Three new oleanene glycosides, sophoraflavosides II-IV (2-4) were isolated together with sophoraflavoside I (1) as the corresponding methyl ester forms from Sophorae Radix, the fresh roots of Sophora flavescens AITON (Leguminosae). Their structures have been elucidated as oxytrogenin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta -D- glucuronopyranoside (2), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta -D-glucuronopyranosyl oxytrogenin 22-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (3) and 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta -D-glucuronopyranosyl oxytrogenin 22-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (4), along with unambiguous characterization as 3 beta,22 beta,24-trihydroxyolean-12-en-29-oic acid for their sapogenol, named oxytrogenin (5) on the bases of chemical reactions and spectral analyses. 相似文献

The coupling of Ru(bpy)32+ based electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection with capillary electrophoresis (CE) was developed for the simultaneous determination of the two major active ingredients (atropine and scopolamine) in Flos daturae. Parameters related to the separation and detection were discussed and optimized. It was proved that 20 mM phosphate buffer at pH 8.48 could achieve the most favorable resolution, and the high sensitivity of detection was obtained by maintaining the detection potential at 1.2 V. Under the optimized conditions: ECL detection at 1.2 V, 20 mM phosphate buffer at pH 8.48, 5 mM Ru(bpy)32+ and 50 mM phosphate buffer at pH 7.48 in the detection reservoir, detection limits of 5 × 10−8 mol/l for atropine and 1 × 10−6 mol/l for scopolamine were obtained. Relative standard derivations of the ECL intensity and the migration time were 5.16 and 0.71% for atropine and 5.07 and 1.22% for scopolamine, respectively. Developed method was successfully applied to determine the amounts of both alkaloids in Flos daturae. A baseline separation for atropine and scopolamine was achieved within 11 min. 相似文献

A novel pyridinium salt, 2,4-bis[p-(N,N-dimethylamino)styryll-N-metlayl pyridinium iodide (BMSPI) was synthesized and characterized by TG, ^1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and the reaction process was studied by using ES-MS. When BMSPI was pumped by a pulsed 1064 nm, 50 ps laser beam, it manifests highly efficient TPA (Two-Photon Absorption) and up-conversion superradiance. The up-conversion efficiency was 6.0% at the pump energy of 4-6 mJ and the lifetime of two-photon fluorescence was measured as 59 ps. 相似文献

The development of broadly applicable and practical catalytic approaches for the enantioselective creation of quaternary stereocenters remains a highly desirable yet challenging goal. In this Communication, we describe a highly enantioselective cyanosilylation of acetal ketones (alpha,alpha-dialkoxy ketones) catalyzed by modified cinchona alkaloids. This reaction is the first highly enantioselective cyanosilylation of ketones catalyzed by an organic chiral Lewis base and is found to be highly efficient with acetal ketones bearing a broad range of alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, and alkynyl substituents. This new catalytic asymmetric reaction, coupled with the versatility of the acetal functionality, provides a broadly useful synthetic method for chiral building blocks bearing quaternary stereocenters. Acetal ketones, readily accessible but previously unexplored in asymmetric synthesis, demonstrate unusual reactivity and selectivity toward the nucleophilic cyanosilylation, thereby suggesting that they may be interesting substrates for other catalytic enantioselective reactions. 相似文献

A new and very sensitive and selective chromogenic reagent, 2-methylthiophenyldiazoaminoa-zobenzene (MTDAA), was synthesized and studied in detail for the determination of trace mercury(II) in water samples. The method is based on the color reaction between MTDAA and mercury(II). It was found that mercury(II) reacts with MTDAA in Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution (pH = 10.0) to form 1 : 2 red complexes; these show maximum absorption at 520 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in 0–15 µg of mercury(II) in 25 mL of solution. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.33 × 105 L/(mol cm); its limit of quantification, limit of detection, and relative standard deviation are 0.75 ng/mL, 0.27 ng/mL, and 1.0%, respectively, giving better sensitivity. The influence of the reaction variables and the effect of interfering ions are reported; most of the metal ions in water samples can be tolerated in considerable amounts. Only a few ions can interfere with the determination of trace mercury(II), but these can be eliminated by prior extraction. The proposed method is sensitive, simple, and rapid. The latter is a key intermediate for the synthesis of 5α-androst-16-en-3-one, as boar sex pheromone, and other steroidal drugs.
