A novel 3D polymeric heteropolynuclear sodium(I) lead(II) complex containing different ligands, [NaPb(ClO4)(en)(NO2)2] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR, and 1H‐, 13C‐, and 207Pb‐NMR spectroscopy. The single‐crystal X‐ray data of [NaPb(ClO4)(en)(NO2)2]n established that the complex is a three‐dimensional polymer, [(en)Pb(μ3‐ONO)2Na(μ3‐ONO)2Na(μ‐O2ClO2)Na]n. The Pb and Na atoms have four‐ and eight‐coordinate geometry, respectively. The lone pair of electrons at the PbII atom is ‘stereochemically active’. 相似文献

Adriamycin (ADR) is a powerful and widely used antitumor drug, but its dose dependent cardiotoxicity limits its application. This side effect is believed to be caused by the adriamycin semiquinone free radical (ASFR). The primary focus of this work is to test effects of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate (STS) on ASFR and adriamycin–induced lipid peroxidation. It was found that ADR, whether in the system of heart homogenate, heart mitochondria or heart submitochondria, with NADH as the substrate or in xanthine/xanthine oxidase under anaerobic conditions, all produced ASFR rapidly. STS was shown to effectively scavenge ASFR in all these systems and postpone the appearance of ASFR. The delayed time was proportional to the amount of STS. Under aerobic conditions, ASFR could be oxidized to generate oxygen free radicals. STS could not scavenge these oxygen free radicals, but it could effectively scavenge lipid free radicals generated from membrane lipid peroxidation of heart mitochondria. STS could significantly reduce mitochondrial swelling and lipid peroxidation induced by ADR. Animal experiments show that treatment of STS could inhibit endogenous lipid peroxidation caused by ADR. Here, a protective mechanism of STS is suggested that STS can rapidly and univalently oxidize ASFR, causing the cycle of adriamycin between its quinone form and semiquinone form and inhibiting the accumulation of ASFR. Under aerobic condition, STS can protect heart mitochondria by scavenging lipid free radicals generated from adriamycin-induced mitochondrial lipid peroxidation. This investigation shows that STS may be a physiological drug to antagonize the cardiotoxicity of ADR. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl2(C6H12N2S)2], consists of monomer units of a CoII atom coordinated to two 1‐propylimidazolidine‐2‐thione ligands and to two chloride ions. The heterocyclic thione ligand is monodentate and coordinated to the metal through the thione S atom. The environment around the CoII atom is a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The Co—S bond lengths are 2.341 (2) and 2.330 (2) Å, and the Co—Cl bond lengths are 2.234 (2) and 2.238 (2) Å. The most important point of distortion is the S—Co—S bond angle of only 97.83 (8)°. Intramolecular classical hydrogen bonds are found between the chloride ions and the N—H groups. Additionally, intra‐ and intermolecular non‐classical hydrogen bonds are found. 相似文献

Vapor pressure data were measured for water, methanol and ethanol as well as their binary mixtures with an ionic liquid (IL) 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dimethylphosphate ([EMIM][DMP]) at varying temperature and IL-content ranging from mass fraction of 0.10–0.70 by a quasi-static method. The vapor pressure data for the IL-containing binary systems were correlated using NRTL equation with average absolute relative deviation (ARD) within 0.0076, and the binary NRTL parameters was used for predicting the vapor pressure of the IL-containing ternary systems with reasonable accuracy. In addition, the infinite activity coefficients of solvents in [EMIM][DMP] and isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium for IL-containing ternary systems at 101.325 kPa and mass fraction of IL being 0.5 were predicted with the regressed NRTL parameters. The results indicate that ionic liquid [EMIM][DMP] can depress the volatility of the solvents of water, methanol and ethanol but to a varying degree, leading to the variation of relative volatility of a solvent and even removal of azeotrope for water–ethanol mixture. 相似文献

A novel method was proposed for the preparation of pyrenebutyric acid-modified magnesia-zirconia stationary phases. Pyrenebutyric acid was grafted to magnesia-zirconia composites with different pore sizes via the sodium salt of cis-(3-methyloxiranyl)phosphonic acid (fosfomycin) as spacers. Aminated fosfomycin was first absorbed onto the surface of magnesia-zirconia composites during the preliminary step to provide amino and hydroxy reactive sites. And then the pyrenebutyric acid was covalently attached to the amine or hydroxyl groups via amide or ester bonds. The resulting stationary phases were characterized by elemental analysis, diffused reflectance FT-IR, nitrogen adsorption analysis and 13C solid state NMR spectra. The HPLC separation of fullerenes on the new stationary phases with different pore sizes was also investigated. The chromatographic performance showed a dependence on the pore size of the magnesia-zirconia matrix. Little retention of fullerenes was observed on the stationary phase with pore sizes about 4.5 nm. However, on the modified magnesia-zirconia with pore sizes about 10 nm, selectivity factors (α) for C70/C60 separation were determined to be 1.76, 2.29, 2.41, 3.10, with carbon disulfide, chlorobenzene, xylene and toluene as mobile phases, respectively. And the high solubility of fullerenes in these solvents dramatically increased the overall potential with regard to preparative fullerene purification. Among the reported stationary phases with pyrene ligands, the pyrenebutyric acid-modified magnesia-zirconia (PYB-F-(ZrO2-MgO)) with larger pore sizes exhibited the best selectivity for fullerenes. An efficient and mild one‐pot synthesis of bis(oxazoline) (BOX) ligands is developed from reactions of dicarboxy dichlorides with β‐amino alcohols in the presence of 11.0 equiv. NEt3 followed by the addition of 3.6 equiv. methanesulfonyl chloride (MsCl). Nine different BOX ligands were prepared in excellent yields of ≥ 80%. Transition metal copper substituted mesoporous silica (Cu-SBA-15) was synthesized using triblock copolymers surfactant as template agent under acidic condition. The result Cu-SBA-15 was characterized with XRD, ICP-AES, FT-IR and N2 adsorption–desorption measurements, which prove that Cu(II) was mainly incorporated into the framework of Cu-SBA-15. Its catalytic activity was studied for phenol hydroxylation using H2O2 (30%). The substituting element (Cu2+) is incorporated into the framework position forming a new type of active site which raises the phenol conversion to 62.4% and the diphenol (the mixture of catechol (CAT) and hydroquinone (HQ)) selectivity to 97%. The Cu-SBA-15 has very high selectivity for catechol (about 71% selectivity), which is completely different from that of the microporous titanium silicalite zeolites (47.1% phenol conversion and about 50% selectivity to CAT under same reaction conditions). The results obtained indicate that the selective oxidation of phenol with H2O2 by a radical substitution mechanism. 相似文献
