian (Hv) method. The Hv calculated transition moments are found to be in good agreement with those by other accurate ab initio methods. The spontaneous emission probabilities for the A2− → X2Π, B2Δ → X2Π, and C2+X2Π transitions of NH+ are computed. Also, radiative lifetimes for A2, B2Δ, and C2+ states are all theoretically determined using the potential energy functions by Hv. Also, the Hv results are well compared with those computed using the Morse potentials and the rkr potentials which are obtained from experimental data. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The product branching ratio, α, for N2O formation in the reaction of NH2 with NO2 has been studied by mass spectrometry at seven temperatures between 300 and 990 K. The value of α was determined by kinetic modeling of the absolute yield of N2O. α was found to be 0.19 ± 0.02 without significant temperature dependence, assuming the total rate constant for NH2 + NO2 to be kt = 1.8 × 10−12 × T0.11 exp (+ 597/T) cm3/molecule·s in the temperature range studied. Abstract

Optically clear adhesives (OCAs) are widely used in optoelectronic displays because of their high outdoor visibility. Here, we develop new transparent adhesive films with wide-viewing-angle characteristics using poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/TiO2 core–shell micro/nanoparticles. TiO2 nanoparticles are embedded in the shell of PMMA microparticles, forming an organic–inorganic hybrid structure. To examine the optical transmittance of the films in the visible wavelength region, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy is performed and light diffusion is evaluated. The TiO2 nanoparticles in the shell of the PMMA microparticles exhibit improved light scattering, and the new functional OCAs are expected to provide wide-viewing-angle characteristics for future flexible displays.  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, as the ongoing effort to develop efficient blue OLEDs, two deep blue emitters based on indenoquinoline-substituted anthracene derivatives have been synthesized and characterized. Multilayer organic light emitting diodes were fabricated with the following sequence: indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/4,4’,4’’-tris[2-naphthyl(phenyl)amino (2-TNATA)/4,4’-bis(N-(1-naphthyl)-N-phenylamino) biphenyl (NPB)/Blue emitting materials/Bathophenanthroline (Bphen)/lithium quinolate (Liq)/Al. All the devices showed efficient blue emissions. Particularly, a device using ‘2,7,7,13,13-pentamethyl-9-(10-phenylanthracen-9-yl)?7,13-dihydrobenzo[5,6]-s-indaceno[1,2-g] quinoline’ as an emitter showed a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 4.92% with the Commission Internationale De L’Énclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.15, 0.10) at 8.0?V.  相似文献

Multimodal approaches combined with various nanomaterials and advanced techniques have been developed for synergistic cancer treatment. Among various therapies, conventional chemotherapy (CHT) is a direct cancer treatment that can produce unintended side effects due to nonspecific action on both the tumor and normal cells; patient-friendly photothermal therapy (PTT) may be able to treat embedded tumors in vital regions with minimal invasion but does not guarantee complete removal of cancers. However, the combination of CHT-PTT may provide a promising tool for direct cancer treatment with minimal side effects. In this regard, nanostructured materials, such as gold nanorods with tuned size and surface characteristics, are key components designed to enhance the heating capacity and active or passive delivery of drugs to the tumor site. In this review, the pioneering work synergizing CHT and PTT is summarized, and the current state-of-the-art in the development of inorganic and organic nanocomposites for combinational therapy is described.  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, as a continuous effort for searching efficient blue-emitting materials, we designed and synthesized materials based on indeno[1,2-a]arene. OLED devices using these materials were fabricated in the following sequence; ITO (180?nm)/N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-(2-napthyl)-(1,1'-phenyl)-4,4'-diamine (NPB) (50?nm)/emitting materials (30?nm)/4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Bphen) (30?nm)/Liq/Al (2/100?nm). Particularly, a device using 7,7-dimethyl-7H-indeno[1,2-a]pyrene as emitter showed maximum values of luminous efficiency, power efficiency, and external quantum efficiency of 1.10?cd/A, 0.49?lm/W, 1.47% at 20?mA/cm2, respectively with CIE (x,y) coordinates of (0.15, 0.08) at 6.0V.  相似文献
