Voltammetric determination of 5-hydroxydole-3-acetic acid in human gastric juice

A method for the determination of the major serotonin metabolite — 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid (5-HIAA) in human gastric juice by cyclic voltammetry was described. The measurement conditions were investigated. The potential window was chosen from +0.1 to +0.9 V, the supporting electrolyte was 0.025 M PBS solution (pH 2.0). The method allowed determination in the concentration range from 2.0 ×10⁻⁷ to 2.0 ×10 ⁻⁵ M and a detection limit of 80 nM. When samples of gastric juice were analyzed with the method, we obtained the mean content of 5-HIAA in the gastric juice. Meanwhile, interference from other ions and substances were examined. The experimental results indicate that the method for the determination of gastric juice samples is successful.     

Poly[μ‐aqua‐μ4‐naphthalene‐1,8‐dicarboxylato‐zinc(II)]

In the title complex, [Zn(C₁₂H₆O₄)(H₂O)]_n, a Zn^II polymer based on naphthalene‐1,8‐dicarboxylate (1,8‐nap), the Zn^II atoms adopt an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. A zigzag chain is formed by μ₂‐aqua ligands and μ₂‐carboxylate groups of the 1,8‐nap ligands. Adjacent parallel chains are further linked by 1,8‐nap ligands, forming a twisted two‐dimensional layer structure along the (100) plane.     

Antifouling ultrafiltration membrane composed of polyethersulfone and sulfobetaine copolymer

A new random copolymer was synthesized by reacting hydrophilic N,N-dimethyl-N-methacryloxyethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl) (DMMSA) with hydrophobic butyl methacrylate (BMA) through a conventional radical polymerization. The as-prepared sulfobetaine copolymer (DMMSA–BMA) was blended with polyethersulfone (PES) to fabricate antifouling ultrafiltration membrane for BSA separation. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis of blend membranes revealed concentration of sulfobetaine groups at the membrane surfaces that endowed the membrane with higher hydrophilicity and better antifouling property. For the membrane with 8.0 wt% DMMSA–BMA copolymer concentration (No. 5), irreversible fouling has been considerably reduced and the flux recovery rate of the blend membrane reached as high as 82.8%. Furthermore, the blend membrane could effectively resist BSA fouling in a wide pH range from 4.0 to 8.0.     

A study of substituent effect on 1H and 13C nmr spectra of N‐ and C‐substituted carbazoles

¹H and ¹³C nmr spectra of several N‐ and C‐substituted carbazoles (Series 1, 2, 3 and 4) were measured. Correlations between chemical shifts and substituent constants show that these parameters describe properly the substituent effect on the nmr phenomena. Atomic charge densities for carbazoles of Series 1, 2, 3 and 4 were calculated by using the semi empirical PM3 method. These values also show a linear correlation with the ¹³C chemical shifts. The synthesis of several carbazole derivatives 1a – 1g, 2a – 2g, 3a – 3j and 4a – 4g have been carried out according to literature procedures. The carbazoles 3i, 3j and 4c have been synthesized and fully characterized for the first time.     

不同添加物对表面活性剂溶液预胶束形成的影响

关于表面活性剂溶液中预胶束的形成问题已有不少报道［’－‘］．预胶束是表面活性剂溶液在浓度很稀时（远小于其临界胶束浓度（CMC》、表面活性分子所形成的一种集合体·由于一般的物理化学方法对其难于捡出，因此常被研究者忽略．文献间曾指出：预胶束形成的驱动力与胶束一样，也是疏水作用所致．因此表面活性分子的链长、头部极性、溶剂性质以及添加物的引入等因素必然会影响预胶束的形成．本工作是对添加物的引入问题所作的初步研究·。作中所研究的阴离子表面活性剂有十二烷基硫酸钠（sss）·＋”烷基；Iv酸钠（5％）和十六烷基硫酸…     

Cu（Ⅱ）—胱氨酸络合物吸附波的研究及蛋白质中胱氨酸的测定

研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-胱氨酸络合物极谱波的性质;提出了一种用示波极谱法测定蛋白质中胱氨酸的新方法,可在8.0×10~(-4)mol/L Cu~(2+)+8.0×10~(-3)mol/L三乙醇胺的溶液中测定0.05～20mg/L的胱氨酸。     

氯化镧对自由基的影响研究

通过检测肠组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)量,表明氯化镧在大鼠伤后1 d提高肠道SOD和CAT的活性、伤后3 d提高SOD的活性、伤后5 d降低MPO的活性,使MDA的量产生减少.     

Formation of SnO2 Nanoparticles on External Surface of NaY Zeolite

Tin dioxide nanoparticles of 5 nm in size were prepared on NaY zeolite external surface by impregnation of SnCl2 solution and subsequent calcination at 623 K. A SnO2-NaY based chemical sensor for detecting H2 was demonstrated.     

Synthesis,Characterization and Magnetic Properties of New Dinuclear Copper(II) Complexes with N,N′‐Disubstituted Dithiooxamides derived from α‐Amino Acids

Four new dinuclear copper(II) complexes have been synthesized and have the general formula [Cu₂(L)(H₂O)₂], where L = GLYDTO [N,N′‐bis(carboxymethyl)dithiooxamide], ALADTO [N,N′‐bis(carboxyethyl)dithiooxamide], VALDTO [N,N′‐bis(1‐carboxy‐2‐methylpropyl)dithiooxamide] and LEUDTO [N,N′‐bis(1‐carboxy‐3‐methylbutyl)dithiooxamide]. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis as well as by IR, electronic and EPR spectroscopy. These techniques provided evidence for the presence of the CuNO₂S chromophore. Magnetic susceptibility measurements on all the complexes in the range 4–300 K show the existence of a dominant antiferromagnetic interaction with ?J values greater than 300 cm^?1. Thermal decomposition behaviour of the complexes was studied by thermogravimetry.     

LBL分子沉积法制备葡萄糖氧化酶电极

采用以静电力为主的逐层分子交替沉积技术制备葡萄糖氧化酶（GOD）电极.通过带有正电荷的聚二甲基二烯丙基铵盐酸盐（PDDA）和带有负电荷的GOD交替沉积在修饰有3-巯基-1-丙基磺酸钠（MPS）的金电极表面.以甲酸二茂铁为电子媒介体,用循环伏安法检测GOD电极对葡萄糖的响应.结果表明,当GOD电极组装层数小于4时,电流响应随着层数的增加而增大,超过4层时电流响应减小.其中4层GOD修饰电极的线性范围为0.55～6.63 mmol•L－1,当pH为7.0时,响应最大.同时电极的检测重现性能良好,相对标准偏差为2.4％.
