A total of 29 major and trace elements have been determined in 43 plant samples collected from the Xizang (Tibet) Plateau using INAA at a SLOWPOKE mini-reactor in order to study elemental background concentration values in Xizang plants. In this paper are reported elemental concentrations of different parts of the plants compared to average values of plants worldwide. The preliminary results suggest that nutritional, plant elements in this region are quite low indicative of a state of malnutrition, while the contents of Al, Ti, Cr and Ba are comparatively high. These findings indicate that the concentrations of most elements in the plants are mainly affected by local soil geochemical characteristics. Some variation in elemental distribution within the plants was also evident: in general, higher concentrations were found in stems compared to roots, and, differences for nutritional elements among the plant species were much greater than found for other elements.  相似文献

The dc field rheological properties and frequency dependent dielectric properties of a set of electrorheological (ER) fluids composed of oxidized polyacrylonitrile or aluminosilicate materials dispersed in silicone oil were examined in this paper. Our experimental investigations show that there is a complicated relationship between the dielectric properties of dispersed particles and the ER effect. The dielectric loss of dispersed particles, which has not attracted much attention in previous work, was found to play a considerable role in ER response. The large dielectric loss tangent, experimentally around 0.10 at 1000 Hz, is found to be needed for a strong ER effect. A good ER solid material should first have large dielectric loss, and then the higher the dielectric constant, the stronger the ER effect. The large dielectric loss would facilitate the turning of dispersed particles, and the high dielectric constant would maintain the fibrillation structure stable and strong. Two processes, the particle turning process and the particle polarization process, are thought to be involved in ER activity. Our findings, in connection with the Wagner model, can better explain why the strongest ER effect occurs at particle conductivity of 10−7S/m; why the shear stress of some ER fluids decreases with frequency while with others the shear stress increases with frequency; and why trace water can enhance the ER effect considerably, which would help in understanding the mechanism of the ER effect. Too large a dielectric loss is thought to be unfavorable for the ER effect, and its suitable range is worth further study. The results also present a method of designing high performance ER fluids, which would significantly promote development of electrorheology and its application in industrial areas.  相似文献

以Bi(NO_3)_3·5H_2O和Na_2WO_4·2H_2O为主要原料,采用水热法合成了纯相Bi_2WO_6,并对其进行非金属离子Br-掺杂改性。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、Raman、PL和DRS研究了Br~-掺杂对Bi_2WO_6的物相结构、形貌和可见光催化性能的影响。结果表明,Br-掺杂可有效提高Bi_2WO_6的可见光催化性能,当掺杂量(物质的量百分数)为8%时,溴掺杂Bi_2WO_6的光催化性能最好,可见光照射40 min后,可降解96.73%的罗丹明-B,与未掺杂Bi_2WO_6相比,其降解率提高了36.32%。  相似文献

芳香烃受体(Aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AhR)属于配体依赖性的转录因子蛋白。本文通过对AhR配体结合区域(Ligand binding domain,LBD)的结构功能及物种特异性分析,发现在其结合腔口有一些关键残基可能起到"门控"作用,进一步将野生型(WT)和3个突变模型(Phe289Ala、Tyr316Ala、Ile319Ala)进行分子动力学模拟,从蛋白稳定性、蛋白结构变化、蛋白结合腔变化及蛋白和配体结合能力4个方面分析3个残基的门控作用。研究发现,Phe289、Tyr316、Ile319氨基酸残基通过形成疏水作用为AhR LBD起到"门控"作用;而将这些氨基酸分别突变后,其蛋白稳定性降低,整体运动性增加,配体亲和力减弱,其中Tyr316、Ile319对腔内体积影响较大,Phe289使腔内环境稳定性降低。本研究可为基于芳香烃受体的药物设计提供相关理论指导。  相似文献

Since the initial discovery of applications of platinum complexes in the clinical treatment of many kinds of cancers, the efficiency of platinum complexes in inhibiting the proliferation of various types of tumors surprised researchers working on the development of anticancer drugs. Meanwhile, despite the potent clinical treatment patients get from platinum complexes, there are also disadvantages including limited solubility in aqueous media and side effects like ototoxicity, myelosuppression, nephrotoxicity, and poor selectivity toward healthy cells. For this reason, efforts have been made to search for novel solutions. Non-platinum complexes (like Fe, Pd, Ru, Cu, Bi, Zn, etc.) were found with potential anticancer activities. We here review the properties of five metal complexes as anticancer agents and make comparisons among them in biological features and cytotoxic activity. Seeking the interrelation between microstructure and mechanism of anticancer, we hope this review provides distinct insights into future study of anticancer agents.  相似文献

超分子聚合物是超分子化学、高分子化学和材料化学领域的研究热点.将光响应的功能基团以非共价作用构筑到超分子聚合物体系中,得到光响应型超分子聚合物,从而能够将超分子聚合物的独特性质与光化学反应的优势有效地结合起来,从而构筑新型的光功能材料.本文总结了近年来本课题组有关光响应超分子聚合物方面的研究工作:介绍了主链型的光响应超分子聚合物的光调控组装和解离,超分子聚合物和共价聚合物的光控可逆切换和光调控组装形貌;另外还举例介绍了具有自修复和室温磷光发射等功能的侧链型光响应超分子聚合物,并对刺激-响应的超分子聚合物领域的发展做了展望.  相似文献

采用Stille缩聚,合成了3个异靛蓝并[7,6-g]异靛蓝(DIID)和乙烯单元交替排列的共轭聚合物P0F、P2F和P4F,三者在DIID单元中分别含0、2和4个氟原子(F).3个聚合物均具有良好的平面性,前线分子轨道几乎在整个共轭骨架上离域.它们均具有宽的吸收光谱,吸收范围在400~1000 nm,光学带隙约为1.25 eV;随着氟原子数目的增加,聚合物的最高占有分子轨道(HOMO)和最低空分子轨道(LUMO)能级依次下降0.1~0.2 eV.以这3个聚合物作为活性层,制备了顶栅-底接触型有机场效应晶体管器件,随着氟原子数目的增加,聚合物的传输性质由双极传输变为n型传输.P0F和P2F是双极传输型聚合物,空穴迁移率(μ_h)分别达到0.11和0.30 cm~2 V~(-1) s~(-1),电子迁移率(me)分别达到0.22和1.19 cm~2 V~(-1) s~(-1).P4F是n型聚合物,me达到0.18 cm~2 V~(-1) s~(-1).  相似文献

The authors describe a voltammetric sensor for simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA), L-tyrosine (Tyr), and the diuretic drug hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ). The assay is based on the use of graphene nanowalls deposited on a tantalum substrate. The nanowalls are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The nanowalls are vertically grown on the substrate by direct-current arc plasma jet chemical vapor deposition. The modified electrode is shown to enable simultaneous differential pulse voltammetric determination of DA, UA, Tyr, and HCTZ. The graphene nanowalls display a large specific surface, high conductivity, and a large number of catalytically active sites for oxidation of analytes. Simultaneous detection is performed best at a pH value of 7.0 and at peak potentials of 0.124 V (vs. SCE) for DA, 0.256 V for UA, 0.536 V for Tyr and 0.708 V for HCTZ. The respective detection limits are 0.04 μM, 0.1 μM, 0.6 μM and 0.4 μM. The results show that this graphene wall modified electrode is a promising tool for the design of sensitive, selective, and stable sensors.

Concise stereoselective syntheses of (?)-clavaminol A and deacetyl (+)-clavaminol H have been achieved from simple starting materials. Highlights of the synthesis for (?)-clavaminol A include a highly diastereoselective chelation-controlled hydride reduction of an amino ketone to give the anti amino alcohol directly, and NaBH4-mediated dehalogenation. The main synthetic approach for deacetyl (+)-clavaminol H features a highly diastereoselective chelation-controlled hydride reduction of the amino ketone to construct the anti amino alcohol and a palladium catalyzed hydrogenation reaction at the final step.  相似文献
